• Romano (7/5): Molto accogliente! Ma dovrebbe migliorare sotto alcuni aspetti - L'accoglienza calorosa! Il proprietario super gentile e disponibile per tutto. Diciamo che c'è stata una pecca nella pulizia di una delle stanze...hanno lasciato un cestino del bagno sporco con tanto di preservativo usato. E per la colazione intanto ci aspettavamo un po di più...Noi siamo entrati mezz'ora dopo l'inizio della colazione e non era rimasto praticamente nulla, non è stato rifornito nulla e abbiamo pure avuto il caffè fatto nella caffettiera perché la macchinette non funzionava (ma quest'ultima diciamo che è cosa da poco perché comunque è anche a gusto personale...c'èi preferisce la caffettiera chi la macchinetta).

• Nicolas (9/5): Parfait pour une halte d’une ou deux nuits. Petit déjeuner pas nécessaire et pas terrible - Emplacement idéal et relativement calme. Parking à 50 m mais franchement 25€ par moto pour une nuit, on comprend vite ou son les origines du parrain, même si ce n’est pas de la faute du logeur.
• Nicolas (8/5): Pratique pour un séjour rapide - Emplacement calme et proche de tout Literie vieillotte et douche a rénover. Petit déjeuner non nécessaire car médiocre.
• ALESSANDRA (4/5): - Spazi adeguati, posizione comoda per i maggiori punti di interesse. La struttura avrebbe delle potenzialità ma i disagi sono stati troppi per considerarla accettabile. Letti assolutamente inadeguati, molle rumorose che cigolavano ad ogni minimo movimento. Sciacquone del bagno rumorosissimo ( è anche difficile trovarne uno così, sarebbe da museo). Nessuna insonorizzazione tra le camere. Bagno non piccolo ma piani d'appoggio inesistenti, abbiamo dovuto chiedere e ci è stato portato un pouf, peraltro neanche troppo pulito. Colazione passabile ma, tutto confezionato e di scarsa qualità. L'ultimo giorno non c'erano fette biscottate, nemmeno come scorta e non è che la struttura fosse affollata..... Insomma, c'è ancora parecchio da lavorare per arrivare alla sufficienza.... Alessandra

• Małgorzata (9/5): Polecam. - Apartamenty położone są w komfortowej lokalizacji pod kątem zwiedzania całego miasta Palermo, samo centrum. Pokój czysty, początkowo nie miałyśmy dostępu do zestawu zaparzania herbaty/kawy obecnego na zdjęciach, jednakże właściciel jest przemiłą osobą i bardzo zależy mu na zadowoleniu z pobytu. Ostatniego dnia, w związku z porannym lotem dostałyśmy croissanty z jogurtem na śniadanie. Jakość dostosowana do ceny, wszystko jest, oczywiście bez luksusów. Bardzo polecam!!! O sporo udogodnień wpisanych w opis obiektu trzeba było poprosić. Z rana codziennie odgłosy remontu na pobudkę, żadnej informacji na stronie.

• Paola (9/5): Posizione della struttura comodissima! Staff molto disponibile e cordiale. - La struttura si trova in posizione centrale e allo stesso tempo silenziosa nelle ore notturne. Purtroppo è capitato che si sentissero le voci dei vicini di stanza.

The hotel is in a vibrant city center, walking distance from the central train station, the architectural museum, the center for performing arts and the waterfront. The facility is safe, well.maintained and consistent with its budget price. Not luxurious, but in line with reasonable expectations It's a little difficult to find. Google maps points you to the wrong side of the street and the building's address is not displayed. There is a small sign next to the call button, where the proprietor can speak with you and "buzz you in." It works best if you can speak Italian (we don't) or if you find a person on the street who understands enough English to help (we did.)
• Conte (9/5): - La struttura è in una posizione ottimale sia per esplorare il centro storico che la parte più "moderna" della città. Per chi viaggia in macchina proprio di fronte c'è un garage. Stani è stato veramente gentilissimo a fornirci anche dei preziosi consigli su dove mangiare e le attrazioni principali da visitare. Sicuramente torneremo per soggiornare di nuovo in struttura!

• Rafke (7/5): Clean, friendly welcome in the middle of centre - In the middle of Palermo, perfect location. We were with three persons and the room was large enough for three beds. The room was not very cozy. It is perfect to sleep in, but not more than that.

• Scott (7/5): There is no triple room with two kings and a twin as described. - Spartan but clean. Conveniently located at the center of Palermo. Proprietor was pleasant. I booked and paid for a triple with two king beds and one twin. No such room was available. It was unclear due to the language barrier if such a room existed or if this was an error on the booking page. If the latter, this must be corrected. I might not have booked this property otherwise.

Also they have an elevator to get your stuff up to the B&B. The breakfast was also a nice touch & bonus, so fresh and tasty! I liked everything, can’t complain!
• Paul (7/5): Great location, friendly host. - Host tried hard to be accommodating. Wi-Fi connection fast and stable for the most part. The main draw is the location; right in the middle of the main high street running through Palermo and the main restaurant and shopping district. First room had low quality spring mattress, no blackout curtain, no toilet roll holder, but got moved to a better room with all 3 issues addressed. Lots of noise in the communal corridor during the day, much of which seemed to be facilitated by the host, either arguing with the cleaner or other guests; was always nice to me, though. Some other minor odd noises some nights from within the building, but nothing from the neighbourhood. Room was seldom cleaned unless vacated during the morning. Other BnBs would clean during breakfast, but not here, perhaps because the venue is understaffed, seemingly being run by one guy and his cleaner. I do wonder what happens if he falls ill, does the entire operation shut down temporarily? Hope he's doing OK, he seems like a nice guy, although he has a hidden temper judging from all the shouting and some of these review replies.

Needs more variety and fresh fruit options. Cleanliness, room was dusty and not clean properly. Garbage not removed from bin. Had to ask for water, towels. Toilet paper etc each time, which is ok, but would be better if everything was refreshed and done routinely.

If the desired destination was further away several bus stops are very close nearby. There is air conditioning in the room and it was quite spacious and comfortable. Everybody was really friendly, only communication was a little hard if you don't speak Italian.

We could also leave our luggages there after check out. The bed was very soft, mattresse old enough for a change. Good location in the central area, within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Entering the building and going up to the stairs feels like entering a small museum, but the rooms are modern and well equipped. The host is very friendly and helpful. Nice italian breakfast was included. Access to the building is through a back alley of a main street. Street a bit dirty, but the area is nice and safe.

• Mindtint (10/5): Worth every euro!! - Excellent experience! The host was very kind and accommodating. The bedroom is cute and clean, well equipped with aircon and even a small fridge. If you want comfort this is the perfect place for you. Shower is spacious. Kitchen is massive with multiple tables. Breakfast was simple but with varieties(bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juices). The location is veru central plus the apartment has elevator for those traveling with luggages. • Thanuja (8/5): Great place to call home for a few days. - Neat little place tucked away in an alley road between two main streets. Quick walk to major attractions and restaurants. Host makes you feel welcome and provided great recommendations of what to see and where to find the best restaurants. Overall really enjoyable stay.
• Carmelo (6/5): Good Stay, bad sleep. - Good stay but bad sleep. The mattress was not very comfortable, quite old and soft. Also the water system in the bathroom very loud, you could hear also other bathroom activities from other rooms. Spent 2 nights there, and both morning been woken up but the loud flush from next door.
