- Alexandra (6/5): - Es importante que se haga mencion que no esta cerca del centro y que esta ubicado en un barrio de inmigrantes que se percibe inseguro. El cuarto del Inodoro olia mucho a cigarro. Se hacia mencion que teníamos descuento en un buffet de desayuno cercano que resulta que era buffet arabe y que el descuento mo es válido cuando son menos de 5 personas.

- Fabiana (4/5): - Was auf den Biöder nach einem großen Raum aussieht, ist mit dem 2. Bett vollkommen vollgestellt. Das 2. Bett war ein Klappbett, das einfach mitten im Raum steht. In der Toilette gibt es kein Waschbecken, dafür aber einen Ganzkörperspiegel... Für eine Person allein bestimmt ganz nett, vor allem, mit dem begehbaren Kleiderschrank, aber für mehrere Personen absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

The apartment floor, elevator and surroundings were dirty. The area behind the apartment seemed pretty unsafe. Someone threw a piece of glass from the next building which landed infront of our car (this was right before we got the keys). Maybe it was just our experience. We decided to checkout in a day. Hope they return the deposit

- Gary (4/5): - I was planning to give Sky9 a "zero" rating, but in all fairness, the apartment was quite nice. The issue has been their advertising: on Expedia, the location shows as being on Karl Popperstrasse close to the main train station; in reality it is nearly a mile away. So far away, that the wheels on my new luggage disintegrated from the beating. Also, the reservation on Expedia allowed for free cancellation for no additional cost, but Sky9 indicated their reservation system didn't allow for such. Also, the unit was advertised as having a king and queen bed, which was really more like a king (maybe) and a pull-out sleeper sofa. So, if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the actual location and pay attention to the reservation policies, this could be a good deal. We only needed the apartment for one night; if we'd had an extended stay, the positive aspects of the apartment would have offset the inconveniences. So, for the right travelers, this could be a good unit, but be aware.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Average apartment with misleading information - We found the photos on the description are very misleading, as the photos are clearly photoshopped to make them more appealing than they actually are. The facility are very basic and there is not any view to the city, just a court yard from balcony. We thought there is a swimming pool to use according to the photos, actually there is no swimming pool, but the swimming pool is in another location and you need to pay to use it. After stayed in this apartment, we were contacted by the people running the business to ask us to give above current score in order to get 5 euro back. I declined to do so, as it is fraud and not true to the experience we had. It was very hot in May as it is a penthouse and there is no air-con, it will be sweltering in the summer.

- Patrik (4/5): Rymlig lägenhet i dåligt läge - Lägenheten har det man behöver och är rymlig, extra plus med balkong. Ligger dock en kvart med taxi från stan i ett sämre område. Vi var tre stycken och fick för lite duschtvålstuber. När jag bad om några stycken ytterligare på Mail fick jag inte ens svar vilket är minus vad gäller service
- Verified traveler (10/5): - バス停まですぐでトラムまでも数分で行ける便利さ。 買い出しは近くにスーパーHofer がありバスで二駅乗ると下町の商店街もあって便利です。部屋は1LDKでゆとりの広さ、カーテンがないけど覗かれる心配がないので気にならない。全てが便利で唯一の難点は電子レンジがない事、食器洗い機はあるし洗剤も置いてくれているけど洗濯機の洗剤は無いので注意です。 ウィーンに住んでいたのでアパートの質の高さはお勧めします。連絡もメールでまめに来るので親切です。事務所のスタッフも親切でした。 キーボックスの鍵を取る方式なので事務所が休みでも心配ありません。

