Staff were friendly and courteous. Beautiful garden to sit with a fire pit to enjoy a cold beverage and unwind after a day of walking.

Johanna (10/5): I had never been to a b&b so I’m glad this is the one I stayed at . - I loved the total package . The location was wonderful, the decor in and out was so nice and thought out . The breakfast was wonderful and I tried something different daily . They had a honor system bar upstairs and I just had to check it out, and yes I was honorable . The decor in the back yard was great, and you could go to different areas . That I had to leave and I couldn’t get another wonderful breakfast.

There are lovely flower gardens and lots of VERY interesting things scattered throughout the gardens. Lovely back porch for dining or just chilling. Borivoj (10/5): Charming - We came to Camden to celebrate my birthday and we couldn’t pick a better place than Windward House. It was very easy to find and location of the house is perfect. We met Dan at the reception and he offered to upgrade our room to a room with freestanding vintage bathtub and fire place. We gladly accepted this offer and we were amazed how perfect this room was. Also, we were able to park our car right in the front of our room and that was great. The next day at the breakfast we met Matt and we also had a chance to meet Dan’s and Matt’s lovely dog Bernie. For the breakfast you have 4 options, we tried two of four and it was delicious. While you are served breakfast, Dan and Matt make sure to let you know all the things you can do and see in Camden and around Camden. We would gladly recommend this place to everybody. It was one of the best Bed & Breakfast stay for us.

Inside facilities are mostly fine, but outside needs attention, which they acknowledge. Location is ideal - close enough to walk to restaurants and shops, but quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent - fresh and delicious. Owners are very hospitable, accommodating and flexible.

We were across the street from the historic public library with its gorgeous amphitheater and views of the harbor! Would love to come back here again!!
Patrick (10/5): The Bifulco experience! - When you read the back story of just how Kristi Bifulco and her family landed at this place called Windward Inn you get it. When they decided on a simpler existence for she and her family having come from Queens, NY and searched for over a year then picked Camden you get that too. We were more than surprised and loved every minute of our location. Can't say enough good things about their B&B nor it's location. It was fantastic and you can bet we'll be back. The harbor is beautiful as well and just a brief walk away. Don't pass this up....

Carlton (10/5): Comfortable B&B. Fantastic location. - The Windward B&B is a very comfortable Victorian right on High Street in Camden. The harbor is one block away! The B&B is run by a family and they take caring for guests very seriously. Jesse upgraded me to a ground floor garden room just because it was unoccupied. One thing to note, Expedia will let you reserve a room at this hotel with an American Express card....but Windward does not take American Express. One of the owners contacted me directly to get another card.

So wonderful to take a shower without worrying about water consumption! We were able to walk everywhere - easy walk from the harbor launch and to shops and restaurants.

Susan (8/5): Lovely stay at Winward Inn, Camden ME - We were instantly upgraded to a nice room with a large porch attached. The breakfasts were totally organic and mouthwatering. The inn keepers were friendly and full of information as to activities in the area. Didn't seem to mind that my husband lost his room keys. Really nice people.
