• Cynthia (1/5): Hostilité, moqueries et nuit infernale - La localisation Je regrette d'avoir donné mon argent à cette famille. Pire expérience en auberge que j’ai eue. Le personnel était désagréable dès le début, et chaque interaction avec la propriétaire n’était que moqueries et méchanceté gratuite. Quand j’ai simplement demandé un lit pratique pour pouvoir partir dans la nuit sans réveiller tout le dortoir, elle s’est moquée de moi et est devenue agressive, tout comme avec mon amie qui m’accompagnait simplement. J’ai payé pour un dortoir de 6 personnes et j’ai finalement été placé dans une chambre de 8 avec le lit le moins pratique possible. La nuit a été horrible : bruit constant et atmosphère extrêmement dérangeante. À éviter si vous cherchez un minimum de respect ou de sommeil.

• Nicoleann (9/5): Lovely stay in the heart of the city - Beautiful hostel, pics on booking.com made me doubt it but it’s so much prettier in person. Lots of character to the place. Amazing location, beautiful common room with balcony, two renovated bathrooms and a small kitchen with basics. The owner is amazing, super kind and helpful. Walking distance to heaps of attractions, close to a lidl, streets packed with bars are only around the corner. I’d stay here again. Dorm bathroom was a bit outdated but did the job, it’s huge and spacious unlike normal hostels which are cramped. The amazing location does mean the street is really loud at night.

• SHULIANG (1/5): Eude and unrespect - so rude Sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo hotel, poiché è permeato da episodi di razzismo. Prima mi hanno accusato di non aver pulito la cucina dopo aver finito di mangiare. Ma la verità è che pulisco sempre tutto. Si stanno approfittando della mia incapacità di parlare male degli altri e, senza controllare le registrazioni delle telecamere di sicurezza, mi stanno semplicemente diffamando! Inoltre, il costo del mio alloggio era di 25 € per l'intera notte, inclusi 21 € per l'alloggio e 4 € di tassa di soggiorno. Ho pagato 21 € online prima del check-in e 4 € con carta all'arrivo. Tuttavia, mi ha accusato di aver pagato solo 17 €. Gli ho mostrato la ricevuta di pagamento, ma non l'ha nemmeno guardata. Ha solo detto che non gli importava dell'importo e voleva che me ne andassi immediatamente! Si sta approfittando della mia scarsa conoscenza dell'italiano, ma parla chiaramente inglese! Lo sta facendo apposta! Gli ho detto che stava mentendo e che avremmo dovuto chiamare la polizia! Lui non era d'accordo perché sapeva di mentire. C'erano le riprese delle telecamere di sicurezza e le ricevute dei pagamenti. Quindi non voleva chiamare la polizia; mi ha solo esortato ad andarmene in fretta. Condanno fermamente questo comportamento discriminatorio e offensivo, nonché il trattamento ingiusto riservato ai turisti provenienti da altri Paesi. La piattaforma dovrebbe intervenire e gestire la questione, e si dovrebbe richiedere un risarcimento.

• Henry (9/5): - Definitely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. The facilities are modern and the beds have curtains for privacy. The location is perfect, it’s only an 11 minute walk to Palermo’s train station and it’s right next to the city’s busiest areas. A towel is provided for free. The value for the price for this hostel is awesome! Only two bathrooms for the whole hostel means you have to wait sometimes. Also, the wifi was fast in most areas but slow in my room.

There were balconies with little chairs - to sit in the evening there was a vibe. Other guests were friendly. The location is amazing! In the old city with bars and caffes right outside. And a good part of the center too (some parts of Palermo old city are really scary and dirty) The receptionist was not nice. I've been traveling for many years and lived in many hostels in many countries, but never have I ever seen a fee for late check in, and 10 euros also! Which is a lot!

• Gregor (8/5): Great staff, good value for money - I spent one week and had a great time, the people were lovely. When I arrived the hostel was almost empty and just opened the season. It was perfect to meet Yuri the owner, and we had a chat once in a while. As the days went by more people came and you could always find someone to talk to. There were basically 2 things missing to get a "perfect score". The hostel doesn't have a real kitchen, so cooking was not possible. Otherwise the location is next to a party street, but most of the time this didn't bother me.

• Lisa (6/5): Fine for some nights, noisy from inside and outside, strange neon lights - Cheap, in the center, quiet for its position, beds are fine Host seems very unhappy about his job, staff having loud conversations, very thin walls, doors and windows do not keep any noise outside. Nightlights are neon blue for some reason (the most anti sleep colored light lol). Kitchen has a microwave, but no surfaces and is quite useless, also not very clean. Two bathrooms for all people, shower and toilet are together so they are occupied for long. Also in the hallway/kitchen and not very private. Lockers under the beds, very loud to get out/unlock.

Está ubicado en zona de bares y hay mucho ruido por la noche. estuve en temporada baja, no quiero imaginar lo que es en verano.

Pokój dwuosobowy na strychu w postaci jaskini jest jakimś nieporozumieniem, chyba że potraktujemy go jako atrakcje turystyczną.

