- Elliott (8/5): -
- Johnston (10/5): - We weren't there long but everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean, and the breakfast was amazing No complaints from us!
- William & Diana (7/5): 5 productive days in Kendallville, augmented by, and facilitated by a relaxed, accommodating stay - The location was perfect....edge of town & easily accessible. The staff were all very friendly, and asked if there was anything else they could do for us. There were several people staying at the Inn/Hotel that seemed to be non- paying guests....perhaps family of staff, or migrant workers. These people cooked in their rooms, and the smells were often quite strong in the hallways. THEY WERE NOT UNDULY NOISY OR DISRUPTIVE.
- gabriel (3/5): Not very good. - Air conditioner sucked. Never reached desired temperature. Kicked on for 2 minuets and cut off. Room lost power twice and WiFi was lost for hours on different occasions. Air conditioner and breakfast
- tracey (10/5): -
- Amber (8/5): - Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Night staff was very nice and personable Morning front desk attendant was lacking personality and was not as friendly as the night gal.

- Rose (9/5): - The room was very clean and very nice. Staff was friendly Yogurt machine at breakfast was loud and slow
- Curtis (6/5): - Breakfast The young ladie that works day shift does not have a good custermer service. She dont talk and dont smile and very unfriendly.
- Angela (2/5): The hotel itself was nice looking. Staff was friendly. But the train and the rock roach ruined every - I did not eat breakfast! As I seen a cock roach in my room. The train that went through every few hours. And seeing a cock roach on the night stand freaked me out!
- Michelle (9/5): I would stay here again if ever in the area - It was very clean and the bed laid very good The breakfast could be better

- Curtis (10/5): Awsome place to stay. - Very clean and comfortable, staff was awsome.
- Shontell (10/5): -
- Herman (10/5): Enjoyed my stay - Worth every penny!
- Katherine (7/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. Kendallville is a clean and inviting little town with good facilities. $30/night for a dog seems a bit steep.
- William (10/5): Will stay again! - Fantastic breakfast - varied each day, delicious. Room was large, clean, quiet. Staff friendly and welcoming. Near to Chain O Lakes State Park. Nice to have delicious coffee available.
- Russell (9/5): -
- Jeff (8/5): -
- Brandi (9/5): - The breakfast was good. Very clean
- Rhodes (8/5): -
- Yvonne (9/5): Very clean and safe hotel. - Clean. Safe. Secure. Typical breakfast and plenty of it. Again well lit. Safe. Clean. Plenty of towels. It was one of the better properties I’ve stayed at in this chain. There’s an Applebees across the parking lot that gave us 10% off for staying at the hotel. It was perfect. Pool outside.
Couldn’t get back into all the doors even w a key.
- Linda (10/5): - we stay here every year. Safe, clean.
- Dave (9/5): - Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had a good selection and was fresh and hot. Bathroom seemed to be set up for very short individuals and the flush handle was hard to reach as it was under the counter top.
- Jo (9/5): - Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great accommodations for value. We will stay there again during the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Festival. There was nothing we did not like.
- Fred (9/5): Very happy with my choice to stay here... - Check-in was handled efficiently. The room was clean and had enough for my needs. The bathroom had enough counter space to lay out personal grooming items. The breakfast was good and had a large number of choices for people to make. The breakfast hours were good. There were plenty of seats for people to use at breakfast. The space for breakfast seating was large enough for the flow of people to breakfast to allow people to have a place to seat and enjoy breakfast. From my perspective, there were plenty of parking spaces for vehicles. Food sources for meals were nearby and some were within walking distance. While the Guest Laundry equipment worked well; had very reasonable costs; and met my needs; the maintenance of the guest laundry dryer could have been better.
- Eric (8/5): - Decent breakfast. Quiet comfortable room.
- Matias (7/5): Okay stay for a stop but not super enjoyable. - Okay size pool, friendly staff, okay beds. Room smelled horrible, carpets stained, breakfast was meh. Dry bread dry cinnamon rolls, good yogurt. Very noisy lounge. Room service did not clean my room throughout my whole stay.
- LaVorna (8/5): - The breakfast was tasty and a nice variety.
- Gary (10/5): - Great breakfast selections. Very good food.
Beds are very comfortable.
The toilets are very, very short. If you have trouble getting up and down. It could be a pain
- Faith (8/5): Bed was very hard and pillows were either to soft or to hard. But overall everything else was nice and clean. - Nice location and clean
- Anthony (7/5): - Clean Breakfast is bad. Same old tired waffle machine and pre-packaged eggs and sausage that you get at the much cheaper motel 6. Instant oatmeal. At 150.00 a night you deserve a better breakfast.
- Allen (10/5): Family reunion - Staff was excellent. Rooms were great!!
- Rick (8/5): - Location No maid service
- Gail (10/5): -
- Bruce (8/5): Need a noise curfew - The mainproblem was the party right outside our window in the picnic area that lasted until 11:30 PM
- Patty (10/5): Wonderful stop! Highly recommend. - This is the best Best Western I have ever stated at! Not a thing wrong!
- Amy (8/5): Very good -
- Amy (8/5): Very good -
- Danielle (10/5): - Everything was clean front desk was nice and helpful
- George (9/5): Superb -
- GRETCHEN M. (10/5): - Very pleasant staff and clean rooms.
- DYMOTM (8/5): Couples Golf Weekend - Stayed with several other couples for a Golf weekend. Very clean and comfortable. Nice Breakfast Buffet. I would certainly stay again if in the area.
- Sabra (10/5): - Easy to find, easy check in, easy check out. Plenty of parking
- Christopher (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dee A (8/5): Convenient location. Easy parking - Simple, no frills stay. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was a very nice touch.
- Cathy (8/5): - The gentleman at check in on Saturday June 21st was helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately the woman at the front desk at check out on Sunday June 22 didn’t speak until I spoke to her and didn’t even look up to acknowledge us. She needs to remember she works in a customer service business!
- Ann (10/5): - This was an unexpected stay due to our VRBO being closed without notice, but ended up being a wonderful stay and convenient for our plans of kayaking at Chain of Lakes State Park.
- Gregory (9/5): Superb -
- Zoe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): - Very nice staff
- Verified traveler (6/5): Decent Hotel - It was okay. The shower wasn't very good as it did not have good water pressure. However, my room was clean. There was a stench in the room when I first walked in. I'm assuming this is from the carpet not being allowed to dry completely after it was cleaned, but I could be wrong. It wasn't evident after being in the room for 5 to 10 minutes. The breakfast was pretty good considering that it was free. I'm not sure if it's standard, but I did not receive fresh towels during my 2-day stay. This is definitely not a two-star hotel.
- Troy (10/5): Exceptional -
- kimberly (10/5): - This place was amazing. It was super clean, quiet and easy access to our car. Only thing I found was a little bit of mold in the bathroom and when I told the front desk, they were on it. Would definitely stay again.....
- Rhonda (10/5): Very clean and quiet Best Western. - I usually don't stay at Best Westerns anymore because I don't feel like they have stood up to quality. But, WOW this one surprised me. It was clean, the breakfast was great and it was very quiet! I will stay here again.
- Taylor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pedro (5/5): Passable -
- Terri (9/5): Superb -
- Chris (8/5): - Clerk checking in was helpful and welcoming
Clerk checking out (different person) was bored and disinterested
Very clean property - obviously, care is taken to maintain the building and rooms
- Andreas (10/5): Best Western in Kendallville Inn, is a homey and quiet option! - One of the roomiest rooms, I've ever used. Very comfortable stay in a very good location with many amenities around.
- Hailey (10/5): - Nice working space near the lobby
- Thomas (6/5): - We basically just slept there.
However I could not get on the wi-fi after several tries, and the shower tub floor was VERY slick I could see a law suit there for someone and am surprised someone hasn't gotten injured already
- Charlene (10/5): - Decent hotel.
- Erin (9/5): Great stay will stay here when in the area! - Clean quiet well maintained. nothing
- Tyler (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional - The fact we got a good price and accommodation at the last minute on a Sat night!
- Thomas (8/5): - Kept clean and friendly staff. Property itself has some unrepaired damage and the rooms are in need of renovation.
- Kathy (6/5): Disappointed - The room was clean enough, but the shower head was broken and never fixed during our 3-day stay. The clock radio could not be adjusted to the correct time. We had to request clean towels and toilet paper every day from the front desk. We also had to remove our own trash. Our room was neglected for our whole stay.
- jael (8/5): - Everything was good. You can tell they updated the rooms.. Basically and old building with new stuff. Everything was clean and quiet. Staff was very nice.
- Daryll (10/5): - Allowed dogs and walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast was excellent
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcie (10/5): - G
- Julie (10/5): - Everything was NICE
- Margarita (8/5): - Was nice stay
- Richard (8/5): - It was a nice hotel

