Brian (8/5): - The property was fine. We stayed in room 217. There was a very strong cleaning chemical smell, could have been oil based paint/turpentine type smell. It was strong but manageable. The only complaint would be the limited dining area and the small options for breakfast.

Not even on first nights invoice. Then added another night next morning. There was $90 extra fees added and no explaination. So beware. But hey the coffee machine was okay

Randy (8/5): Nice place but bed was broken 😔 - We were traveling from northern Missouri to Panama City Beach Florida with a pickup/trailer and a crossover SUV and were very tired after driving more than 10 hours straight. Hotel was friendly and clean, and allowed our dogs. No sketchy people, close to food, and well lit. The only complaint we have is that the bed box spring was broken (room 110) and was noisy on the broken side. We didn't sleep well due to this. It was late and exhaustion took over so we didn't ask for another room.
Shawna (8/5): 4 stars - We recently stayed at Best Western and overall, we had a great experience. The hotel staff was very accommodating and approved our last-minute booking without any issues. The check-in process was fast and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast spread offered by the hotel. It was a great way to start our day. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated right next to multiple restaurants, which made it easy for us to find dining options. The hotel is tucked away in a low-key area, providing a peaceful and quiet environment. However, we did encounter a few minor issues during our stay. The air unit in our room wasn't fully up to par, and when we walked in, the temperature was set at 75 degrees, which took most of the evening to cool down. We ended up opening the door to cool down the room. Additionally, we noticed a little mold on the bottom of the shower curtain and encountered some mini ants in the bathroom and sink. We notified the front desk about these issues during check-out. Despite these minor inconveniences, we are overall happy with our stay at Best Western. The positive aspects of our experience outweighed the negatives. We appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff in addressing our concerns. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Julie (6/5): - Good news! The motel has just been remodeled with lotsa new stuff, including new bathtubs! Bad news! New tubs a very slick on the bottom. WOW! I had trouble standing in the slick floor and I flipped out of the tub onto the floor! I’m 76 and survived with bruises and pain. Please fix the tubs!!!!

bonnie (6/5): - This property is a work in progress. Rooms need a deep cleaning including the bed backboards need wiped down after each customer. Sheets were white but had some strange gray staining. Bathrooms totally redone but do need swept better. Breakfast was a positive surprise!
Rebecca (8/5): I would stay again - It was an average Best Western. It served it's purpose for my stay, which was only for two days. The front desk lady and gentleman greeted myself with a friendly welcome. They also gave two bottles of water for myself and my husband. The room was clean. The only reason for the 4 stars was because they were updating their rooms ( which I was warned about) but unfortunately one of the day ladies, was talking and laughing so loud with a couple of the guy workers it woke me up. She did however apologize and was very apologetic.

Tinna (2/5): Cigarette smell and mold! - Usually Best Westerns are good hotels. This one was awful. While we waited to be checked in the man in front of me was wanting his money back. We entered our rooms (we booked 2) and both had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke and mold. The picture on the wall even had mold. My son’s bed had black hair on it. The walls had “bumps” under the paint I’m assuming from water damage. It was truly awful.

MaryAnn (8/5): - It was ok for one night stay. The sheets were not clean and the bathroom floor was dirty. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly
Anita (8/5): - Nothing fancy but good clean rooms and quiet.
Kentt (6/5): - Location was good - most of the room was updated but the bathroom could use some updating and the breakfast selection was OK but less than other hotels we have stayed in.
Donna (6/5): Great Staff - Rooms need an upgrade. - Hotel was convenient to the event center that we were at for the weekend. Rooms were older and just felt dirty. Sheets had some yellowing and the bathroom walls had some holes in them. Hairdryer plug was broken making it unsafe to use. The room felt small and cramped. The hotel staff were super friendly and the breakfast options were good. Our room was next to the lobby and the storage room that was used by the cleaning staff so it was very noisy at times.
Mike (8/5): - This was a comfortable stay while traveling. Front desk was friendly and the place smelled and looked clean. A few things we noticed: there was a French fry on our floor and the shower curtain had mildew on the bottom.
Jeanette (10/5): - Pleasant stay following a few hours in dreadful traffic. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean.