No reading light at the bed. Sketchy clientele, some thievery reported.
• Berta B. C. (8/5): Bine, curat, util - Personal foarte amabil, locul foarte curat - si baile si lenjeria si pilotele foarte curate. Bucataria e ft mică- sa fie dar are frigider și microunde parcă. Foarte ieftin, locație ok pentru o prima incursiune in Palermo. Chiar aproape de unele locuri care mă interesau, parea relativ safe. Multe locuri bune pentru masă și cafea in apropiere plus Via Vittorio Emanuele. Acceptabil si confortabil, îți dau chiar si un prosop inclus in preț. Super ok pentru o perioadă scurtă de câteva zile, pentru mai multe zile nu știu. Fiind un hostel contează ft mult cu cine te nimerești în cameră. Designul nu e ... wow, e acceptabil. Nu sunt prietena cu culoarea portocalie dar a fost ok. ;))) Un geam nu se inchidea suficient de bine și zgomotul strazii te trezeste ft dimineață. Sau cineva n are aer si tine o usa deschisa sau altcineva isi pune papucii sub patul tău, sub pernă, ca la el acasă - astea se mai rezolvă- nu tin de proprietar.

• gabita m (10/5): - Excelente ubicación. Espacios compartidos amplios. Habitación cómoda aunque están las escaleras pero ya lo sabíamos cuando reservamos así que no era un problema. La zona es un poco ruidosa de noche pero nada que no se resuelva con tapones para los oídos. Yuri es súper disponible y siempre nos ayudó con todo. Todo muy limpio El colchón un poco duro para mi gusto

Posizione centrale. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente prima del check in e dopo il check out. Essendo in zona centrale, vicino ci sono dei locali notturni, si sentono un po' di rumori specialmente nel weekend. Consiglio di controllare la pressione dell'acqua della doccia della stanza 4.

Stinky and dark and with people constantly walking to bathroom there was too much noise at night and I couldn’t sleep well even with earplugs. Staff looks really fed up. The rooms upstairs seemed better tho, it’s unfair that they charge the same for such different rooms

• Evelyne (1/5): To sum it up, sleeping there was impossible due to noice from outside, random people walking in and out of the room, zer - The location was great! Directly in the center of everything with tons of bars, restaurants and everything you need near by. The bathrooms seemed quite clean, which was good. For some reason the door to my room was open 24/7 and by open I don’t mean that it wasn’t able to lock it, but the door was wide open all day and all night. I asked the staff why that was and they didn’t really care and told me to just lock it (they didn’t even give me a key to the room at first?!). But even after locking it at night the first person coming in left it wide open and so it stayed all night, every night. My room seemed to be some kind of passage room. People were walking in and out of the room all night without even trying to be quiet. The room mine was leading to didn’t even have a door?! So basically any person can come into the room you are sleeping in at any given time, which made me very uncomfortable for instance. Also the lounge was right next to my wide open door, so the people hanging and socializing basically almost in the same room didn’t help either. Also because it’s right in the center of a very lively street with lots of bars it is very loud at night. You can hear everything and especially Saturday night was crazy loud but really you can hear people partying any night of the week. Don’t get me wrong, I am aware that if you value privacy and silence at night, a hostel maybe isn’t the best choice to begin with and I’m normally really not a sensitive person on that topic but this hostel was the worst one I have ever stayed at considering that sleeping at night seemed pretty much impossible.
• Dave (9/5): Super consigliato! - Ho soggiornato per 6 notti presso quest'ostello. Mi sono trovato super bene, data la posizione super comoda, centralissima, a dieci minuti dalla stazione di Palermo Centrale e da via Maqueda! Staff gentile e disponibile, super consigliato. Livello di pulizia davvero alto, per un ostello. Essendo posizionato in una via trafficata, piena di locali, forse un po' di problema è il rumore, ma in ogni caso indipendente dallo staff o dalla struttura. Ho soggiornato nella stanza con il bagno privato, con il wc un po' scomodo per via del fatto che non tirava abbastanza bene acqua etc. In ogni caso, gli altri due bagni erano perfetti!

• Sheeraz Ahmed (7/5): - The hostel is fine for budget travelers. The building is old, giving it a rustic charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. There were only plastic plates in the kitchen, which were not very useful for microwave use. The hostel does not have air conditioning and relies solely on fans, which could be challenging in hot summer months. The room was quite nice, although it was very noisy outside at night, especially between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM, which really disturbed my sleep and made me feel as if I were sleeping on the street. Additionally, the shower roof was too low and I kept hitting my head, and the window could not be properly closed.
• Milena (9/5): Schönes, sauberes, zentrales Hostel - Außergewöhnlich schönes und sauberes Hostel in zentraler Lage. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber Ventilatoren bei jedem Bett und Vorhänge, die man für mehr Privatsphäre zuziehen kann. Die Dame am Empfang spricht leider nicht so gut Englisch, aber man kann sich mit online Übersetzer verständigen. Empfehlenswert!