- Brian (7/5): Good -
- Evon (8/5): - Always use BW
- Rhs (10/5): Exceptional -
- Miriam V (10/5): - N/A
- Donna (10/5): - Stay one night just passing through, but quite pleased.
- Collins (5/5): Passable -
- Lisa (9/5): Our stay was good and we would stay here again. - The room was clean and the staff were pleasant. The hotel is older but was very clean The AC unit in our room was extremely loud. The desk clerk offered us a new room for the second day of our day, but I did not feel like repacking and unpacking again in the new room. The sink and toilet in the bathroom are also extremely low, which makes it awkward to use. It would also be nice if there were adults only time in the pool like there is at other hotels.
- Tinia (10/5): - For a low cost stay on the road, this was very safe and clean
- Darren (6/5): No too good - I appreciated the second floor room. The desk workers were very helpful and kind. The motor on the fan for the air conditioner was very loud every time it turned on and off. It created a very difficult situation to be able to sleep. Either it turned it off and sweat I leave it on and wake up every time it makes it cycle.
Furthermore the motion sensor light on the light at the doorway turned on and off throughout the night every time I would move in the bed.
For these two reasons I never got a very good night's sleep at all.
I did express this to the front desk lady. She graciously apologized. Of course it is not her fault.
I spent a lot of money on this room and did not get a good night's rest. I had driven 10 hours to get there. I had a 10-hour drive back home after the business of the day. It created a difficulty for me obviously.
- Joyce (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (8/5): Was a pleasant stay would go again - Was clean close to most of what I needed Staff was friendly. Was clean had good breakfast My door lock broke on the last night took two hours but they called in maintenance and he was able to get me in. They worked hard at getting the issue fixed to where I could get some sleep before I left
- Keith (9/5): Superb -
