- nicole (10/5): Best long term stay with friendly staff - The owners, and staff have been so friendly and helpful while we are having to stay long term during our home remodel. Breakfast is so good and there’s some healthy choices for diabetics. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Cleaning ladies are so sweet and go out of their way to get you what you need. The place is clean, well run, and a happy place to stay long term. Rooms was clean and had comfy beds.

We had clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, room was quiet although located close to the elevator. The breakfast was well-stocked with standard hot and cold items. One person in our party had an issue when checking in; this employee (I wish I had her name) took care of the problem easily and with a friendly attitude. The room & hotel in general was very clean. The beds were more comfortable than my own at home. Every staff person we encountered (house keeping, breakfast person, etc) was very pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate us. I highly recommend this Best Western of Littlefield 10/10 if you're in the area. We were there for a Texas Tech graduation.

I had a confirmed reservation but hotels.com kept rejecting it. Turns out this happened to 2 other customers before me. Not a good experience. Fix it.

However, the bathroom could have been cleaned better, especially the toilet (lift the seat and clean), sink, and bathtub. Also, there were 2 remotes for the TV one, didnt have batteries. Thin walls, I heard the next guest snoring.

Thank you all to making our stay as comfortable as can be. Everything was a 10. Food was immaculate wish hotels here in Denver, Colorado would be the same. But, here you have to pay alot of money to get an immaculate room. Thanks alot!!! Hope to see you next year. Always a pleasure to go back to my hometown!!! Would be nice to give my cousin Jerry Hernandez and wife a gift certificate so, they can have a nice night of relaxation.
- Shirley (8/5): - Nice clean rooms and common areas. Pool area was invaded by winged ants (harmless to humans) one evening and they had been completely swept away the next morning. I only wish some people would show some respect. Someone had thrown their bottle tops in the gravel of one of the outdoor sitting areas and someone threw trash from their car on the parking lot. Motel employees shouldn't have to put up with that.

- Jacky (4/5): - We stayed on 12-29-2022 in room 222. When checking in the lady at the desk was very unfriendly. Did not smile during the whole transaction. Once in our room I noticed a used bar of soap in the shower with the box. This tells me the shower was not cleaned. When washing my hands in the sink I noticed toothpaste and a large amount of spit from the previous person brushing their teeth. Indicating that the sink was not cleaned. The light fixture above the sink was replaced and the wall was never touched up with paint showing where the old fixture used to be. When folding the sheets back I noticed a long dark strand of hair under the sheet. It was very noticeable. We were not pleased with our stay to say the least.

These issues were not all that annoying as we had a fan in the room. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

- Leann (8/5): No other choice - The front desk lady that checked us in was something else it took an hour to get our check in done and she was rude and told us more about herself than we cared to hear, she Went off on our kids during breakfast about a mess that they didn’t even make and was just too much she kept blaming ten 11 hour shift but why would someone even work that much if they can’t handle it and are rude about it to everyone that is the only decent stay in town so there wasn’t really another choice I was there for my mother’s funeral and regretted choosing them and should have probably stayed in Lubbock

Nothing special, but plenty comfortable. My only complaint was that there wasn't any kleenex in the room (I had a cold!); when I asked about it, they said they were completely out.