- Jean (4/5): Disappointing! - The apartment was not what was shown on website! It was a studio for 4 adults! Paid to check in at noon, was told not ready, checked in at 12:30. No toiletries except for a jar of hand soap! The air conditioning did not work properly. Very HOT! Coffee maker did not work either. Just glad it was only for one night!
- Rebecca (2/5): - Unfortunately we did not have the best stay at the apartment. We arrived late at night after a day of travelling to find the reception was closed. After trying to call the after hours number several times it was finally answered. We were then hung up on. We called back and were then sent an email with details on how to access our apartment. Unfortunately the elevator was being used by workmen and we had to wait 15 minutes for the lift to become available as we had suitcases that meant we could not walk up 5 flights of stairs to the office. Once we eventually accessed our keys, waited for the lift again and made our way to another building to check in (this is all around 10.30 at night) we found our apartment only had one bed despite booking a room with two beds and what was supposed to be non smoking apartment had been smoked in. Not only could we smell the smoke, especially in the toilet and bathroom, but also there were cigarette butts on the terrace and an ashtray with butts still in it. As it was very late, we had to be up early for a flight the next morning and there was no-one on site to assist us and move us to another room, went to bed.
- Sarah (2/5): Misrepresented property - Very disappointed with location of apartment which was misrepresented on the hotels. Com site and disguised on their web page - it is not the accommodation you are expecting. I can not recommend this company for their accommodation or customer service. The customer service was dreadful and we left without stating a single night. After explaining the issues, there was not a suitable resolution or explanation.

- Roy (6/5): Didn't get what I paid for - The issue is I booked a room 1 King + 1 Queen and when we arrived we got a studio apartment. That is not in line with my reservation. However, given we were there for only one night it wasn't worth the hassle to rearrange but personally I find that unacceptable to not receive what I booked.

- Alberto (2/5): We feel RIPPED!!! - We made a reservation in December 2019 to travel in September 2020. Due to the Covid19 pandemic we ask to postpone our trip until all this nightmare is over. "SKY9 Penthouse Apartments", in a totally insensitive way to this situation that affects the whole world HAS NOT ANSWERED to our repeated emails and phone calls, thus keeping the almost three hundred euros that we paid for three nights in Vienna ... We will travel at the first opportunity possible but we will NOT stay at SKY9 Penthouse Apartments as we feel RIPPED by them.
- Duccio (10/5): - Ho soggiornato presso la struttura con la mia famiglia un solo giorno durante un viaggio di ritorno da Praga. Le informazioni ricevute via mail erano chiare e corrette, quindi non ci sono state brutte sorprese o inutili perdite di tempo, a partire dal check-in fatto online prima dell'arrivo. La zona in cui si trova la struttura non pretende di essere la più bella di Vienna ma in compenso è tranquilla e relativamente vicina al centro (il Castello Belvedere si raggiunge a piedi in 30 minuti circa). L'appartamento era spazioso, pulito e ben arredato. Tutto organizzato molto bene, si può arrivare o partire in qualsiasi orario. Peccato solo non poter fare il check-in prima delle 14.00. Comunque se tornero' a Vienna non cercherò altre sistemazioni.

Located within 10-15 min walking distance of public transport, or short taxi ride to Vienna Central Station. Main shopping area and restaurants also located nearby. Please be aware that Sky9 Apartments have multiple apartments located throughout Vienna. Please pay close attention to the actual address of the apartment, listed in the property details and correspondence sent direct from the Sky9 Apartments office/reception. Unfortunately the apartment I booked was not located at the address I originally thought when first booking, and was too far to walk with luggage from Vienna Central Train Station, so I had to catch a taxi which cost me an extra 10-20euros.

- Min (10/5): Satisfied my first stay in Vienna - The staff was very kind and professional (prompt response). The accommodation was quite cozy and enough space for 3-4 peoples, even though I stayed only by myself. In fact, the residence area was not very attractive (as any near to central station area) but it was very calm and safe enough, easy to go to the city centre and bahnhof.

- Geoffrey (6/5): Great Apartment, but Sky9 has multiple buildings! - Apartment was very nice, but with Sky9 check the location. As the main address is near the train station, we thought we would be convient to not dragging our bags almost 2km. This was the most important aspect to us personally. Also the pool in pictures is only in one building! If you are by car or not carrying bags, this apartment works perfect. The contact is very nice and helpful. I just wish Hotels.com made people with multiple place list them that way.

