• Reinhard (10/5): War perfekt!! - Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Londonaufenthalt. Sie ist sehr sauber, geräumig und alles da was wir brauchten. In der Umgebung gibt es im Umkreis von 5min (zu Fuß) Lebensmittelgeschäft, Cafés und Restaurants. Gegenüber an der Straßenecke ein Pub! War einfach perfekt! Wir kommen wieder! Einzig die Abdunkelung in unserem Schlafzimmer war nicht ganz dicht. Hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört!

• Diana (9/5): Truly a great property, highly recommend! - Very clean, comfortable, in a great location by a tube station and the Euston train station, from where we could easily take the train to Gatwick Airport. Grocery stores close by, and a very straightforward check-in process. This will sound weird, but - sharper knives, so that food prep is easier! :)

• Mary (8/5): Very spacious in a very good location with a few minor issues. - The fuse in the kitchen had to be reset multiple times. The heat in one of the bedrooms was not working properly.
• Julie (4/5): 7 jours semaine nouvel an - Propreté Localisation (possibilité de se déplacer dans le centre sans métro) Grands espaces de vie Réservation non conforme à l'annonce: nombreuses photos d'appartements dans l'immeuble sur le site de booking et surprise à l'arrivée car appartement qui n'apparaît sur aucune des photos. Appartement attribué situé en réalité au rez-de-chaussée pour le salon séjour cuisine mais aussi en sous sol (non spécifié dans l'annonce) pour les 2 chambres et la salle de bain. Grosses aérations au dessus des lits donnant directement sur la rue adjacente engendrant d'énormes nuisances sonores (vous vivez avec le trottoir :poubelles,passant,métro...). Sonnerie intempestive à 3 reprises dont journée et nuit complète provenant du couloir. Ne comptez pas communiquer avec l'agence en charge de la location des appartements.
• ÖZTÜRK (8/5): - Öncelikle konumu güzel bir çok yere vasıta kullanmadan gidebilirsiniz . Mevsim olarak soğuk fakat ev güzel ısınıyor . Alışveriş marketler yakın müşteri kitlesi genelde ailelerden oluşuyor Tekli yataklar tekerlekli hareket ettikçe kayıyor. Metro sesi uyku kalitesini bozuyor.
• Clara (8/5): Ambiente spazioso, luminoso e pulito. Molto comoda la posizione: Euston Square colegata con varie linee per raggiungere - Ambiente spazioso e luminoso, bello avere due bagni. Abbiamo gradito l’arredamento moderno e l’assenza di moquette. Molto gradita la presenza della lavastoviglie oltre che della lavatrice I materassi necessitano un cambio. La cucina necessita il cambio della padella antiaderente. In entrambe i bagni non funziona il sali/scendi della doccia. La TV non sintonizzava i canali in chiaro; essendoci il cavo antenna, probabilmente c’é un guasto.

• Emma (6/5): Good value for money - It was good value. We were moved from our booked location last minute and this was another 20mins in the opposite direction from where we were visiting.

• Natalia (6/5): Pese a todo el precio era inmejorable, considerando que estábamos a2 cuadras del subte y a 6 de la torre de Londres. Con - Teníamos 3 dormitorios y 3 baños, los ambientes eran amplios. Nos cambiaron de ubicación unas horas antes de llegar. Teníamos los circuitos y las visitas armadas y nos desconfiguro bastante sobre todo el primer día . Llegamos y el dpto estaba fresco, pedimos q en encendieran la calefacción, fueron al día siguiente pero encendieron solo una parte, el dormitorio donde estaban mis hijos tuvo que esperar un día más para q encendieran ese sector. En uno de los baños había bastante mal olor. El lavaplatos funcionaba pero mucha vajilla salía sucia, varias veces tuve q usar dos lavados para q se pudiera usar. La comunicación con el personal era entrecortada, con algunos de estos temas mandaba mensajes y me respondían/ me lo solucionaban al otro día recién.

