- Stephanie (6/5): - Im ersten Moment wirkte das Hotel sehr pompös und wirklich schön, bei genauerem hinsehen waren doch einige Mängel zu erkenne (lose Türgriffe am Bad, Fenster die nicht richtig zu gingen und Lampen an der Decke die nicht richtig fest waren). Nachts liefen sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene schreiend und laut polternd durch die Gänge und selbst als man den Hinweis gegeben hat, dass es Leute gibt die schlafen müssen änderte sich nichts an dieser Situation und man ist kaum zur Ruhe gekommen. Das Frühstück war für uns sehr gut, genug Auswahl und für jeden was dabei.

Es gibt nur eine winzige Kleinigkeit was den Frühstückraum betrifft Das Geschiebe der Stühle auf den Fliesen von den Gästen ist nervig. Vielleicht einfach als Abhilfe Filz unter due Beine der Stühle kleben. Ist jedoch nur nein persönliches Empfinden

Minpuntje was Schoonmaak: remsporen nog in de toilet en zeep nog op de muur in de douche van vorige gasten. Locatie in het centrum, Letterlijk straat oversteken. Al met al ruim voldoende, badkamer jammer maar kan een keer gebeuren

Es gab vorab Fake-WhatsApp Nachrichten, zur Abklärung war das Hotel leider über Telefon oder EMail nicht erreichbar!!! Auch keinen Rückruf oder Antwortmail!!! Bei der Buchungsumsetzung vor Ort und im Zimmer gab es ein paar Kleinigkeiten zur Beanstandung, die aber prompt und freundlich umgesetzt wurden.

The front desk was friendly. Overall, the hotel looks old and feels old but is adequate for a couple of days stay.

- Aleksandra (2/5): Not happy - I arrived late at night (11pm) with my family. We were notified that car park is payable extra even though there was no such information in the description. I was ok with paying extra for the breakfast but again, I was overcharged, all in all original payment was €113 but in the end I paid €159. Breakfast was supposed to be €24 for one adult and two children, parking was supposed to be €14. It was late and I was with two children so I couldn’t get to the bottom of it and left it but I wouldn’t stay there again. Rooms spacious and enough beds. Carpet worn out throughout - loads of signs of wear and tear. Breakfast incl coffee not great, would be better to go to local cafe.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good hotel - Good location - close to the city centre and Dortmund Hbf train station. No A/C in the room - it was very hot in the room.
- Michelle (10/5): - Room were nice and clean, staffs were very friendly and helpful. It's bang in the city centre everything is walkable, mall, food and shopping area, train station few steps away. The negative experienced was that a beggar just walk through the door without anyone apprehending her as main door entrance is wide open always. We caught out the beggar on the 2nd floor where our room was, trying on some doors. We immediately reported it to the staff. She was found and sent her way out. Which the staff has told my husband she's been doing it the last 2 years but police won't do anything. I fairness the hotel does have secured doors, but she seems knew when to come as she sneak in around checking time when the counter is busy with visitors. The only reason we knew she was a beggar as we saw her earlier begging by the entrance. Our overall experienced was great. We had a great time and definitely will book this hotel again in the future.

Great hotel for our needs, could benfit with air conditioning in the bedrooms, however i belive a refit is being undertaken. Massive bedroom, clean bathroom and excellent breakfast. Dortmund city centre is quite litrally across the road, so a great location for exploring the centre. This hotel is located on a very busy intersection (inner ring road) so please be aware when booking. Also 30 minute walk away from the Dortmund stadium!

- lucjan (2/5): - There was no parking available. I book this place as a stop on my journey from Englad to Poland. Unfortunately there was no oarking at the hotel. I had to continue my journey without a break becauce i hadn't no other hotels check-in available ( after 10pm). The nearest secured parking were closed or full. Additionally i must notice that the picture of the hotel attached to the advertisement on your site suggests that this building is located in open area ( probably neighbouring object had been erased from the view for better effect. What more, there was problem to park a car in front of entrance, very little space there and i needed do drive across crowdy pavement. I paid for reservation online but when i arrived i was required 100 euro deposit in cash with no ealier notice. Taking u derconsideration the fact that it is 4 star hotel my opinion is negative, no recommendation will be done.

- Tristanio (10/5): - We loved the appearance of the hotel; it was so clean and the staff were professional, albeit a bit cold and less welcoming than anticipated. However, we enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to return in the future. We did find the construction noise in the morning a little jarring, but we understand that it was just part of the renovations and the hotel could not control the noise, so we were not bothered too much. Overall a very pleasant stay!

NO PARKING AT THE HOTEL , this hotel has no parking as described on their website , you need to find parking yourself somewhere else then walk to the hotel , not convenient when arriving in the evening as we found very difficult to find one . Poor customer service , the staff at reception were USELESS and unhelpful who spoke almost no English , to find the bedroom was a labyrinth of stairs , pathetic and what a joke ! Wouldn’t stay here again !

The shower had a horrible stink coming from the drain and the halls stank of food. Walls were paper thin and could hear other guests snoring and getting busy. Overall not bad

- Verified traveler (6/5): Prima hotel voor een paar dagen - Hotel is midden in het centrum. Parkeergarage is ondergronds en steil naar beneden. Net hotel, zeer chique uitstraling. Kamers op zich wel oke, was alleen niet heel schoon. Doucheruimte hing een urinelucht, doordat de afzuiging niet aan stond, zeep was op, hier en daar ook niet goed schoon. Het was 1 grote kamer met 5 bedden, met 3 kinderen was dit niet echt handig, maar het was voor maar 2 nachten. Er was wat discussie over het ontbijt, want dit hadden wij wel betaald, maar dit konden zij niet terug vinden. Uiteindelijk is dit opgelost. Ontbijt was verder prima in orde. Al met al een goede locatie, midden in het centrum en voor een kort verblijf prima te doen.
- Gary (10/5): - 3rd time I have stayed here and it's always very pleasing. The entrance is an eye grabber and the staff speak excellent English. Perfectly placed for walking from the Hauptbahnhof and enter the shopping and dining are of the city by just crossing the road. Upper floor rooms seem larger that the basement floor which didn't have a lift running to it and it was a walk up the steps and through corridors before going down further steps to the room. Bathroom was very spacious and shower was very good.

- Kiryl (8/5): One night, July 2021 - Very convenient central location. Building looks fancy from outside and inside. However, the basic double-bed room was definitely not special and the equipment was quite Standard and slightly dated. In general, I can recommend the place due to the price-quality and it’s convenience. Just do not expect a luxury stay
- Marcin (8/5): Inexpensive but decent - Convenient location just minutes away from the station, rooms are clean but those looking out on the street are bit noisy. Overall good value for your money.

- Emmanuel (6/5): Not going back! - The receptionists treat you according to how they profile you. They don’t smile, very tight and assumed I had Covid 19. It was weird the entire experience.
- Anthony (6/5): Budget hotel with no surprises - The hotel is smart on arrival. A tad confusing where to go. Just head for the hotel unique. The two hotels are in the same building. The grand reception of marbled walls a tropical fish tanks don’t disguise the run down rooms. Always ask for a room not facing the main road. The rooms are relatively clean, just tired. Mine had a mouldy window sill, a cracked basin and broken tile grouting. But I must stress it had clean bedding and clean towels. Check out the bar next door. It looks old a bad but inside it was lovely
