• Pascal (6/5): Tres bien pour 4 personnes. - Situé près d une station de bus et de métro simplifie les déplacements. Rue animée tout près avec restaurants et pubs. Appartement moderne et pratique. Nous étions 5, et malheureusement le canapé cuir n est pas confortable pour y dormir. Les chambres sont calmes mais la pièce de devant ou est justement le canapé est très bruyante. Rue très passante et a proximité d un feu, donc klaxon et bruits de voiture toute la nuit. Je conseil pour 4 personnes mais pas pour 5.

• Emmanuelle (8/5): Appartement agréable. Je le recommande. À l’étage ce doit être mieux. - Emplacement au top ! Appartement bien équipé et propre. Nécessaire pour cuisiner avec four, micro onde et plaques. Dosettes de Café, thé, sucre, sel, poivre, huile d’olive, éponge et produit vaisselle fournis. Très pratique quand on voyage en avion. Savon et Shampoing dans la salle de bain également. Le personnel était joignable par email et nous demandait régulièrement si nous avions besoin de quelque chose et si tout se passait bien car ils ne sont pas sur place. 1 store manquant et 1 cassé dans le salon. Nous étions au RDC donc les passants avaient la vue sur l’intérieur ce qui n’est pas agréable. Bruit rue et métro mais c’est l’inconvénient dans tous les centres villes nous le savons.

• megan (4/5): Could have been better, returned home shattered due to lack of sleep, noisy neighbours - Not applicable Children in apt above making constant noise at unsociable hours, waking us at 5am was awful, which is unfortunate because I cancelled a cheaper hotel and it would have been more restful. That was my only issue, the hosts very very helpful and efficient, location goid and the apartment was nice, but the cords fir the blinds in the bedroom could be adjusted, they are extremely awkward ro close and open because they are way too short
• Min (4/5): Very poor noise isolation, not a qualified accommodation - The location is good. Good connection to the transportation. Good facility in the kitchen (though I have not used the kitchen) Very poor noise isolation. We literally feel we are exposed to the very noisy street. We had very bad sleep during our stay (5 nights), due to the noise outside (cars, passengers from late parties, steps from the people living upstairs). I addressed this to the owner of the property and asked for solution, they can only offer me with earplugs. They promised to deliver on the second day (Sunday) but then they said they are not able to deliver until Monday (which might be understandable as Sunday is a holiday). I bought earplugs by myself on Sunday. It didn’t help to isolate such big noises. Such apartment obviously has not fulfilled the basic requirement as an accommodation to guests. But the owner didn’t want to provide other alternative or compensation which is very disappointing. I stayed in the apartment No.2. I can’t tell whether other apartments owned by this owner in the same building had the same issue but this one is definitely not a qualified accommodation due to its poor noise isolation. I have travelled a lot and this is my third time being in London. Among all the accommodation that I have been staying, this is definitely the worst experience. I addressed this to Booking.com customer service after a few round messaging with the owner. They are very kind and have tried to coordinate with the owner but unfortunately could not reach an agreement. I appreciated customer service very much.
• Giorgia Bros (9/5): Super nice stay at the Farringdon - The house was in a very nice neighbourhood with lots of services just around the corner. The bus stop was outside our door and the walk from the station just 10 minutes away. The house was clean and nicely presented. The host was super available and made our stay comfortable, helping us with any issue. There was a lot of services inside the house too and overall it was perfect for us even if we were 4 adults and 4 kids. It wasn't simple to cooking pasta for eight persons since the pots were small but we managed anyway. We could have used some more toilet paper and towels for the kitchen and the sofa bed was truly unpleasant to sleep in, also because we were not used to the thin windows and there was a lot of noise. I think it's perfect for 6 hosts. These things though did not make our stay less happy.