• Maria Del Mar (8/5): - El apartamento estaba muy bien por dentro. Una ubicación perfecta respecto a metros, restaurantes, tiendas y la ciudad. Yo repetiria El apartamento está en la zona de entresuelo. Se escucha el metro y alguna ambulancia porque hay un hospital.

• Sung Hee (10/5): 정말 만족합니다. - 위치가 완벽했습니다. 도보 5분 거리에 유스턴역을 포함하여 지하철역이 3개 있었고, 버스 정류장과도 가까웠습니다. 거의 같은 건물에 작은 마트가 있었으며, 버스정류장 가까이 규모 있는 Sainsburry’s, Amazon fresh가 있었고, 워렌스트리트역 인근 한국마트와 Lidl, M&S도 있어서 편리했습니다. 우리 가족은 어른 2명과 10살, 12살 아이 등 총 4명이었는데, 침실 2개에 싱글베드 총 4개가 있었고, 샤워부스가 설치된 화장실도 2개 있었습니다. 인덕션, 오븐, 토스터, 전기주전자, 냉장고, 식기세척기가 완비된 주방 설비는 훌륭했습니다. 세탁기 또한 마음에 들었습니다. 매일 깨끗하고 보송한 옷을 입고 여행할 수 있어 쾌적했습니다. 식탁과 소파가 따로 있다는 점도 편리했습니다. 8박 9일의 여행기간 동안 우리 가족은 모두 이 숙소를 사랑했습니다. 10점 만점도 모자라다고 생각합니다. 옷장 서랍이 조금 빡빡했지만 문제가 될 정도는 아니었습니다. 청소나 쓰레기 처리에 대한 안내가 있다면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

• Emanuele (8/5): Ideale per famiglia - Posizione, alloggio ampio, tutto nuovo, appena ristrutturato, cucina completa. In 6 giorni nessuno è passato a pulire, lo avremmo anche fatto noi se ci fossero state le attrezzature (scopa, stracci etc.). Usciva un forte odore di fogna dallo scarico del lavabo in cucina.

Non c'era bagnoschiuma ,soltanto 2 rotoli di carta igienica per 4 persone per 8 giorni,niente phon, in cucina soltanto 4 bicchieri per 4 persone,non c'era detersivo per la lavatrice, né scottex,nessuna scopa per la pulizia del pavimento Nessuna disponibilità dell host alle richieste fatte, addirittura abbiamo dovuto contattare direttamente Booking per avere una risposta!!!

• BenedettoPal (1/5): Vacanza da truffa!! - Una nota positiva il quartiere dove è posizionata la struttura. Prenotato un appartamento che al mio arrivo era completamente differente da quello mostrato nelle foto di prenotazione. Struttura in un palazzo con più appartamenti a noi ci avevano assegnato un alloggio a piano terra con ingresso da dentro un deposito con diverse trappole per topi e ogni volta che rientravamo era pauroso! Inoltre davanti allo stabile vi sono una serie di bidoni di immondizia di tutta la zona che conferiscono proprio davanti al portone di ingresso, la nostra finestra era sempre chiusa perché se si apriva si sentivano odori nauseabondi. E' assurdo che booking permetta di inserire nella loro piattaforma strutture del genere..lamentato tutto a booking e alla struttura che risponde dopo un giorno senza soluzione. Durante tutta la giornata e sino alle 24 si sente molto forte il rumore della metro che probabilmente passa da sotto o molto vicino alla struttura! Insomma peggio di così non ci poteva capitare. Impianto elettrico instabile, ogni tanto scattava il contatore generale e si rimaneva senza luce. Una pessima esperienza e da condividere con tutti.
• Ahmadov (10/5): - الموقع جيد ومحاط بالسوبر ماركت وقريب جدا من محطات المواصلات ... مكان هادئ وشقة واسعه يتوفر بها 3 غرف مع 3 حمامات نظيفة ... وكان الطاقم جدا متجاوب مع الملاحظات ... وسهولة استلام الشقة وتسليمها. مع توفر جميع الاحتياجات في الشقة. انصح به للعائلة ... تكفي 5 أشخاص الى 6. شكرا لكم أكسيس يوستن. التنظيف مرة واحدة خلال 10 ليالي ... لا يكفي عدم وجود تكييف ... ولكن لحسن الحظ أن الأجواء كانت معتدلة وجميلة.

