Miła obsługa zarówno w recepcji jak i w restauracji :) Słaba jakość produktów na śniadaniu. Raczej były to tanie zapychacze.. kawa śniadaniowa, smakowała jak zbożowa 🙈 widok z okna na dziedziniec- magazyn zapewniał w nocy ciszę.. jednak nie mogliśmy mieć otwartego okna ponieważ do pokoju wpadały zapachy z kuchni.

• Anna (7/5): Pretty hotel close to Vatican - Overall it is a good hotel, visually pleasing, very good location close to Vatican and with numerous touristy restaurants right outside, comfortable even though small room. They need some shelves/hooks/hangers in the room, there is nowhere to put your things. No tea in the room. When we asked the lady at reception for some tea, she told us that tea is only available at the bar from 6 PM. I felt ill and really needed hot tea and could not get any. The next day we asked again a gentleman at reception (a different shift) and he immediately arranged for a tea kettle and bags to be sent to the room. So, I guess it is an issue with staff.

Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre cordiale e disponibile, la pulizia sia delle camere che degli ambienti comuni era impeccabile. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda rispetto al centro, e la colazione era ricca, varia e davvero buona. Consigliato! Niente.

Fruit selection was poor - only apples and tinned peaches. No Parma ham, just synthetic looking ham and dried-up scrambled eggs. Bread ok. Generally adequate but not tasty in any way. Room was on the smallish side and bathroom looking tired. 338 € per night - I would have expected better Room size Breakfast- more fresh items needed

Brak krzeseł na balkonie, brak szafek w łazience i pokoju, brak czajnika, tylko psujący się codziennie ekspres do kawy.

• Rcirullo (10/5): Amazing Stay in Rome - This hotel is amazing and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel is five stars, spotless, and beautiful. I had a room with a balcony that I upgraded to which I highly recommend. I was able to face the cute street of stores and restaurants just outside the door. It’s only about a five minute walk to Saint Peter’s. Excellent location and area to stay in.

Le barman était très gentil et accueillant ! Il était toujours souriant ! Tout le personnel aussi du petit déjeuner était très sympathiques et charmants et accueillant !

The rooms were very clean and bright although some attention needed in the bathroom as the shower tray was cracked.

However, the room had a major drawback: the window faced directly into another window, so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time, which made the room dark. Breakfast was not worth the price.

The hotel is on a pedestrianised, cobbled street, 5 minute walk from St Peters Square & the Vatican. Lots of restaurants & cafes on the doorstep. Felt completely safe. We'd definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable and clean maybe needed some maintenance in the bathroom as cracks in the shower tray. There was nothing to dislike about this hotel the staff were excellent and the location brilliant.

A szálloda hangulatos kis éttermekkel teli sétáló utcában található, ahol vándor zenészek fokozzák az élményt. A szálloda tiszta , és kellemes volt az ottartózkodás. Minden pipere cikkel fel van töltve a fürdőszoba. Kiváló lokáció , biztonságos jó környék. Kevés volt a meleg reggeli választék.

• zharts5 (10/5): 2 day visit in Rome before going onto Tuscany - The location was FABULOUS. The room and hotel staff were as well. I would stay there again next time in Rome. The breakfast included added to the stay. The fact that the entrance was on a walking promenade with close proximity to the Vatican, shops, and restaurants was a bonus.

• Susan (10/5): Excellent Location when visiting the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica! - The location was exceptional if you are planning to visit the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica, just a couple of blocks away. Additionally, we loved that the hotel is located on a quiet pedestrian street filled with very nice restaurants, cafes, gelato shops and souvenir shops. We enjoyed dinner there every night because it made us feel like we were in a small town. It was absolutely charming and perfect for our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful and offered us a complimentary prosecco the first evening. Additionally, they arranged airport transportation for our departure. The driver met us in the lobby and handled our luggage for us. The breakfast buffet was very nice and plentiful including a very nice selection of pastries, tortes, fruit, yogurt, cereal, ham, cheeses, egg dishes and cappuccino to order, upon request, or the ease of the automatic machine. Our bedroom was extremely small but that said it was also very nice and comfortable and had a large outdoor balcony (maybe 10 x 20 feet). The mattress was extremely comfortable and the best during our trip to Italy.

Einchecken hat eindeutig zu lange gedauert, Zimmersituation war konfus, vertauschte Zimmer, keine Entschuldigung, Kollegin an der Rezeption wirkte überfordert.
• Barbara (7/5): The hotel was adequate, but definitely not 4 star - Fantastic location & helpful friendly staff. The only downside with the location is that there are restaurants in the street which are quite noisy until late, and our room was directly above. The facilities are not 4 star. The breakfast was nice but not exceptional. Our room was adequate but nothing special & a bit of a squeeze for 3 adults. The room wasn’t cleaned one day, when they eventually came to clean it (after 5pm) we were getting ready to go out so it wasn’t convenient. The toilet seat was cracked, although this was replaced when we mentioned it. The shower door was broken (missing handles). There was no complimentary shower gel or conditioner, only two shampoos. The communal stairs weren’t hoovered for a couple of days.

• Tatjana (10/5): - The location is fantastic for anyone who wants to be close to the Vatican while still enjoying a quieter part of the city. The hotel itself is charming and on the smaller side, with incredibly kind and welcoming staff. The rooms are compact but very clean, and we were lucky to have a terrace, which was a lovely bonus. Breakfast was decent — fairly simple, but with excellent coffee and friendly service. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of variety. The rooms come with a coffee machine, though there’s no kettle or tea provided. That said, I believe most things can be arranged upon request. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
• Carol (9/5): Friendly hotel with character on a lovely street close to the Vatican - The hotel was on a lively pedestrianized street, with outdoor restaurants and cafes. But the rooms were quiet. It was very close to the Vatican, but also many sights in Rome were within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed breakfasts and our evening drinks.

The rooms looked just like the pictures and the sheets were high quality. Breakfast was not the greatest—cheaper cold cuts and limited hot options.

• tina (9/5): Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. - The hotel is located minutes from St. Peter's and the Vatican. There are many great restaurants and shops located on the same street. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn't care for the breakfast varieties, but members of my family enjoyed some of the items and other patrons also seemed to enjoy the breakfast. Fruit, yogurt and hot items were available. Made to order coffee varieties were also available. The only negative for us was the shower/hot tub combo. We thought the combo made it difficult for us to exit the hot tub. You have to step inside the hot tub to access the shower attachments to take a shower. - Not convenient. We didn't use the hot tub features.
