- Paul (6/5): In speaking with the owner/manager on the morning of the 9/29, it seemed she was doing her best. - It was very limited, just the basics. I understand that this location is going through an ownership change and the complex is in the process up up grades. I would think that Corporate BW would want to assist in this process and bring this Hotel up to Company Standards as other Hotels in their chain. Your occupancy rate speaks to that with being less then 1/4 compared to the other three at this location. I stayed at this location on both 9/15 and 9/28.

- Melissa (8/5): - Easy access in the city. Pretty quiet considering it's next to the interstate. Just needs a little maintenance and upkeep. A tile was falling off the wall in the bathroom. The shower drain was not draining fast enough and was causing the water to flood. The headboard looked like it was made of tile and grout and the grout looks moldy.

- susannet175 (8/5): Very good stay - The hotel is older but well maintained; the room (#106) was clean and spacious and the A/C worked well and blocked the traffic noise from I-40. The grounds are well maintained, have a few sitting areas and a gas grill; there is a pool (outdoor) and it looked very clean. The ice maker can only be accessed with your room key card and is inside the pool building. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with veggie omelets and very good bacon. The staff we in contact with were all very nice, especially the ladies tending to breakfast!

- Angela (2/5): - WD-40 on the door of the room would have made the experience of staying here a lot easier. Check-in was great. Easy breezy. Took 5-6 minutes of pushing down w all my body weight to finally get into the room. Then, when I was trying to leave, the door lock would not fully disengage. After about 5-7 mins was out. Was able to get in later w no issues but the next morning when I was taking a shower the fire alarm went off. The staff was very nice just not my jam.

- plaidraynbowj (10/5): THIS is what you're looking for! - We were wonderfully impressed with the BW in El Reno, OK. Bed was comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was all we expected. I was even able to mix my favorite juice: orange/cranberry! EASY access from interstate. Easy drive into OKC to meet friends at a lovely restaurant. Tremendous value! Thank you for making this trip such a success. We drove from Amarillo and our friends drove from Wichita, KS to rendezvous here and celebrate our friendship that began in 1977. We will do it again!

- Laura (9/5): Perfect for traveling with pets. - The breakfast was good. This place is great if you are traveling with a dog. There's a large vacant field next to the property with plenty of room for potty time. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. There's a restaurant across the street that serves pretty good food. It would be great if there were usb ports for charging phones, etc in the room.

STAFF us very knowledgeable and give great advice on where to eat . I didn't like being in the back cause I was by mysel, but I understand that they have to assign rooms as you check in.

- Nancy (9/5): Superb - I was looking for a motel style place to overnight on a road trip. My dog doesn't do well with elevators, long corridors or stairs. I made the reservation on the road and couldn't tell what style of hotel it was. But being in the back building on the ground floor made getting my dog in and out of the room/van easy. Also lots of space to walk the dog at night and in the morning. Booking.com said the pet fee was $12.00 but it was $30.00 + tax. Still a good value overall but $30 is pretty steep for a less than 12 hour stay.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Something Smells Fishy - Upon arrival for check in, the front desk employee informed me that our room was on the second floor, and there was no elevator. I had requested the first floor as my husband has mobility issues, and cannot do stairs. Her response was that I could go to another hotel but they would not refund my money. Blamed Expedia for the situation. Unable to check in due to hotel ignoring need for handicapped accessibility. Could this be a scam to collect money for no service?

We spent the rest of the afternoon and all evening without TV. The hotel never offered a reduction of room rate or FREE. I would think room rate should include room entertainment. Probably won't stay again Sorry

- td397 (6/5): Ok but not great. - I would like to give this motel a higher rating, however a few things were not great. The lady we checkd.in with was unenthusiastic about her job. We were in the first building with the office. We had some working men staying in the rooms next to us and drilling outside after 8pm. They weren't loud, but the smoke.wasnt great and my wife was a little uneasy. The room we stayed in the first floor had filthy sticky carpeting and the room just seems dingy The reviews have me scratching my head. Maybe the other building across from the pool is nicer, but we wouldn't stay here again. I am a Diamond Select Member.

We highly recommend this particular hotel. Plus a very complete. hot, delicious breakfast-lacking nothing. Staff is always exceptional caring and accommodating. great location, right there off the interstate. Definitely, the place to stay in El Reno.

Although we were on the end near the highway, the room was very quiet. The breakfast was very good, Fresh eggs, good sausage. Room was clean and staff was helpful.

- David (8/5): Clean and comfortable with technical difficulties - So the first room they put me in has a non operational fridge, so I called the desk and they immediately switched me rooms. Second room fridge worked but the remote for the TV wouldn't change the channel. I called the desk and they sent someone to take a look at it but no one really knew how to fix it. I pulled up the cable company website to troubleshoot the remote to no avail. They told me the night shift worker would have a better chance to fix it and to call the desk in a couple hours. I did and the guy was pretty curt and didn't even come look and didn't offer to change my room. So I did my entire stay on Comedy Central which luckily I like well enough. The room was clean, the AC worked great, breakfast was delicious and the pool was lovely and not over chlorinated. Paying full price for a room with only one channel sticks in my teeth a little though, and that's why I only gave 4 stars.
