- Alex (7/5): -
- Michael (8/5): -
- James (1/5): - Nothing Check in charging more because requested non smoking. Bed bugs, enough said.
- Marcel (8/5): -
- Rossana (4/5): - Nothing Owner/receptionist keep saying I owed 88 dollars and I kept arguing with him that I had already taken care of that through booking and paypal. He finally understood and gave in…
- Michael (7/5): Decent clean basic motel - Extremely clean older hotel. Good privacy. Good bare bones lodging. Few amenities beyond the basic. No coffee provided and ice only by request.
- Elaine (9/5): -
- Heavan (10/5): - Everything

- Heavan (10/5): - I love how easy it was to check in and get my key The fact that at 11:00 on the freaking Dot they're beating on the door saying that check out time is up
- Cristopher (4/5): - The rooms smelled like cigarettes. The air conditioning is filthy. Dust literally everywhere and the bathroom just not clean. They do general cleaning but you can still see the filth.
- Man (8/5): Very good -
- Kristen (1/5): Bad -
- Wanda (9/5): Will stay again - The pool is no longer there so that was disapointing. Hotel is older but the rooms have been redone and the bed was comfortable and the hot water was endless. We arent ones who stay the whole time in our room, so for value and location to places we wanted to see and go to it was perfect.
- Tami (6/5): Pleasant -
- Petr (7/5): Good -
- Leonid (10/5): Bare simple minimum.still a 10/10 - It’s a rundown old motel. Bare necessities. Great hot water and pressure. But employees are nice and kind. Fresh clean linen and towels.
Smells are ok in the room.
Doesn’t stink like other motels in the area.
Microwave and mini fridge. Just old and run down. That’s ok for us so it’s ok. They still get a 10. You get what you pay for.
- Robert (3/5): A bit of a dive but every where had no vacancy - Location and very late check in No heating and outside temperature was 36 degrees. Had to sleep fully clothed
- Jeanette (7/5): Good - Clean
- Arias (7/5): Good -
- Ivette (9/5): Superb -
- Nathan (7/5): Good -
- Calrolyn (7/5): Good -
- lance (8/5): - Older property most likely in process of remodeling but with only me as their customer I don’t see it happening fast. Price of room seem to reflect those of higher resorts but lacked the modernization. Very quiet and no real complaints price could have reflected resorts age.
- Reinaldo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cathrin (5/5): Passable -
- Willis (2/5): Will never go there again - Didn't have breakfast, left early Very hard bed
- Yamille (10/5): It was a great quick fix on the road. - Quiet atmosphere and very clean room with furnishings of good quality.
- Gwen (7/5): Ok for 1 night - The bed was fairly comfortable. It had a fridge. It smelled like disinfectant, which triggered my allergies. Our room was next to the ice machine, which made noise all night. It did not have an iron or blow dryer.
- Judith (5/5): sirens sounded, not fault of motel - clean looks sketchy
- Cathrin (7/5): nice personal, clean , great for one night - typical motel the light in the room
- Daymel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nathan (7/5): Good -
- Alejandra (8/5): Very good -
- Rosanna (10/5): Exceptional - The male house keeper is very rude and calls people out their name when he don't even know them. They really need to fire him.
- Ferdinand (8/5): - Close to main road and easy access for food and grocery.
- Thomas (10/5): - Good place to stay
- Susan (10/5): - Nice place for the $. I have stayed several times and had no problems
- 503dorothys (10/5): Last night on road trip. - We were so tired after driving for 19 days of our road trip to Arizona. The bed was very comfortable and would stay again. The room was clean and we really appreciate that. With pets allowed in rooms now it makes it harder to travel with allergies. This place gave me no problems with that.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Your description of this motel was inaccurate to say the least. Upon arriving we found that the pool was closed, covered by a steel cover. We refused to stay at this location, and were compelled to pay for one night. Even though we studied the description of this offering on your Expedia web page, no mention was made of the pool being unavailable. This was an entirely unsatisfactory experience. I guess lucky for us we refused to stay here.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - It’s a clean older motel. No coffee pot or bathroom essentials or hair dryer. No iron & ironing board. No tissues. The tile by the carpets was all broken. No daily towels without asking.
We travel a lot & this is the worst place we’ve stayed. The room was clean but the walls were chipped, mismatched furniture. Just terrible...never again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I did not like anything of the property. The staff hardly speaks english, the first one we checked into had roaches and the lady at counter got rude when we asked for new room and said are you sure roaches. we got new room. still dirty, hair on towels left for us. we didnt trust to use any of of linens or towels or soaps left for us. i had luckily brought my own sheet and comforter and 2 cans of lysol later we felt a little easier in room. we lysol sprayed EVERYTHING, even whole door to entire bathroom/tub.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Get what you pay for and sometimes less! - Motel is obviously very old and is in great need of renovation. Room was adequate for just me and this stay. Although the room itself appeared to be clean, it really did not feel that way. It was very bare with few amenities. I reserved it due to low cost and good location to the sports venue I was attending. I would never have used this hotel if I had any of my family with me.
- C (6/5): - Mini fridge leaked, place was not cleaned well. bed was ok real springy. cheap and you get what you pay for.
- Jacklyn (10/5): An old hotel but clean - We stayed at this hotel to attend Runaway Country. The hotel is older and needs some up dates but the room was clean. Everything smelled fresh. There weren't any stains on the carpet, no peeling paint, and no signs of mildew. I would recommend this hotel for sure. The price, cleanliness, and location are perfect.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Okay for the price - Okay for what you pay. Request non smoking, they are the best rooms.
- Blanca (6/5): - terrible bed, I could not sleep. place was ok.
