- Ivannone (9/5): - Very nice & clean. Nothing
- Nicholette (1/5): Disgusting filth. - The Wawa across the street. All photos are AI enhanced. This property has t been cleaned in AGES! We booked specifically for the pool which has water in it… but you can’t use it. Nor would you want to. Trash all over the stairwells and parking lots. Had to clean the room ourselves. Definitely got “catfished” with the AI photos! Absolutely horrible!!! Left a day ahead because it was so disgusting.

- Michael (7/5): - People Outside area
- Edward (10/5): Great hotel in a great location. - Great hotel in a great location in New Jersey. The young woman at front desk was very pleasant, professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable. Everything was wonderful at the hotel.
- James (1/5): We checked out after one night - Television didn't work. No bath towels...just hand towels. Filthy floor. Had black feet on bottom. On feet when we entered shower. Blood on sheet. Blood on footstool. Spaghetti sauce or blood on floor by trash can. We asked for another room and were told there were none available
- Young (4/5): -
- Rosen (5/5): - The room was not clean
- Maria (1/5): The worst hotel ever - very dirty - used sheets - blood - disgusting - Anything - discussing Cleaning

- Deana (1/5): -
- Ralph (6/5): -
- Forde (2/5): - This was my worst experience at any BW. The room was smelly odor
The drain in the wash sink was not working. The ice machine room was dark and scary. There were people hanging out who were definitely spaced out.
The breakfast was lousy, no fruits, no yogurt.
- Stay35411774920 (2/5): Dirtiest Room I’ve Ever Seen - Definitely the dirtiest, most disgusting room I’ve ever been in. I understand this is a cheap motel and not a luxury experience, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the room to have been swept or mopped in the last 6 months. It was shockingly unsanitary and frankly insulting.
This is what my socks looked like after only 30 minutes of walking around the room. The floor was covered in debris, gunk and dirt. It’s almost comical to have complimentary breakfast and all of this modern-looking furniture and decor in a room that’s dirtier than an off-campus frat house.
The Red Roof Inn across the street might not have modern decor or complimentary breakfast, but at least they clean their rooms.
- Frank (1/5): - Nothing Everything including the booking.com help I received. I was lied to and stolen from.
- eileen (2/5): It was one of the worst places I ever stayed at. - Nothing It was filthy and the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke.
- Jammel (3/5): -
- Charles (3/5): - location no breakfast

- OnAir60330089862 (2/5): 💔 Ruined Valentine's Day: A Nightmare at Best Western Bordentown Inn - 💔 Ruined Valentine's Day: A Nightmare at Best Western Bordentown Inn
I'm still fuming writing this review about the disaster that unfolded on Valentine's Day 2026 at Best Western Bordentown Inn. My husband and I arrived at the hotel expecting a romantic evening, only to be greeted by the sound of sirens and the sight of police and firemen swarming the premises.
A trash fire on the second floor (3-4 doors down from our room) filled our room with black smoke, causing us to inhale toxic fumes and ruining our belongings. But what really takes the cake is the complete lack of communication and accountability from Best Western Bordentown Inn. No one from the hotel bothered to check on us or offer any explanation or apology.
We've reported the incident to Booking.com, who have been responsive, but Best Western's corporate office has gone radio silent despite having a ticket number, they won't do anything about it but leave it up to the property. And to add an extra layer of absurdity, Best Western Bordentown Inn is now claiming they were never contacted by Booking.com or us about the incident. It's a blatant lie, and corporate is backing them up, refusing to take any responsibility.
It's clear they don't care about guest safety or satisfaction. We're seeking compensation, but Best Western seems more interested in protecting their reputation than doing the right thing.
If you value your sanity and your health, stay far, far away from Best Western Bordentown Inn. 1/5 stars, and that's being generous.

- Kyree (10/5): -
- Maria (7/5): In dire need of IMMEDIATE ATTENTION - The actual room itself was great! The layout was perfect and comfortable At first glance, I would never stop here off the adjacent highway. The structure itself is slightly tucked away and pale. It has a stairway rotting away that has got to be a hazard with two questionable steps ready to give way and rust covering the rest of the structure. Most shared facilities were closed. The dumpster was overflowing or spilled over. A portion was boarded off. Garbage throughout the lot cigarette butts lining the property even dog stool along the lot. I questioned the security of my vehicle and my own safety multiple times. There was absolutely nothing clean or inviting upon first glance. And had I not been here previously I would have cancelled the reservation. The room required a better cleaning. However it definitely did not mirror the outside of the property. Comfortable bedding updated everything. The cable was basic channels nothing to really watch from no option to stream or mirror. Would I recommend to others? Not in its current state. I strongly hope someone sees this and makes an effort to address this buildings appearance. At a rate of $230 a night it should offer very basic amenities such as safety. I avoided the food. If the outside looked how it did and we could see that I wouldn’t dare touch food coming from a place I could not see..
