Nos dejó hacer un check out media hora después de la salida. Las camas. Cómo es costumbre en europa las camas son incómodas para pasar varios días. el sofá cama no era útil para dos personas ya que se inclinaba en el medio. El olor tanto de las cañerias como del baño pequeño.

• Sofia (9/5): Apartamento ideal para conocer Roma. - Nos encantó la ubicación,inmejorable,pudimos ir andando a todas partes. El apartamento tiene mucha luz natural. Fuimos dos adultos y tres niños y estuvimos muy a gusto. Había mantas de reserva, que no hicieron falta. Camas cómodas,cocina equipada. Tienda de comida a 2 minutos.el anfitrión estuvo muy pendiente de que todo estuviera correcto a la llegada, instrucciones claras. Por aportar algo estaría bien que hubiera jabón de lavadora (habría puesto una y no valía la pena comprar un bote entero) y un cuchillo bueno para cortar el pan.

• Daniel (3/5): Ducha fría y suciedad en el apartamento - Ubicacion Ducha: agua helada y poca presión. No agua caliente para la ducha. Apartamento sucio con telas de arañas, colchón sofá cama en mal estado. Muy incomodo
• Alejandro Maciel (2/5): Si pensás bañarte, buscá otro lugar. En este alojamiento es imposible. - La ubicación No pudimos bañarnos con agua caliente durante los 4 días. Tienen un problema con el ducto de la caldera que impide tener agua caliente tanto en la ducha como en la cocina. Avisamos al anfitrión del problema y no lo solucionó. Verdaderamente fue horrible no contar con agua caliente, o tener que bañarnos con agua completamente fría lo cual afectó nuestras vacaciones. El alojamiento no debería estar disponible si las instalaciones no funcionan correctamente. Si queres pasar 4 dias sin bañarte, este alojamiento es para vos. Adicionalmente, las camas son muy ruidosas y los colchones están muy gastados.
• Luis David (7/5): Al lado de todo pero sin poder ducharse en condiciones - Sin lugar a dudas lo mejor de este alojamiento es la ubicación. La ducha es una continua lucha. Es pequeña, apenas sale agua. El agua caliente es un sufrimiento constante. No se puede regular. Cuando consigues que salga agua caliente es un hilillo de agua y cuando la mezclas ya te quedaste sin agua caliente. Además cuando enciendes la luz principal de esta baño entra en funcionamiento simultáneo el extractor de ventilación con un ruido estruendoso. Esto se soluciona utilizando el segundo circuito de luces del espejo y quedándote en penumbra. En definitiva el baño es un desastre. Las cama de la habitación es de muelles, creo que a estas alturas ya hay opciones mejores, pero ojo no era del todo incómoda a pesar de ello. En el menaje de cocina he echado en falta una bayeta para limpiar.

• Tomasz (8/5): Perfect for sightseeing, not stay in longer time - + localization: easy walk distance to every Rome atraction, + possibility to check-in after midnight, + two bathrooms (only one with shower), + smart tv, + good wi-fi. - only two rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 3 days stay, when I asked owner about it, he recommended me some shops nearby - redicelous :D - very loud airconditioning, - not so clean - walking barefoot can cause black feet, - noisy street, - flat is smaller than on the photos.
• Joanna (10/5): Pobyt należał do bardzo przyjemnych - Najbardziej podobało mi się to, że obiekt miał dwie łazienki oraz klimatyzację, co zapewniało komfort podczas pobytu. Bardzo doceniłem również dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię – z kuchenką gazową, piekarnikiem, ekspresem do kawy, tosterem, czajnikiem, kuchenką mikrofalową oraz lodówko-zamrażarką. Dodatkowym atutem była świetna lokalizacja, blisko centrum, najważniejszych zabytków, a także Watykanu. Jedynym minusem pobytu było słabe ciśnienie wody w kranie w kuchni.

• Mal (8/5): The location is excellent and I enjoyed my five nights here in Rome. - The apartment was in an excellent location, in walking distance of everything I wanted to see. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. A kettle was provided, which it isn’t always in Italian apartments, and there were even coffee mugs. The internet was fast and reliable and the washing machine was very efficient. So, all major requirements were met. I had no major complaints, though it would have been good to have a more comfortable chair for relaxing in the evening, and I could have used a proper breakfast bowl. A broom would have been useful too.
• Bogdan (7/5): Good - - Location was good, walking distance to many points of interest and supermarkets. - Coffee and tea available in the room. - There were enough duvets for 4 visitors - Room was cold when we arrived, floor like ice when taking shoes off - We had to use 2 AC units to warm up the rooms, The one in the bedroom liked on the floor then I need to constantly monitor the plastic bucket under it when it got full. I had to constantly think about this and check it periodically in order to avoid the wet floor. It was unpleasant to come periodically in the room to see if the water bucket was full. - The AC unit in the bedroom was very noisy. We turned it off in order to sleep, but the room got colder. - Not enough toilet paper for 4 persons for 4 nights - No paper towel in the kitchen. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels from Carrefour. - The small bathroom was terribly cold and some of the tiles moved when stepping on them. - The living room sofa bed was curved and the sleeping position was very uncomfortable. This kind of small elements shouldn't happen in a location for which you pay 300 Euros/night.

The hosts were so kind and helpful, which made our experience even better. The location was ideal for exploring the area, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout our stay. • Yael (6/5): Great location, quiet property, uncomfortable beds. - The location is excellent and the apartment is very quiet considering how center it is. The host is responsive and available. The bed and sofa bed were not comfortable at all.

• Kan (7/5): Good - -only the location 1. the air conditioning system is a nightmare: the heat exchanger is installed INSIDE the sleeping room: —the bowl to hold drainage water needs to be manually emptied every 3-4hours , otherwise it won’t look good when you wake up. —it’s noisy and hot in the sleeping room 2. compare to other accommodations we had so far, this one is not maintained well.
• Madalina (8/5): Great location to visit Rome by walking - The location was excellent, in a nice, clean area, in walking distance to most places, near the bus station and a Carrefour market store. It has two bathrooms and good space even for a family of four. Good A/C to cool down the apartment. The access was easy. The photos and description are real. A bit outdated. It had some cleaning issues, black mold in the bathroom around the toilet and on the lower part of the shower cabin (which can be easily cleaned, tried it and worked with paper tissue; just wipe those areas with some good cleaning product), under the A/C, bad smell, dirt and some little ants under the kitchen sink where there are the garbage bins. The sponge from the kitchen sink was old and used. The bed and the couch squeek at every little move. The windows are beautiful but not sound proof, you can hear every little noise from the street. Which it is quiet in general and the area is beautiful, except the garbage of glass bottles being collected at 3 am with huge noise.

• Nelly (7/5): Overall good apartment in excellent location but apartment and equipment require repair - The location is very good, within walking distance from all major attractions. The host was responsive and willing to solve the problems we encountered. The apartment was spacious enough for two adults with a teenager. The apartment desperately needs repair. The most annoying thing is the stream in the shower is very weak, although the stream is ok in other parts (kitchen, sink). The centrifugation does not work in the washing machine. No dishwasher.