• Fernando (7/5): Turisteando Londres - Estaba limpio, es amplio y bastante nuevo. La zona es tranquila y la ubicación céntrica para ser Londres. Hay metro y autobús a 3 minutos andando. El apartamento tiene de todo menos cafetera y toallas de lavabo, pero eso ya lo avisaban. Nos tocó el bajo y da un poco de miedo abrir las ventanas por si entra algún bicho. El metro pasa justo por debajo y se oye un poco, por el día no molesta pero si te acuestas pronto cuesta un poco dormir. Quizás el sofá si necesite una renovación

La fornitura di asciugamani è limitata a solo uno a testa e le stoviglie sono un po' limitate, ma ci siamo arrangiati. Lavatrice con asciugatrice e lavastoviglie sono in dotazione all'appartamento e per noi essenziali essendo stati 10 giorni Difficile trovare l'appartamento, il n.5, per cui è stato necessario chiamare l'assistenza, sarebbe utile mettere una mappa
• Luis (9/5): Apartamentos súper recomendables para viajar a Londres. Un acierto - La ubicación excelente, teniendo en cuenta lo grande que es Londres, está perfectamente situado. Justo frente tiene una estación de metro y en línea más menos recta está el BigBen. Anduvimos mucho por la ciudad y desde el apartamento se puede hacer. Igualmente, cuando queríamos ir con rapidez a distintos lugares cogíamos metro o bus porque está rodeados de paradas y las estaciones de Euston y Warren. Un acierto Nada, súper bien equipado, limpio y se notaba que estaba reformado. No puntué a la “ recepción porque además de no tener problemas, tampoco tuve contacto con ella/ ellos. Me indicaron los detalles del check in/ out y así lo hicimos. Nada negativo, todo positivo. Si fuésemos y hubiese disponibilidad, sin lugar a dudas, repetiría.
• Steven (10/5): Perfect apartment for famiky or large group stays in the city - This property was perfect for me and four of my friends who were visiting London for the night. Although not much time was spent in the accommodation the time we spent there was comfortable and gave us a much more personal and private experience than booking a hotel with different rooms. We were able to relax in the living room before we went out and have a few drinks and unwind from the long journey. the beds were comfortable the whole place was modern and spotless and it was a very secure and safe building to be in N/A
• Muzna (6/5): It was nice but it could have been better. - The location was good, close to main station. There was a supermarket near by. The building had an elevator, however you need to climb some stairs at the entrance. Communication with the landlord was almost nonexistent. I kept calling them and their response is either very slow or there’s no response at all. Honestly the people managing the flat were the worst part and are the reason why I’m giving it a low rating. Also, beds are tiny and the sofa needs thorough cleaning, it was filthy.

• Jayne (8/5): the heating worked well, close to Euston station and lots of Idian restaurants and supermarkets close - it was comfortable like an apartment and were glad we booked it once we settled in. that the underground noise was like a plane taking off every minute or so but we were in a basement apartment. We couldn’t open the lock box to get our keys when we checked in they were going to send someone but 1/2 hour later still no one we got a message to say it might be stiff eventually we asked some young men to help and they got it open maybe they could spray something in it to make it easier to open glad we got in at 4pm not midnight or we would have been sleeping in foyer.

