Guest Reviews
- Marbin (10/5): Perfect - Super good it was a perfect place to stay at.
- Jessica (10/5): - It was all right I didn't like that you had to let go all the way to the front and put your key into that anybody and to drive into to visit you. That's all otherwise it was pretty good and no problems
- Louis (4/5): - If you want Economy, this is cheap but overall uncomfortable. Main things you expect from a hotel/motel like towels, TP, soaps and shampoos were missing or in poor supply/size.
Loud, noisy, unsafe environment. Found a bag of Taco Bell trash on the hood of my car.
VERY dangerous shower. Porcelain is so slippery you would think it was waxed. How we escaped without a broken hip is amazing.
Pluses, lady at front desk was a sweetheart and hot tub/jacuzzi was nice.
- Damien (10/5): I'll be back! - Awesome value! Gated, clean, comfortable!
- ken (6/5): - It was in a sketchy area. Not very well lit.
- Julie (4/5): - Needs work. Bedspread had multiple cigarette burns on it. Sheets had stains. Decor is dated. Area around felt unsafe. Luckily parking is gated. The room itself was clean. Someone next door played loud music all night long.
- Caroline (10/5): - The walls and head board needed to be cleaner also the fridge in the room was dirty. Other than that the stay was fine.
- Jim (10/5): - The place was great! Just what I needed for a good nights rest!
- Sam (8/5): - When you first see the place, it’s a set back... but everyone was nice
- Jaison (8/5): - It was at a great price and location from the French quarters
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Very very UNHAPPY customer Expedia will not give me enough characters to explain everything that went down I should have known minute that I walked in when I seen in the front office “ hourly rates “ that I should turn around and never look back but I needed to use the bathroom so bad that I overlooked it and I just wanted to get into my room the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and yelled at me several times for no reaso she yelled at me bc I came back from my first room and told her tv was not working so she had to give me another room when I got to the second room there was dirty underwear and a dirty shirt sitting on the dresser which showed me that the room has not been cleaned we pulled the blanket and there was pubic hairs all on the sheet when I went back and told the lady she yelled at me saying you just started something !needless to say I am very unhappy customer and I would never return to this I definitely recommend nobody else ever return I expected a little more from this property considering I paid almost $100 for this one so when I got there I was baffled at the service that I was given the only thing that I liked about the property was the fact that it was in a gated community the parking lot and the rooms were behind a gate that you had to use your key to get in.
- Royal (6/5): Pretty good. - I thought my stay was pretty good and the room i had was in good condition. If i deside to come to the city and need a room ill give y'all place another opportunity to accommodate me. But, i think 75.00 dollars is too much for just one night!!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Poor customers service that lady who check me in was rude as hell it look like a trash ass hotel where people turn tricks and leave !!!!! The curtain even look trashed i have no good rating wish i do a debate with my money but i will never recommend anyone there
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Safe friendly area love the little guy that checked us in very mannable love him !!!! Meet all our needs and complaints !!! That was a plus I will go back !!!!
- Hailey (2/5): - No soap or shampoo , I saw roach , a c was very weak so it was bit hot at niight
- Nia (10/5): ONLY place I will stay when I go to the Big Easy - I was so thankful that they had a room available for me and my sister's trip to New Orleans. It was safe, clean and even had a basketball court. We even sat outside when it was nice out in the pretty grass. I even enjoyed the little garden they had growing in the back.
- melanie (10/5): - Nice place just in bad area
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Inside the hotel was nice area was run down. Coffee maker would have been nice.
- SwedishViking (8/5): - For the price we were pleased with the size and comfort of the room. Liked that you needed your room key to access the rooms past the gates, friendly staff and only 10 minutes to the French Quarter. Downsides... It’s not in the greatest area, heard someone pounding on the door next to us one morning for 5 minutes before whoever they were staying with let them in, and strong marijuana smell coming from multiple rooms.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room smelled bad when we first arrived, but it was clean. Room keys kept messing up and had to go get it redone. Area was bad... even our lift driver asked us how we ended up on this side of town..
