The staff are lovely & friendly, the beds and bedding make for a super comfortable sleep, the views of the Georgian Bay shoreline are stunning and lastly, the food is delicious with generous portions. This is the first time I would prefer to eat at the hotel restaurant for any and EVERY meal of the day. Plus, they have daily lunch and dinner specials. So impressed! My kids and I love the food! This Best Western location has been an overall fantastic experience. My family and I love it here. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Thank you to all staff for their attention to detail. We will be back!

- K A (8/5): Nice hotel in Owen Sound - We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was very good. The view over the water is quite picturesque as long as you don’t look left towards the rather large industrial plant.

- warlock1Elmira (8/5): Well worth the stay - Great place. Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Stayed for 1 night while on a business trip to the area. Check in area was clean and staff were polite and courteous. My only complaint is that the restaurant o my opens at 6:30. I am usually out by shortly after 6 and always have to buy food somewhere else. They did have coffee there for the taking but again would have been nice if there was from fruit and or yogurt. Other than that it was a great stay

- Dana (8/5): - The hotel is located on the water with a walking path in front. It’s a short driving distance to restaurants and gas stations. The hotel seemed to have a stale smell, possibly from the hot tub area. We didn’t use the hot tub because the area is very small and it was very crowded.

We appreciated the offer, and the breakfast was great, with a nice view of the water. Everything was fine!

- Marie (9/5): Very nice location on the water with views from the restaurant. Would stay here again. - We were very pleased that there was an electric car charging station on the property. You have to be aware however, that once your battery is full, you will still be charged for being plugged in. I believe that the charging station is separate from the hotel. The restaurant was very good, we had dinner and breakfast there. Also enjoyed the whirlpool. The room was comfortable and clean. Nice walking trail along the water.

- Bruno (9/5): Beautiful views, comfortable and clean rooms, staff is okay - It was a beautiful inn, loved the bay view, beautiful and comfortable rooms Only thing that got to me, during check in I have to hand the clerk my credit card. That’s fine and understandable. But then, once the clerk is done with my card, instead of handing it back or gently putting it on the counter he actually tosses the card on the counter. Almost like if it were a playing card. Everything else was great but that one action is disrespectful, not to mention it can harm the chip on my credit card because of the inn’s employee’s actions.

- brentmS1455OZ (8/5): Thumbs up! - We stayed at the Best Western Inn On The Bay this past weekend. The hotel was quite nice and most importantly, it was clean and the staff were super friendly. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was reasonably priced and the food was really good. The only minor things that could use some attention is the shower head in the bath tub as it had either very low pressure coming out or the holes were plugged. The other thing was the pillows on the bed. They are so thick that you have a hard time getting comfortable and having a good sleep. Otherwise, the stay was great!
- Crippsy2013 (10/5): very nice hotel with beautiful sunset and water front views and amazing staff - Recently stayed at the Best Western By The Bay. The hotel was more than we expected. The view of the water and sunsets were amazing. We stayed for our 33 rd wedding anniversary and the hotel staff made it a fabulous experience. I want to say a very special thank you to James who went that extra mile to make sure it was one to remember. We ate t the Hotel restaurant and the food was superb. Thanks from the two of us
