• Claudia Babett (10/5): Gute Unterkunft am Rande von Deadwood - Die Lage isr super. Man kann zu Fuß in den Ort gehen. Der shuttle Bus hält auch vor der Tür. Das angeschlossene Restaurant bietet gutes Essen an. Das Personal ist super hilfreich. Die Zimmer wurden in den drei Tagen nicht gemacht.

Just hope if there’s a next time I don’t have to deal with dog poop outside our - Connie was amazing and so helpful in so many ways , the restaurant there was also great the food was good and great prices the staff that served us was so nice . The room was decent The dog poop it would never get picked up even when they said it would . It was horrible smell every time coming out of the room and just having to look at all these piles of dog poop and smelling it . I will if I ever stay here again to request to be at the end and not by the grass area .

• Wolfgang (7/5): Gemütlich und ruhig - Das Zimmer war groß und sehr bequem, WLAN hat super funktioniert. Der Weg ins historische Zentrum ist zu Fuß nicht sehr weit. Es war sehr ruhig und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Anderson (7/5): - The hotel clerk was super friendly and welcoming and check in was quick and easy. The motel is easy to find. The room was very clean, but the door was a bit 'iffy' in terms of security. The area is safe however, and we did enjoy our stay. The bed was very firm for two nights.

I will definitely stay there again because of the amazing s - What I did not like was that BOOKING.COM had cancelled my reservation after I had made a change. I do not think I will be using BOOKINGS.COM again. I was very lucky though that there was a space for me even though BOOKINGS.COM had cancelled my reservation. The Manager was wonderful in getting me space as I had just driven 1,000 miles for a memorial service. CUDOS to the manager, the staff - I will book directly through any hotel from now on.

• DuPont (10/5): Lovely stay during the off season in Deadwood. I would like to come back and stay longer. - Lovely staff. The room was clean and big. The bed was very comfortable too. I have no complaints.

Awesome! - Although we did not get the requested first floor room, our 2nd floor room was very roomy with a great view of the Black Hills. Breakfast at the Diner is excellent, although we have yet to try the Cinnamon Rolls which are literally the size of my head! Maybe next time! We will be back!

Hot water with good pressure. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Felt safe. Diner attached was super convenient. A short walk to the DMG for our events. Perfectly fit our needs! The heat wasn’t working, but as soon as we asked at the front desk, they provided a solution for us that worked perfectly. No problems that couldn’t be solved quickly.

There was no AC and no fan to move air through the night. It was uncomfortable. The heater worked, but would not have AC. Shower water heat could have been warmer or hot. Bed mattress was hard.

• cowIowa (10/5): retired couple - Conni, the general manager, was very helpful. She showed us our room before we checked in, gave us advice about the town, told us where we could park.
• Scott (2/5): - Room had a pipe break the day before and brown waste water was still in the carpet. Disgusting! After much disagreement, they finally agreed to refund my money and we moved on. They shared they would have no issues renting the room. Do the right thing, make sure the room is in condition to place someone in the room, don’t assume people are ok with such condition.
