- 918hughn (10/5): Good stay in Chamberlain. - Convenient location right in town. Close to the Lakota museum. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent and the coffee machine provided numerous options. No elevator for this two story structure, so we requested and got a ground floor room. All staff were very welcoming.

Great stay; great staff; and great breakfast! - A clean, quiet hotel with a wonderful staff and the bonus of one of the best breakfasts we've had at any hotel. Nothing. It was exceptional all the way. We'd recommend Lee's to anyone and are looking forward to coming back ourselves.

- mikecP1475JV (10/5): Great Family Run Hotel - Best Western Lee's is a family run hotel that my hunting group has been using as our base for over 20 years. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located very near the Missouri River and downtown Chamberlain. We plan to continue our stay as Lee's when hunting or fishing in the Chamberlain area.

- 484markjh (6/5): Uncomfortable pillows! - The room was OK in general but their poor excuse for pillows was a travesty. Small, lumpy wads of something stuffed into half of a large pillow case. If you plan to stay here, you would do well to bring your own pillows.

We did not use the indoor pool, which looked new. This is an older property which has been updated. Rooms open to outside parking lot or outside balcony and there is no elevator. You can specifically request a ground floor room. There is onsite free parking.

- James (10/5): Loved the Hot Tub! - The Hot Tub was clean and nice and hot. On of the top two hotel hot tubs I’ve been in. Towels were right there for use to use. The Hot Tub and Pool (also very clean and I nice temperature for swimming-but we did not use) were in a separate newer building from the hotel. There were separate restrooms, each with plenty of space to change clothes but no real place to store your clothes other than on one of the many chairs around the pool and HT, which we did. I would say the HT could accommodate 6 people very nicely but it was great for just the two of us!

No elevator access, felt more like a motel with people hanging out in the walkway, loud, felt more like a place you would use by the hour. I've stayed in Best Western's before and had great experiences, but this did not live up to the reputation.

- Noreen (10/5): - I asked for two queen beds and we got a two roim suite! What a surprise- very nice staff and recommend it highly
- Jacob (8/5): OK motel, OK breakfast, small parking lot - This is a motel. The doors open to the outside. We had a two room suite, which was nice. The breakfast area is very small, and not organized well - minor stuff like juice glasses not near juice machine, no plates near waffle maker, syrup dispenser broken, etc. Parking lot is relatively small, and a LOT of vehicles with trailers parked there.

- Mark (6/5): Very damp - The tub wouldn't drain, which is probably why it smelt and felt like i walked into a pool room. Other than that, a smelly room and very humid and damp, it wasn't bad.
- Kimberly A. (10/5): - We stayed for four nights and had the cleaners hand us fresh towels and coffee pod refills each morning. Our location was 35 miles from our event destination. The staff were nice & helpful. The room was clean, well stocked, quiet, and the area seemed safe. The pool/hot tub was well kept & clean. The free breakfast was adequate with waffles, eggs, bacon & other items. The Keurig coffee station offered 10 choices and the machine ground fresh beans for each cup. We had had to walk 2 blocks to connect to a walking trail along the river, and were two blocks to main street where there were many cute businesses to browse, 2 great eateries, and a mobile "coffee box". We enjoyed our stay and would return, again.

- TrailBlazer254405 (4/5): Worst bed Ive ever slept in! - Urgh we were driving from Wyoming and chose to stay here on our way home. After 14 hours of driving we just wanted to shower and sleep in a bed, well the bed was awful it was as if a 500 plus human lived in the middle of the bed for decades, I couldnt sleep and it squeaked so badly. The pillows were like a flat plastic and the bathroom door would not close properly. There were hairs in the shower and the only tv available was if you signed into your own streaming services. It was hard driving another 10 hours home after no sleep. The only positives was the breakfast was decent and spent a minute in the pool before heading out and that was clean.

- Deborah (5/5): Passable - Convenient to the interstate. Overpriced for the amenities. The pictures make it look a little better than it is in person. No elevator for upper floor, no refrigerator.
- Traci (10/5): - This was our second year staying here on our way to Sturgis and it was great. If we are able to go again next year we will for sure be staying here again.
- Roberta (8/5): - The hot breakfast buffet they provided was very good! The bedside lamps were equipped with plugs but the connections were loose, hard to maintain contact to allow charging to occur. But overall, the accommodations were very good.

- Debra (10/5): - Great place to stay! Staff was friendly and helpful. We travel on a motorcycle and was able to park our bike under the canopy in the event of rain. Room was super clean and quiet. Would definitely go back!!
