Molly (4/5): one of the worst yet in my 62 years - It was not clean - we asked for the room to be cleaned and it wasn't - for THREE days. The front desk wasn't great and the breakfast was horrible....
Lisa (6/5): - Very musty smelling room. Couch looked like something they dragged in off the curb. Jacuzzi tub looked about 50 years old and had rust stains.

Check in staff was nice that is all I can that was good about this place. Mold in shower. Door jam looked like it had been kicked into before. Not a good place

KEVIN (2/5): - An old facility, and maintained only to make it mediocre. I was tired so I slept for two hours between 3 pm and 5 pm. Then I made a reservation for that same night in Bloomington and moved on. This property should be avoided.
Mairelyne (2/5): - Went here with the intention of staying two days for a business trip with my partner and we were disgusted with this hotel. The room smelled like wet towels, the area is creepy with little to no transportation available. Staff is not really helpful as they don’t know anything really about the hotel or the area. We ended up staying only one night and had to wait two hours for transportation. Wouldn’t recommend.

Felt very unsafe. Did not even check in. We are counting the money as a loss and decided to just drive the 3 hours home instead of subjecting our grandchildren to that environment. The online pictures of the property were great..they need updated because the place is very very unkempt and unsafe feeling.
Angela (10/5): Return Visitor - Stayed on main floor in king room. Have stayed here before. Safe location and walkable to dining options. The bed is comfy, the hotel is quiet. The pool was closed during our visit, which was a bummer. The breakfast spread was good. Will stay here again.

The entry and lobby are not inviting - storage rooms and cleaning areas were visible and the space was cramped and unappealing. The couch in my room was obviously slip covered and stained in spots. Verified traveler (4/5): NEVER AGAIN 2/10 IS A GENEROUS RATING - I've stayed here in years past and it was pretty good for a budget hotel. Check in fine. Get to the room, the door was so damaged I felt like I needed to put a chair in front of the door as an intruder alarm, the bar lock didn't move at all to secure the room. The humidity level of the room was so high I felt damp at all times. The television was damaged and had flashing lines through the picture and the sound would randomly adjust itself. Moving on to the shower and sink that dripped nearly constantly, this one I called the desk about about was told no tips for stopping it and no one will come to help. The dripping was the entire time we were in the room and louder than the TV even with the bathroom door closed. Then there were the bugs. Which best Google guess was that they are springtails that thrive in wet conditions and may feed in mold and wet fungus. Only made better by the air conditioner unit that was inconsistent with temperature and could not help the dampness in the room and may be damaged since the fan setting for constant was not constant. For a good portion of the overnight it sounded there were zippers or metal in the clothes drier outside our room. The laundry room has a door but it was still very loud. In the morning I went to use the ice machine which sticks and I didn't want to break it, I asked the employee and he was very rude and that's the ice machine they have. At check out he offered no receipt even though the hotel was paid directly. Very rude.

Lorraine (10/5): Excellent Place To Stay! - When traveling to visit family, I always prefer the Best Western Riverside Inn. They always have clean, comfortable rooms and the staff there is fantastic! Any hour of the day they make themselves available if you need assistance of any kind. My family and I have been staying here for years and will continue! Highly recommended! Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay!

THEN the manager was called and a room was "found" on first! The room looked like someone had already sat on the bed, I had to kill a huge spider by tub, there were only 2 towels in the room for the booking of four of us & early morning the smoke alarm went off!! NOT even a fair stay. Never do again

Juice machine in breakfast area was out of order. The “black out” curtains do not completely close allowing street light and sun rise to disrupt sleeping. The room was not clean. All countertops were sticky with food or other unknown substance. There were food crumbs in sleeping area and bathroom floors. There were Questionable electrical connections under the desk.

The carpet near the bedside was sticky and gross. No hair dryer. The smoke alarm outside the bathroom went off after I was in the shower for less than a minute, with door just slightly ajar. Pros: The bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. Breakfast was mediocre.

One day there was garbage left by room doors for hours, and the hallway wasn't swept for what seemed like days. Clerks at the front desk were very polite. I was lucky to only have to stay at the hotel in the evenings.

The walls were scarred, stained and the grout in the bath area was really rough. I think I will question staying at any more Best Western hotels.

ruth (8/5): - Our stay was quiet. It is an older hotel, so the rooms reflect some wear and tear. For example: the outlet by the sink was so loose it was a hit or miss to get the hair dryer to work. Check that right away in your room before you unload everything. We found a way to make it work. Breakfast food was fresh, very heavy on carbs. This hotel has a great location so we use it often when visiting family. Fingers crossed someday they remodel.