- Thomas (4/5): It's the little things which are missing - Decent apartment on the top floor. Place to sit outside is nice. Small windows. View of a park and some other apartment buildings. The listing says toiletries included, but bring your own. They only left us two rolls of toilet paper for three people staying for four days. No shampoo, just a bottle of body wash. Like things like that would cost them maybe a euro or two to make a more pleasant stay, but they skimp on it. Be warned in the summer there is no air conditioning. The local grocery stores close early, but there is one a subway ride away which is open later.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful stay - It was a wonderful stay at SKY9 Apartment. It is not really 'penthouse' on the top floor but it is indeed a lovely apartment in downtown Vienna at a very reasonable price. The apartment is spacious - we had the one bedroom with separate kitchen and a balcony. Nothing to complain about the apartment itself - clean, comfy, very quiet and modern decor. Check-in and check-out are very easy. We did not even meet the receptionist there at all but they were very helpful and quick in email responses. The neighbors there are great too - we got to borrow a weighing scale for our luggage before leaving for the airport. The neighborhood area is ok - quiet and not crowded (which not feel very safe at night time but Vienna is very safe on its own so that's ok). Not very near any train/subway - about 5min walk to bus stop, 10min walk to tram stop, which take you to Vienna Central station. Vienna Central station is about 15min walking. If you travel with luggage, best to take Uber from Vienna Central station to the apartment, cheaper than by bus/tram.

- PHILIP (8/5): Out of Town High Quality Apartments - Superb Apartments, despite being out of Town and not really 'City Centre'. With that said the exceptional service and high standards of cleanliness made up for the rather 'residential' location.
- Raffaele (8/5): - The property is very nice, unfortunately the surrounding areasis are not very desirable and you very far from the centre of Vienna and its beautiful attractions.
- Sladjan (2/5): - The SKY9 Apartment looks nice however it was a letdown in many respects especially considering the price. The owner requested deposit money to be paid in advance and by transfer only. As I was busy travelling and had limited WiFi the owner did not seem to care and be flexible in his approach (I offered to pay in cash at arrival time which is the same as check in time at 2pm which is what the original booking stated - to be paid at the check in), he simply said if you do not pay deposit you will not get the key and wont be able to use the room AT ALL. Very disappointing and I had to run around to make this arranged. Also there was a sneaky 5 euro cleaning fee per person that he deducts from the deposit and you are aware of this once you make a booking and requests deposit to be transferred. I've travelled many times and never had such a bad experience. Hotel location was NOT close to HBF train station, it was a good 30 min walk. We only booked it due its "supposed" proximity to HBF to find out we still had to walk a lot. Kaplerplatz is the closest station which is 15min walk and one station away from HBF. Apartment is next to kids play ground and it's very noisy during day and night. Kitchen is very small and limited in functionality - NO cutlery, NO plates, NO sugar/salt/tea/coffee just simply basics that you would expect and need when you are travelling. NO washing machine and both microwave and fridge were tiny. NO Air Conditioning, NO toiletries and NO blinds.

- Greg (8/5): Very Nice Apartment but a bit out of the way - Very Nice Apartment close to the Metro Station and easy access to downtown although a bit of a distance. Not much nearby for Restaurants or Shops but a bit of a walk for a few Kms will get you to an outdoor Mall area for Bars, Restaurants, etc. Saturday and Sunday is very Quiet with most places closing up so plan ahead. Very Nice Apartment and a nice Reception when we arrived.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad neighborhood - The area was not desirable, it was not covenient. There’s nothing in that neighborhood just residence. There’s no air conditioning there was only one fan. We had a courtyard but could not leave the door open because the neighbor was partying all night. Besides that we did not feel safe to leave the window/door open despite the extreme heat in the room. This apartment also rented out to immigrants who live there long term. There’s no front desk. There’s no live person to deal with. I would NOT recommend this place.
- candice (8/5): Nice and spacious - The apartment was very easy to find and close to public transport. Also close to shops which was handy. The apartment is big with a nice lounge/kitchen area, big bathroom and bedroom. The decor is nice and it has a very comfortable feel. No curtains or blinds on the bedroom windows was probably the only issue. It gets light very early so be prepared for an early wake up call.
- Carole (8/5): Austria vacation! - I would highly recommend in staying with SKY9 apartments. Beds very comfortable, need password to get into building very secure and very clean. Close to bus line to get to underground subways! I would stay there again! In our building thou we didn’t have service! Traveling Mother and son we did have separate rooms for sleeping so had privacy! CJS

