- david (8/5): Parfait mais insonorisation à revoir, trop bruyant - L'appartement est superbe et très bien placé à moins de 10min à pied du palais des festivals, 3 chambres dont une chambre parentale avec douche et WC. Du fait de sa proximité avec une très grosse artère routière et la gare juste à côté, il a énormément de bruits, de Jour comme (malheureusement) de nuit même côté chambres, c'était vraiment infernal, à revoir l'isolation Par un triple vitrage dans doute. La cuisine est très bien équipée mais n'a aucun (à part un peu de café produit) produit pour cuisiner ( pas de sel, huile, sucre...) il a fallu tout acheter pour la soirée louée, pas bien grave mais quelques condiments seraient bienvenue.

- ferial (7/5): - L’emplacement est très bien. L’appartement est propre dans l’ensemble. La gare de Cannes est à cinq minutes à pied. L’appartement présentait plusieurs problèmes. D’abord, il manquait certains articles essentiels pour cuisiner, comme le sel, l’huile, et il n’y avait pas de papier essuie-tout dans la cuisine. La quantité de papier toilette fournie n’était également pas suffisante pour nous, étant quatre personnes pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Un autre problème concernait les portes de la salle de bain et des toilettes : elles ne pouvaient pas être verrouillées, ce qui posait un certain inconfort. De plus, une série lampe LED dans le salon restait allumée en permanence en raison de sa faible consommation et ne pouvait pas être éteinte. À part ces quelques points, l’appartement était dans l’ensemble agréable.

- Yasser (5/5): - نظافة الشقة من الداخل وترتيبها المدخل متسخ جداً المصعد قديم جداً وغير آمن طلبو منا تنظيف الأطباق وإخراج القمامة علماً انه تم دفع 200 يورو للتنظيف والدخول الساعة 4 مساء والخروج الساعة 10 صباحاً ما يعني هناك 6 ساعات مخصصة للتنظيف فلماذا يطلب من المضيف تنظيف الأطباق وإخراج القمامة. علماً أننا دائماً نفعل هذا بدون طلب ولكن فنحن نحب ترك المكان خلفنا نظيف ولكن لا يحق له إجبارنا بذلك توجد رسوم غرامة مكلفة جداً على تأخير الدخول وهذا لم يتم توضيحه قبل الحجز مبلغ 2000 يورو للتأمين مبلغ كبير ولم يتم توضيحه قبل الحجز

Maggy she was kind We got the attic. Is. It luxury as the said.Super smally all the tubs and rooms. The bathrooms smells bad. Very old tubs and not evrythink work well. Shower at the roof not working. We ask for one more towel ( they gave just one set of each person,2) we had to pay 20$. I complained since I paid more than 1000euros per night and the concierge replies that we are during the festival week and those are the prices and I’m agree . But I think that for a thousand euros per night an extra tablecloth could be kindly given without supplement. the house was not very clean only in the norm. Very few amenities. IS not a luxury hause the design is very basic and very old . I ate the matress ,the kings bars are separated.

The team at LRA Cannes, especially Méline was extremely helpful and always easy to reach and extremely quick to respond. I would say that she went beyond the call of duty to help out and advise us whenever we needed anything. She attended to any requests promptly and without hesitation to make our family feel at home. We liked the 1930s elevator that was very charming. Though I preferred the wide winding stairs most of the time. Highly recommended. We will certainly be booking with them again when we return to Cannes. Nothing.

- Elena (1/5): Bad - Our family holidays were completely ruined! I will not recommend this place to anyone. It is on the busy intersection of the main roads, next door to the railway station which makes it not safe at all. Beds are not comfortable. We had a party on the upper floor all night, manager didn’t answer to our complains. We were asked to pay 200 euros damage deposit and 138 euros for bedding change before we got the keys, didn’t know about it when booked. I regret we stayed in that place. Will not recommend. We were offered to move to another apartment which was not far away and to our surprise didn’t have hot water for two days! It was terrible!

- Olga (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay and recommend Residence du Louvre - LRA Cannes for families. - The host contacted us before our arrival and we agreed time to meet at the property to get the key code. The host was very helpful and polite. The property is centrally located just few steps away from shops, train station, close to the beach and major tourist attractions. Very clean apartment, spacious, well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. The lift was out of order for few days but was fixed later.

- Abdulla (3/5): nothing special at all, especially that they’re taking half ur deposit for no reason - to be honest a very standard place and if you search well enough you would find something better i urge you if you are staying here do not by any chance leave a deposit there because even if u dont touch anything there they would definitely find something to blame you for and take at least half of the deposit even if u didnt do anything. even if it means that u search for somwhere else to stay instead of fighting with the staff to get a portion of ur deposit back
