• Pereira (9/5): Keep up the good work - The staff was so very good they actually went out of the way and provided me with food at 12. Midnight when the had closed I traveled from Ireland and was very tired and felt asleep and when I woke up it was 1130 night and went to the reception and they provided me with something to eat No phone to contact reception apart from that everything was perfect hygiene was maintained
• Karolina (10/5): - Hotel is located in the middle of Lisbon, you have metro station Pombal two minutes away, auchan, continente, pingo doce close by so you can buy what you want near by. We discovered a small restaurant Flor de Lisbon where they serve very tasty food with good price and you dont have to wait a lot. I didn't like breakfast in hotel because it was thisame everyday and you didnt have many things to eat. The food was very limited.

• francois (8/5): N - Situé près des points interessants de Lisbonne. La chambre était propre, environnement calme. Le lit était confortsble et la literie propre. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner qui était varié. Nous avons trouvé que les employés à la réception étaient peu accueillants, pas souriants et se cachaient derrière leur ordinateur. Dans la salle de bain il y avait une légère odeur d’égout.

Room were clean bathrooms new, first room we got have a moist smell we ask to be change a was done immediately, curtains were falling down, and the weirdest thing the room we got for two people have 4 twin beds.

• Han (8/5): Good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. Definitely recommended for budget travellers. - The hotel location is very good. Easy, 45 minutes walk to the old city of Lisbon. Most of the rooms are spacious, albeit not overly large. Housekeeping is good. The rooms were kept clean well. There are several large family rooms in the hotel. The elevators were very small. Can accommodate only 3 persons without luggage. But that was not a problem. A few of the rooms are very small but the hotel will always try to accommodate the guests in a larger room.

• Daria (8/5): - The beds were really comfortable, room big enough, space for clothes, bathroom newly renovated. Room had A/C and it was easy to keep it at the right temperature. No noise from the other rooms, reception staffed 24/7, we could leave the bags at the hotel after the checkout, which is at nice, 12 o'clock, no rushing around in the morning. Excellent location, safe, good part of Lisbon, close to subway station. Nothing.

• Bruno (4/5): Arrependimento - A localização é boa, perto do Metrô Marquês de Pombal. Aparentemente um hotel bem antigo que foi reformado mais ou menos, a cortina do quarto era pequena de largura, não vedava bem a luz, porém grande em comprimento, que ficava arrastando no chão dificultando ainda mais a tentativa de fechar ela direito. O armário não tem distância entre o chão e a porta, abri a porta no dedo do pé por algumas vezes. Banheiro extremamente apertado, com uma pia extremamente pequena que não dá nem para escovar o dente direito de tão pequena e ainda colocaram uma prateleira de vidro pegando metade dela, piorando a situação. O carpete dos corredores não aparentavam muita limpeza.

• zibo (7/5): Buon Hotel vicino al centro - L'hotel si trova vicino al centro e con la fermata del metrò e dei bus vicini. Il bagno è stato rinnovato (grande e moderno). La camera era un pochino stretta ma in compenso c'era la terrazza chiusa utilizzabile con tavolino, sedia e poltrona. La colazione per un hotel a tre stelle era misera, con pochi prodotti, senza nessun cartellino e senza prodotti per gli intolleranti (lattosio, glutine, ecc).