Entrando in appartamento ci si ritrova in uno spazio sporco, maleodorante e pieno di muffa. Abbiamo trovato nodi di capelli e polvere per terra e peli sulla biancheria da letto. Non abbiamo potuto pertanto soggiornare in struttura e ci siamo ritrovati a dover prenotare un altro appartamento per il nostro soggiorno. Nonostante l’invio di foto e video abbiamo ricevuto solo un rimborso parziale e con il mio team legale essendo un viaggio di lavoro insisteremo ancora fino a ricevere il rimborso completo.

Kuchnia i łazienka w pełni wyposażone. Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji: w pobliżu puby, restauracje, kawiarnie. Komunikacja z zarządcą obiektu wspaniała. Jeśli chodzi o moją rodzinę to materace na łóżkach były zbyt miękkie, ale jest to moja subiektywna opinia.

• MCHIVIR (9/5): It’s was pleasant but for the noise. - It was clean. Easy access to stores. The team was efficient. Other guest completely ignored the rules . I was told no parties but they made a lot of noise from 10pm to 5 am. We went to their door knocked several times and they completely ignored us. I reached out to the team, I was told they had been spoken to yet the guests very loud. Secondly the walk in the Iiving room had a large water mark that should be sorted.

• Andrés (5/5): UBICACIÓN PERFECTA- DESCANSO NOCTURNO MUY MEJORABLE - Lo mejor es la ubicación, todo está cerca, servicios transporte ( bus en la puerta-metro y tren cercano)-supermercado-restaurantes, ocio. Apartamento actualizado y con todo lo necesario en la cocina. Las lámparas tienen cargador USB por si no te has llevado adaptador de clavijas de corriente UK. No tiene aislamiento acústico la ventanas, especialmente las que dan a la calle, aunque parecen recientes permiten que todo el sonido de la calle se oiga dentro, por la noche se escuchan todos los vehículos, y son numerosos. A no ser que tengas un sueño profundo o te lleves tapones te despertaras muchas veces en la noche, con sonidos de camiones. ambulancias, motos..... recomendaría a la propiedad si quiere mejorar la estancia, que instale contraventanas. La caldera por la noche hace un ruido tik.tik-tik que es del cronotermostato, si usas el sofá cama se escuchara durante el tiempo que la caldera no funcione, aunque se le avisó a la propiedad siguió sonando toda la noche. En el edificio de continuo lo están reformando completamente y a las 8:00 empiezan las obras, sábado incluido

• Emma (8/5): Good for our family of four. - Quite spacious for a London apartment. The kitchen was well set up except there was no plug for the sink so washing dishes was slow. It is quite central for buses and really close to the Exmouth markets which are great but the nearest tube stations are 12-15 minutes walk away. There is no dryer so it's difficult to dry laundry on a cold day. After a week's stay, the towels desperately needed washing but there was no way to dry anything. The apartment is up one level with no elevator so heavy bags need to be carried up. The road noise is very loud as it is on an intersection and with no air conditioning the only way to get ventilation is to open the window.

The apartment has good access and is clean. the bathroom needs a few repairs: there’s some mildew on the ceiling, the showerhead is broken and sprays water; fan doesn’t seem to be removing moisture properly—hence the mold on ceiling.

One minor suggestion about the floor plan and number should be mentioned in Booking.com so everyone knows in advance before arrival. • Kev (9/5): Great location would have been 10 outa 10 if it wasn't for the little things missed. - The apartment was spacious and clean. one room an ensuite small but functionable. has all the appliances you want. all the rooms were spacious and beds comfy A couple of little things really. WIFI was poor and TV had no connectivity so unable to use it to watch, One of the latches on the bedroom door was stuck but they offered to come round to fix it which was nice. Only 1 saucepan in the flat so cooking was fun. 3 frying pans so as long as you fried things it was all good. A silly one but no milk to make a drink on arrival this would have added a fantastic touch.