City center is easily reachable by metro even at night. Nearby play ground just across the street. Neither Laundry service is in bldg, (it is five minutes walking), nor swimming pool, we took U1 to its end of line, Oberla for thermal spa, (very nice)

- Fiona (6/5): OK apartment in Vienna - If you stay here be prepared to be 150 Euros out of pocket for a month. Prior to our arrival I had to contact the apartment owners and provide my credit card details so they could withhold 150 Euros as a deposit in case we damaged the apartment before I could pick up the key. It took a month for the money to be released back onto my card. The apartment itself was large and had a full kitchen, which was great. The beds were comfortable and there was a balcony where you could see some rooftops. However, it is not within spitting distance of the main train station - it was a good 20 minute walk even without luggage. The shower is over the bath and the bath is quite deep making it difficult and dangerous for short people to get in and out of the bath (the top of the bath came up to my thigh). There is a separate toilet but the doors to the toilet and bathroom are such that you can't open both at the same time.

- Cully (10/5): Lovely Apartment - I have stayed at these apartments twice and I cannot recommend them enough! It is always a little daunting when staying in apartments and not hotels, especially when they are outside of the main tourist areas. I found this area (10th district) to be an interesting and pleasant residential area and does not take very long at all to reach the city centre. Vienna public transport is quick and efficient, and it only takes a quick bus ride and an underground train to reach all of the main sights. You can travel from the apartment to the Staatsoper/Ringstrasse within 15 minutes. They are clean, modern, and comfortable apartments. The penthouse apartments have a lovely view over the local park and you can see the city lights and hills in the distance. There is basic tableware, cutlery and cooking utensils available. There is also a dishwasher and hairdryer, as well as a Nespresso machine (coffee pods are not provided but there is a Nespresso shop in the city). The beds are comfortable, including the double sofa bed in the living area. I have stayed both in winter and in summer. In winter the apartments are warm and cosy, but in summer I would recommend ordering a fan which is available from the website. The owner and other staff are very pleasant and helpful people. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the wonderful city of Vienna.

- Tove (10/5): A very nice apartment on 9. floor with city view - The one- room apartment, quite new and very modern, was a pleasant surprice! Here you find a King bed, an additional sofabed and a well equipped kitchen. The eating table has four tall chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and a washing machine. The toilet is in a separate room. The large walk-in closet is very practicle. The apartment is quiet with sound proof windows. There is also a balcony, a TV and free internet. Since this is an apartment without a front desk, the host met us when we arrived, gave us the key and useful information. Then we were on our own for the rest of the time we stayed there. A food store is located close to us in Hauptbahnhof (main railwaystation), which also has a modern shopping center, a lot of restaurants, and access to U-bahn (the Underground system). A restaurant is located in the same building as the apartment. All in all, this was very much to our liking!
- Naomi (6/5): Nice, needs that extra touch. - I liked the layout of the room and it was clean. Because this is an apartment and not a hotel, I missed some of the amenities. I think the instructions for the oven should be left in the booklet, It would be nice if laundry soap were provided for a couple of loads. There is no air conditioner, so I would avoid this in the summer. They did not have a small fan available either. I was not told where the pool was, so I wasn't able to use that. I used the kitchen, but there weren't any kitchen towels and I feel like it would be nice if there were some spices made available. Overall it was nice, but the details were missing from the overall experience.
