• Julissa (5/5): It was okay peaceful just dirty and 2 lights didnt work in the room - I spent time with my girlfriend The rooms never get cleaned up the floors are never swept, the bathroom is dirty and the room looked like they had just cleaned up the towels and stuff right then

Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Friendly staff too. The value, considering what hotel rooms go for these days, was excellent. Outside of building and room doors need to be painted and/or cleaned (pressure wash?), so perhaps the building more accurately reflects the lovely rooms.

Railing on the stairwell fell off and was held on by string, bathroom had a used bar of soap in the shower, there was hair, dirt, and stains on the sheets, and the rating that was online seemed to be from 2015-2017, according to the pictures in the office.

• Samuel (8/5): Budget Inn meets expectations. - The room was clean and the property manager was nice. The bed was very firm. The shower curtain allowed the bathroom floor to get more water than I expected.

The room and bed were both extremely comfortable and clean. This is our second stay at this budget inn & we would definitely stay again.

Cheapest price around, didn’t have high expectations but this place was great. About 10 minute drive to restaurants. Location was a bit secluded but wasn’t a problem for us. Overall we had NO complaints!

• Deborah (9/5): A great place to stay - The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and just like Goldilocks it was just right. The decor was very nice and soothing. The guests in the next room had small children and they were allowed to run into the walls, scream and yell up until midnight. It was impossible to sleep until wee hours of the morning.

• David (2/5): Stay away from this place until they start to care for it and clean up the pet urine and fix the broken things in rooms. - The room smelled of pets and pet urine. The shower had a pipe coming out of the wall, with no shower head. The staff member couldn’t care less about the state of the room. All of the above but the pet urine was overwhelming to the point we couldn’t sleep well that night.