- Riviera (6/5): Reviera one night - you get what you pay for it is not a resort, but ok for one night when traveling
- Carole (6/5): No frills but clean - Just looking for a clean hotel close to where we were going that evening. Nothing special but would go back
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't go! - Roach infested, no WiFi, no phone. You feel trapped. Pool boarded over and knocking at every door through out the night. Seedy motel used for seedy things.
- epba (2/5): THE PITS - This motel was the worst place ever. No phone, no clock, sporatic WiFi, no toiletries, limited towels and wash cloths but I wouldn't bathe or shower in this place anyway. Bed was just a mattress on a plywood box and very uncomfortable. Could not wait to leave in the morning.
- Jrobertson0315 (2/5): Disgusting. Roaches. Hair in shower - I stayed in this motel last minute and checked in very late. Room was disgusting!! The room smelled like mold, bathroom shower had chipped off paint. Shower curtains had holes on it. Someone's food was left in the fridge. Small Cockroaches in the bathroom. Hair in the shower. Brown stains on walls. Manager never called me after I left complaint in curry smelling lobby. Front desk clerk didn't care or seem to be news when I confronted him.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Staff was very nice, let us take the room early so we could get our sightseeing started. Beds were comfortable.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Hotel was very old - Property was very old and cleanliness was questionable.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I dont like the hotel ,they not have Nothing at all.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Riviera Motel - Osceola - The pool was closed, exterior of the hotel - buildings, sidewalks and parking lot were all dirty. You could practically see through the towels.
- Tony (6/5): business trip - Check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable.
- debbieg385 (4/5): Inexpensive - They share a low fee, but ask for a key-deposit, then will not return the deposit if you check out early. Beds were a little hard but room was clean. I give this hotel a maybe. What more to say, only check in here if you can not find another hotel to stay in.
- MensaBrite (4/5): Riviera Motel. My room next to office was clean. - I stayed at the Riviera Motel because I was looking for something cheap and I had arrived in town after dark. It was the first cheap-looking motel I saw. I was appropriately greeted at the front desk by a India lady. Their living quarters are ajacent to the lobby and it did smell of curry, not marijuana. The rate is $30 single plus tax. My assigned room was right next to the office. I found the room and bedding spotless. Plenty of clean towels.
I did not need to shower but did notice there was no shower head on the pipe. TVs worked fine. There was no noise or any annoyances while I was there.
I didn't see a phone in the room but do have a cell phone anyhow.
The room was well-lighted and appropriately furnished. There are some chain restaurants a couple miles up the road and I stopped and ate at the Denny's. There is an Outback Steakhouse up the road about 4 miles.
The pool is covered for the winter I guess.
Plenty of free parking.
I think I got my moneysworth.
- Jbossss (2/5): Ewweeyyyyyyyy!!! Like omg - First of I'm going to start by saying that I couldn't find any other hotel that wasn't booked in a 20 mile radius. It was funny to me that we were the only ones that were staying here. The main office reeked of marijuana when we went in. As I talked to the Indian dude he opened the key door and as he gave me my key he winked and said " have fun" which was weird af. I got to the room and I would have felt safer and cleaner of I pitched a tent at the county landfill. The room was hotter than two rats having s@x in a wool sock. I took a shower in the rain instead of the shower because there was blood residue. Also found some white powder in the bath room could have been bath salt, or cocaine idk but it was deffientlt scary. Now to the beds I slept in we're harder than a rock and the sheets haven't been washed at all an I picked off two ticks and I just got back from the lOcal Clinic and they said I have BED BUGS. Eww. And lastly which really set me off. I got back to the motel around 4 am from clubbing and I seen a really rough African male that was assaulting some women upstairs and the wine was screaming for help to the Indian guy that was in the office and he said " listen b!$ch you got yourself into that mess and you can get yourself out of it. I left immediately and had to leave all my stuff in the hotel and head north. The pool is covered in allununium shutters which Is weird af. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay here it's bad, real bad.
- DalilitaV (2/5): The Worst Hotel Ever - That's the worst hotel in the USA. Thank God we just went there to sleep because the experience was awful.
The bathrooms are dirty, the phone doesn't work, the entire room is ugly and dirty, closets don't open.
And the worst part is that when you make your complaint to the manager or whoever is in charge, these people is rough, violent and insultive. Their work should be to attend the tourist in a good way, with entusiasm and solving any trouble, not in a unrespecteable, aggressive and discriminative way.
Those days were the worst experience we have ever had in USA.
- vmann731 (2/5): Nasty Place - I'll just list the terrible things at this motel.
My first room the air conditioning nor phone worked.
My second room, the air worked, but the phone didn't. (I didn't find this out until 10:50 pm when I wanted to complain about the party upstairs still going strong). When I used my cell to dial the #, it continuously said that the "operator" line was busy. I quit trying after 11, because the office closed at 11.
There were no hand towels, ice bucket, or plastic cups, and when I went to get an ice bucket I was told the ice machine was off. They did go out and turn in on, but I never went to check, I was too disgusted.
There was a handful of hair on the wall side of the tub where the stopper lever is, and I wouldn't even touch the filthy tub mat to remove it, let alone stand on it to take a shower.
The phone was so dirty I used a towel to touch it, and there were hairs both on the bottom sheet and top sheet, on the nightstand and sink.
There was a bottle cap on the lower shelf of the nightstand, clearly in view, which makes me wonder if the room was even inspected.
This was clearly a family-run motel, and the same lady who was at the front desk was cleaning rooms the next morning.
There was a light bulb out, and when I went to the front desk to get a replacement, they didn't even have one. The lady sent her young daughter into another room to take one out of a socket there so that I could have 2 lights. (The 2 small lamps between the beds were the only lights in the bedroom).
The pool did look clean, but I hope not too many people wanted to lounge because there were only 4 upright chairs!
