- Jessica (8/5): - Clean, well-staffed, good restaurants, and I appreciated the reusable glass water bottles. Yet, the rooms can use improvement - the rooms have very low lighting making it difficult to get ready in front of a mirror and there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom or near any mirror, so if you need to use a curling iron or other electrical item to get ready, then you will have a hard time in these rooms. There was also maintenance happening and my windows were covered in plastic making the room even darker and it was occasionally loud with maintenance noises, customers shouldn't be expected to to pay full price during the maintenance. - Carla (6/5): - At check-in, I was asked would I be using the in-room mini bar and I stated “I am not sure… maybe”. Thereafter, once I was situated in my room housekeeping knocked on my door stating that he needed to lock the mini bar. So I let him in and that is what he did… he locked the mini bar. I thought that was extremely brash and rude. Asking a customer at check-in will they be using the mini bar is a ridiculous question. First off, I did not know what was being offered in the mini bar until I got into the room, so I should not have to make a decision at check in. The fact that someone came and locked the mini bar while I was in the room is unprofessional and wreaks of two-star hotel behavior. Now, what if I had changed my mind and now the mini bar is locked. Secondly, on my check-out date I received a phone call from the front desk asking me what time would I be leaving. I was annoyed because I felt rushed and had not decided what time I was heading out but I knew was that it would be by noon which is the check out time. The employee then says to me “well can you give me a time?” I responded and told her I will be out by noon which is the check-out time and that is all I could tell her because I was getting ready. Ao in In summary, do not lock the mini bar while the guest is in the room and do not pressure guests for a check out time any time before hotel noon policy.

Great service, staff was super helpful and kind the entire time. I had a wifi issue that was managed very quickly. Great amenities! The breakfast was great as well! Safe and comfortable!

- Tarica (6/5): - While this hotel has some great amenities and general convenience to the airport and separation from the “chaos” of Delhi the staff was absolutely inhospitable. After a 14 hour flight the check in process was atrocious and chaotic. It was literally as if we were inconveniencing the staff. After having the clear expectations of the room type (lounge access) I was told that was not the room I booked. Of course I had to “prove” this was certainly the room I booked. Which of course solidified the ineptitude of not confirming reservation details. Further as is standard with most hotel check ins we weren’t provided a option for a second key, directed to what amenities or how to access and not even directed to where to access the elevator for the room. So to be blunt they lack hospitality here but if your looking for an area that provides you with some options this is great however, you can probably find better options from the other hotels with better reputation for treating guests as if they are the inconvenience.

- Sant (2/5): - I got hurt in the bathroom, dropping hand shower on my foot. The hand shower wasn’t put properly when I turned on the water to take a shower. It dropped on my foot because of the pressure.. I had evening meeting and had to go for dinner and my relatives home at sank farm. I had to miss all this because of swelling in my foot and the pain I could not sleep all night. They could not provide me first aid on time then I had to buy ointment and band for my foot overall I could not enjoy this day.

- ABRAHAM (8/5): Check in night unacceptably long - We stayed in for a brief period as we were transiting Delhi. The check in was terrible. It took us 45 minutes to check in. We reached the hotel by 11.15pm and were in the room by 12.05 midnight and left at 5am. The room was great and could not use any other amenities as we left early.