• Linda (5/5): Not up to expectations. - First impression not good - next to a derelict boarded up building, but the flat was very clean and newly fitted out. Some small items were missing - TV remote, bath plug etc. The staff rectified this the next day. Bed very uncomfortable and the ensuite shower tiny!
• Mark (1/5): MIS SOLD no terrace! tv foreign and takes ages to work! noisy and uncomfortable beds NEVER AGAINl - It was clean and eventually when got details to open doors that was easy The email to log in to get details to get key etc came at 7.24am on the day of arrival? I had to upload passports etc etc whilst trying to get ready to travel! Then had to send a message to contact asap with key opening details? very slow sorting. The tv was in a foreign language and I could notget it to work for a wile! I saw a gentleman collecting the cleaning in lobby and asked him to get someone to call me asap?? no one did. I then asked how do we access the terrace I was booked in with! YOU CANT that is for appt 1 only not any others! MIS SOLD I wouldnt have booked as wanted the terrace area! The beds as sooo uncomfortable and short as have boards at the bed end so even at 5'7 my legs too long so my boss who is 6'3 in his room was not happy! As for the noise there is obvs no double glazing as it was the worst night sleep ever! my boss also was not amused! Do not go expecting a comfy nights sleep!. I sent message to be contacted re tv etc and re terrace and not one person came back to us! BAD management! And the towels are for very small people! defo never again!
• Colleen (10/5): Nice convenience stay - Good location, very easy bus ride to/from Kings Cross. Spacious enough for a family. They had a travel cot set up for us which was so nice. Even though there was a bath tub there was no stopper so we couldn’t bathe our toddlers as expected. Also there was no table, just the counter with tall chairs which are a bit tricky with toddlers. Also, so many stairs! Every bedroom is on a different flight of stairs. The flat is up 2 flights as well.

It kept asking me for Personal ID of guests, but the system wouldn't allow me to finish the process online. I reported the error, however kept getting emails asking for Personal ID.

• Timothy (2/5): Uncomfortable, loud nights - do not recommend. - Central location. Acceptable kitchen facilities and equipment. Close proximity to restaurants. While central, access to public transport is poor. The noise in the apartment is atrocious - you can hear pedestrian's conversations and idling cars from both of the bedrooms. It's terrible with the trucks, buses and party goers that are constantly going by. The blinds do not close so street light blares in. The beds having springs pushing through the mattress and large body indents from very extended use with no rotation. I was only able to get check in info once I harassed the owner via whatsapp. This is despite them promising to send the information the day before. In the end, I gained access to the property 3 hours post my check in time. It would be better to spend your money on a hotel. Finally, photos on the website do not match the apartment - suspect they recycle the photos from the 3 or 4 apartments managed by the group.

Overall good stay for a group of 6. A minor point, but some of the furnishings are beginning to fall apart. The radiator on the bathroom wall was starting to come off and needs fixed soon!
• Salma (8/5): Good stay - The location was perfect, the flat was nice. When we needed fans for the heat they got us three Roni the building manager was very helpful and nice It’s noisy outside, the glass needs to be double. Also for flat 2 if you have a crawling baby or first step toddler it is not safe to have stairs in the appartment The mattress of one of the beds was horrible
• Yasmine86 (3/5): Poor - The location is perfect. The bathroom didn't have a sewer on the floor, so water always ends up running everywhere and out of the door from the bottom. This caused great inconvenience for my family. Also, there is no AC, so this place is not recommended during summer at all! It gets very hot and stuffy when we close the windows, and very noisy when we open them. The windows needs better curtains. We were unable to get a good night's sleep with plastic tile curtains, and when we talked to the landlord about he did nothing to solve the problem. The noise outside during the night would get so bad that our sleep gets interrupted all night long. It wasn't comfortable staying there at all, as we didn't sleep well during our stay. I would not book in this place during future visits to London.
• Aliisa (9/5): Very good. - Great apartment in a great location, easy access to public transport across London. Very clean, nice staff who were very responsive. The apartment had two bedrooms with comfortable beds plus a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room. Best suitable for 4-5 people but we were able to fit 6 adults :) There is no AC, which could have been useful in the warmer weather. But we managed without since the apartment has fans. The sofa bed was a little tight for two adults - would be perfect for kids.