• Wasim (1/5): Very bad experience - Apartment was in good condition and location was good to connect with public transport. There is underground metro just below to the apartment so whole day and night you get disturbed with unpleasant sound and unfortunately booking.com and property don’t tell this before. Every night was very discomfort.
• Giulia (8/5): I would definitely choose this accomodation again - The location is excellent! The apartment is spacious, making it a great option for a family of four. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made meal preparation easy. The washing machine/dryer was incredibly useful since we didn't bring many clothes. The neighborhood is well-served by supermarkets that stay open late, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The tube is just a 1-minute walk away, or you can walk to many beautiful London sites like Regent's Park and Camden Town, the British Museum, and the newly developed King's Cross area, making the location even more convenient. We liked it very much. The sound and vibration of the tube passing below was a bit annoying at first, but I quickly got used to it, and it didn't bother me at all after that. However, my husband and children weren't bothered by it at all. I guess it depends on how sensitive you are to sounds/noise. Overall, it's something you can live with for a brief period of time; it's not a big deal.
• Di (6/5): Clean apartment close to Camden - Very clean house. Strategic location close to Regent's Park and Camden, perfect and easy to reach downtown and most popular London attractions. Difficult comunication with reception. Average 1 or 2 days to get chat answers, if any. Ground floor very noisy apartment due to tube passing (every 2 minutes) Kitchen equipped with a few pots, cutlery, dishwasher tablets.. The bathroom sinks are tiny

• Ganesan (9/5): Memorable family vacation. - Very centrally located and spacious apartment perfect for family vacation. Spacious , located centrally with quick access to tube , shopping areas , restaurants and parks.
• Rebecca (2/5): Place is nice, but host is crickets... - It is central to many tube stations and bus stops. It is quite a central location, and it's only a 10 minute bus ride to King's Cross if traffic permits. There is a tube at the corner of the block, and many supermarkets around the corner. Very spacious. Living room, nice kitchen utilities, large fridge, and the bathroom was very clean and nice. The host booked me last minute because another host canceled me the day before I arrived in London. The host was NEVER communicated. I sent an email and phoned them, and to this day, haven't received any answer. There are no instructions or pamphlets of any kind about the stay/place, where to put the trash/litter, control panel in case power shortages out (which did happen because people came to test the electronics outside the building), the TV was glitchy and wifi ALWAYS came in and out, and overall, the experience with all that regard was poor. Very poor. My mum and I had to figure everything out ourselves because the host never gotten back to us after their trip, neither did the host warn us that they would be out for a few days during our stay. The only reason I knew of the trip was because I called the 'emergency number', and they told me that they would be out until May 2nd. So, the 'emergency number' given really isn't the best number to call for emergencies. :( Big thumbs down.
• Josephine (10/5): Exceptional - The place is newly renovated, it was so nice. It was close to meny things, like food, stores, bars and transport. You can hear the underground often. But I learned to live with it.
• Madonna (7/5): Enjoyable convenient clean - Check-in was easy . Clean new facilities. Convenient location. Spacious apartment. Apartment was on the third floor and the lift was not working. Instructions for the washing machine would have been helpful.

Good water pressure & amenities, very clean, all the things we needed for a week stay. phone number on booking.com is not correct — you have to wait til you get an email for the correct contact info. laundry is a bit confusing since the appliance switches are mislabeled, but it does work.

• Auld (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the location and the facilities. It was like a home away from home. The facility was clean and had all the necessities. I was able to bake and cook when I felt like it, or have the luxury of walking a few steps to a number of dining out facilities/restaurants. The stores and underground stations were all within short walking distances. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it.
• Po (1/5): Bad - location is great, Room is spacious. the lock box is broken, very difficult to open. No hot water in the small toilet. Bath tub in other toilet leaks water. We can't sleep because the underground is too noisy. Every early morning, someone pulls the trolleys outside also quite noisy . The refrigerator is not working well. Heaters also leaks water.
• Simone (8/5): Great location and comfortable stay for a family - The location of the property is excellent and easy to get to transport, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. Great to have laundry facilities in the property and to be able to make your own meals and relax. There was a minor plumbing issue on day one, but this was resolved within the hour so had no major impact for us. Being in London during a heat wave means that there is no air conditioning so we had to purchase fans at our own expense as the property was not easy to cool down (the windows didn't open more than an inch).
• Ellen (10/5): Exceptional - The location and was ideal and it was very clean The lift only worked sometimes so it wasn't ideal arriving and departing with lots of bags but it was only one flight of stairs so it wasn't a major issue.
