- Verified traveler (8/5): - What you see is what you get. Het is heel duidelijk beschreven en het was een heel fijn appartement. De locatie was zeer gunstig. Er was geen huishoudservice omdat wij er maar 4 dagen verbleven. De sleutel krijgen ging goed maar had wel duidelijker en soepeler gekunt.
- eva c. (10/5): très bien - Appartement idéal située au centre de Londres. Prêt de tout ( commerce, restaurant, métro, gare, bus ... ). Quartier animé et plaisant. Appartement propre et très spacieux, correspondant aux photos !
- Jessica (8/5): Paddington Access - Die Lage ist super, 2 Min zur Tube, Frühstücksmöglichkeit direkt unten im Haus, Supermarkt gegenüber. Die Betten sind gut und die Wohnung groß und sauber. Allerdings ist das ein oder andere in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem völlig ok. Für uns war es der perfekte Aufenthalt.
- Sonia (8/5): Molto spaziosa, comoda per famiglie . - Non ci aspettavamo un appartamento così grande e comodo. Con molti bagni. Riscaldati . Stanze molto grandi e letti comodissimi. Manca solo qualche appoggio in più nel bagno e qualche asciugamano in più. Cucina comodissima, usata poco da noi ma con tutti gli accessori. Per il resto è servito benissimo dai mezzi, abbastanza centrale . Supermercato a due passi. Soddisfatti

- Marie (8/5): Rymlig lägenhet med centralt läge - Incheckning mkt bra, transport till lgh ingick. Smidigt! Rymlig lgh till vår grp om 7 pers. Flera badrum med dusch. Närhet till kollektiv trafik. Närhet till livsmedelsbutik. Kan tänka mig att bo där igen
- Karolina (8/5): Familjeresa - Ej så ombonat. Inga tavlor/gardiner. Stod olika info om städning på olika ställen. Man skulle sopa golvet, men fanns inget att sopa med ex.
- Vero (6/5): - Appartement spacieux, proche de tputes commodites et du metro. Proprete a revoir. Electromenagers en panne, wifi non activee et juste le minimum en ustensiles de cuisine. Il est demande aux locataires de faire le menage de sortie mais tien pour le faire (balai, serpillere.....) De plus ascenseur en panne a l'arrivee et malgre de nombreux mail nous navons eu aucune reponse et l ascenseur a ete repare au 4eme jour (sur 5) apres 2 appels a expedia.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Good central location, spacious. But the place is quite bare and some of the tiles are loose. Overall, it is a good deal as it is very accessible and have plenty of amenities downstairs and nearby.
- Ulrika (8/5): Rymligt boende med självhushåll - Stor rymlig lägenhet med bra läge Incheckning i annan del av London men den fria taxin kom inom10 min och körde oss dit.Vi fick fel nycklar men det löste sig inom en kvart med hjälp av ett samtal. Svårt med vattentemperaturen i duschen och lite kallt i lägenheten men annars var allt bra.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Shower is very bad. - We booked a superior apartment. Good location, close to underground station and bus.Rooms are reasonably clean and good space. OK to sleep apart from few police and ambulance sirens. TV is dead, toaster is toasted, spare key is not available as told by hotel staff, we had to chase them all, or to pay for it, if it is not there when we leave. Shower is very bad, no hot water, very freezing. We reported it, hope the next visitors do not suffer.We are concerned that the hotel requires us to mob the floor on leaving, or will be charged if dirty ! The only place we found so far with this rule !
- Verified traveler (8/5): A great family apartment - This is not really a hotel, it is an apartment. But it is a great place to stay for a family like ours. We were seven on this trip and the apartment was really spacious with a separate kitchen and living room - perfect for us! Considering it is in the heart of London, it is incredeibly good value for money. The downside is that there are no services at the facility. We had to go and collect the key on the other side of the city, which I find unacceptable, even if they provided free transfer to the apartment. Another issue is that the check-out time is at 10am and you cannot store luggage at the facility. We had to pay 120 pounds extra just for that, luckily in a nearby location.
- Lena (4/5): Convenient for food and sights - The block of apartments is great for sights and convenience of buying food and necessities. It has lift to the 2nd floor which we stayed which was great. Size wise, the apartment is roomy and spacious. The apartment was dusty when we checked in and the bathroom has mould around the sides of the shower screen which I thought was awful. At 5 am in the morning, we could hear footsteps from the flat above which I could only say that it is bad insulation. The kitchen is well equipped with toaster, kettle and cooking utensils which are in good reasonable condition.
- Seaneen M. (8/5): Brilliant base for London holiday - The apartment was spacious, spotless, and really convenient for the tube and Paddington station. Edgware road tube was 2 minutes walk away. My only negative was that we weren't informed that we needed to check in at a different address, 5 minutes walk away, just check this beforehand!