- Thomas (7/5): - Room was not clean. It appeared that it not been cleaned
- Alneesa (1/5): Terrible - Breakfast was horrible location outside dirty and no daily housekeeping available trash pilled up all thru out property
- Betti (9/5): - Everything .
- Walter (9/5): -
- John (8/5): - Staff very accomadating. Close parking. Being near the traffic intersection was very loud in the morning.
- Raj (1/5): - I liked nothing about this so called Best western the pungent smelly rooms, the very rude staff. I didn’t stay after I opened rooms both rooms were smelly . So we didn’t stay but they still charged me $114/41. and to this day refuse to refund me. Don’t waste your money by staying in this Bordentown Nj BesBestwestern Hotel!
- Wilbert (7/5): Stay was satisfactory - Convenience to the event I attended
Bed was comfortable, the AC was great, overall the room was comfortable. The pool area was being renovated and the lobby front desk was in that part of the building. I have a very high mold sensitivity and that was pretty offensive to my breathing.
- Donel (3/5): Very disappointing ! - Nothing Pool and fitness were closed. Room was dirty. Staff said they would clean the next day and they didn’t. Looked like they made the bed from previous renter and that all. I had to go to the office to retrieve fresh towels and toiletries.
- Caitlyn (6/5): -
- Mary (7/5): Staff were friendly and we had a nice night and breakfast. - Breakfast was good and our beds were very comfortable. Our room was very quiet and dark at night. The bathroom shower drain and and overall room floors could have been cleaner.
- Harold (6/5): - breakfast
- Dennis (9/5): -
- Shawn (10/5): -
- Reason (7/5): -
- Explore769588 (2/5): Worst place I’ve ever stayed! - Disgusting hotel. Trash overflowing outside and dirty room with loud heater and grungy shower. Keep driving and find a better place!
- William (10/5): My stay was great, staff was awesome, - Staff was amazing, room was great
- Danielle (8/5): -
- Ricardo (1/5): -
- Shannon (1/5): Worst experience ever - No free breakfast very rude staff for check in and I had children with me and she didn’t have a clear answer for anything very misinformed also was supposed to get $100 deposit back and still have yet to receive that as well
- Lee (8/5): -
- Andrinich Herrera (7/5): Worth the price - Location The breakfast was to basic
- Lee (10/5): -
- M94ABjessicak (2/5): Just don’t do it - Upon checking in was informed pool was closed and no one said anything before I booked. Booked this room for the pool due to traveling with kids. Ok fine I can get past that but a heads up would have been nice. Get into the room and my older son tried to put his phone on the charger and got shocked. Like electrocuted. He screams and starts crying cuz it scared him go over to look and find a broken piece in the outlet. Go to the desk ask for a different room as I can’t stay there with a toddler who touches everything. Got to the second room went to use the bathroom and the floor is not even glued down. Save yourself some time and headache and go somewhere else. I did go to the desk and ask to cancel and leave which they did agree to but honestly paid more and went down the road to holiday inn
- Sheila (7/5): Other then what I said it was ok they need new pillows too they are too flat.. - When I needed a different iron they brought it to the room right away.. When we got there the room wasn’t all that clean there was stains on the night stand they didn’t whip also webs on the lamp also there was food left over in the freezer the towels were dingy looking the floor dirty.
- Spatarella (10/5): -
- Kayla (1/5): Beware - There is nothing to like about this hotel. There were pee stains on the bedding, bugs in the room, the smell of weed was everywhere, and for several hours in the morning police were present. The room was so dirty. My toddlers socks were black from the filth. If it wasn't pop warner regionals and every hotel being sold out we would have left and gone somewhere else. This is your warning, follow what myself and others are saying and STEER CLEAR!! Literally EVERYTHING! There were pee stains on the bedding, bugs in the room, the smell of weed was everywhere, and for several hours in the morning police were present. The TV didn't work. It kept freezing. The air conditioner/heater unit was stuck on high, but you couldn't use it at all. It would not turn on. The room was so dirty. My toddlers socks were black from the filth. If it wasn't pop warner regionals and every hotel being sold out we would have left and gone somewhere else. This is your warning, follow what myself and others are saying and STEER CLEAR!!
- Jamie (4/5): Just can do better - With my cheer team I was double charged
The hotel stated didnt pay
- Constance (10/5): Was good - Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.
- tasha (9/5): -
- Calisto (10/5): Enjoyed my stay - Perfect place to relax!
- Kelsey (4/5): - It was close to the arena we were going to The beds weren’t comfortable, bathroom was very small, and it wasn’t the cleanest.
- Imelda (1/5): Las habitaciones estaban sucias y olían a mariguana. -
- Caroline (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Price Mold in the shower dirty room hard bed no blanket
- Josfre (10/5): -
- McDaniel (1/5): Awful. Forced to leave within 2 hours of arrival - Poor property. Flooded corridors (not from rain), no appliances plugged in, TV inoperable, door to room didn't lock. Inadequate response from management to address issues
- Luciana (4/5): - There was 4 of us and were only provided 2 towels for the room. When I asked for more, we only received 2 more. Indoor pool and whirlpool water was freezing. Also, they could not provide a towel for each of us at the pool. The pillows and mattress were horrible. Shower was horrible.
- Kathleen (4/5): Cleanliness and comfort - Bathroom had not been cleaned and there were no towels. I had to go to the front desk to get some. Bed was very uncomfortable, needs a new mattress. Sliding glass door in the shower was incredibly difficult to open and close. On a good note, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
- Rodolfo (10/5): - The breakfast is so yummy
- Wayne (9/5): -
- Eboni (6/5): - The free breakfast had many options for hot and cold food. The room included a microwave and refrigerator which is rare these days. The cleanliness wasn’t the worst I’ve seen but there were a few gnats and mosquitoes that creeped me out. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around in just socks, let alone barefoot.
- Amber (1/5): Terrible & disgusting place and atmosphere. No refund done yet. - Nothing. Bugs, dirt stains and stains on comforter gross! Would never recommend and this place should be closed. Didn’t stay at all and haven’t been accommodated yet nor refunded. Bugs, dirt stains and stains on comforter gross! Would never recommend and this place should be closed. Didn’t stay at all and haven’t been accommodated yet nor refunded.
- Bernard (6/5): - The location The bathroom floor was soaked with water under the floor boards and there was litter and dirt on the floors
- RAY (4/5): - No hot water in the sink yet the shower was scalding.
Floor was filthy in bathroom.
An ant crawled onto my phone while I was reading.
- Jamie (6/5): - Location and it was convenient. The floor in our room wasn't swept, at all. There was dirt and black specs all over our room floor. There was lots of mold in the bathroom and check out was at 11. Most places I've stayed at recently check out is at noon. That extra hour in the morning makes a huge difference.
- George (10/5): - This hotel is amazing
- José (10/5): -
- Tessa (10/5): - I recently stayed at the Best Western Bordentown and overall had a pleasant experience. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating throughout my visit. While the bathrooms are on the smaller side and the floors could benefit from a bit more attention, these were minor details. The breakfast offered a decent selection and provided a good start to the day. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service.
- JORGE (6/5): - Property needs some renovation rooms was clean a least. Rooms smell like cigarettes even do I had a non-smoking room
- joe (8/5): - The room was decent and fairly clean. It was a little noisy with traffic being close to the highway. I would just stay one night. The bed was a little stiff for me. I like a soft mattress
- Andrew (6/5): -
- Baron (1/5): -
- Michael (4/5): Blah - The hotel was dirty. There were dead flies on the lamp. The parking lot was not well lit and it seemed as though people were just hanging out there. Children were running around unsupervised. The “hot tub” was a cold whirlpool. The pool was ice cold and in swimable. When I asked for more towels they said they didn’t have any. And when he found some he would bring them. I guess he never found them because I never got them. Overall the hotel didn’t feel safe and protected. Would not stay here again
- Marissa (8/5): - The staff was super friendly and happy to help in any way! Hot tub pictured is actually not a hot tub and is same temp as the pool (ice cold). Rooms were clean and lobby area as well. Served hot breakfast to my surprise; the kids were super happy!
- Kathy (6/5): - X
- Joanne (8/5): - OK for a one night stay
- Arbušauskaitė (5/5): -
- Bernard (6/5): - Breakfast was good When they require a $100 security deposit and it takes 7to 10 days to get your money back. That’s not good business. And when I called and asked about it. The front desk staff hung up on me Today I called at 12 noon. Check your staff and see who was working. Should be some disciplinary action
- Daniel (2/5): - Extremely disappointed in this Best Western. My family rented 8 rooms for a funeral. WiFi didn’t work for us and over half of the guests. Our shower was broken (they fixed it on the second day), phone in the room didn’t work, and the area didn’t smell pleasant. On of our family members had to book a different hotel because their room hadn’t been cleaned and was extremely filthy (waiting on reimbursement). There is not a hot tub, it is a “cold-water whirlpool” and the indoor pool was extremely cold.
- Ernice (3/5): - Location Cleanliness
Quality maintenance
Amenity availability
- Sebastian (2/5): - Dirty building and dirtier room with spiderwebs everywhere
- Diana (2/5): Do not recommend - The room was outdated, falling apart and dirty, the lock broke on our last day. Definitely will not be back.
- Amarnath (2/5): - .
- Powers (8/5): - All good thanks Pool and jacuzzi had cold water
- Bruce (10/5): It was just an overnighter, but the quality of facilities and service was terrific. - The receptionist at the front desk was fantastic. She was so welcoming and kind late at night. The room was clean, the breakfast was OK, but could have included a bit more for vegans. Not complaining, though - it was better than most. Nothing, really. It was a very pleasant stay.
- Omaira (7/5): - Breakfast included Dirty Bathroom . Open used soap, not that much toiler paper left
- Mufida (2/5): - it was too dirty, no election for breakfast and was bad, we couldn't sleep because of the noise, old furniture.
