Guest Reviews
- Pelumi (4/5): - I reserved a double bed room for guests traveling into town. Upon their arrival, they were told they didn’t have a room and no reservation had been found. They not only showed them the confirmation, but then the hotel staff “needed to ensure the room was available”. They placed them in one bed king size room versus the double bed room I reserved with no advanced notice.
- Kim (8/5): - The property was a little dated but ok. The outside needed a little bit cleaned up. The staff were great! Our bed was a bit hard, but I think our bed at home spoils us.
- Pamela (6/5): Old Hotel - Hotel is terribly out of date and run down. No USB outlets, not enough electrical outlets, old sheets, towels, and beds. Nice breakfast room, tables and chairs, and improved offerings. Bathroom walls were mildewed and floors were dirty in corners, the tub was old and the shower head sprayed unevenly. Hotel has been through numerous renditions through the years and needs a complete room overhaul.
- Experience686791 (2/5): Not a good place to stay. Very dirty. Outside and inside. I have photos on my phone. - The bedding was dingy and the bed was not made or comfortable. the towels were dingy as well and could have been rewashed or replaced. Dirty hotel. halls need vacuuming. Dogs barking. Housekeeping working at night so there is no sleeping. We left a list of complaints with the housekeeper who was trying to clean laundry or rooms and was tasked with checkouts. she could not help us or explain why our bill was $50 more than it should have been. The bathtub was spray painted ivory and was peeling and had mold.
- ajcrum86 (2/5): Don’t stay here - Cheap room and that’s about it. Not clean at all very outdated and the cleaning skills of the staff seem to be outdated as well.
- Austin (4/5): - Non working air conditioner.
- Tashauna (4/5): - This property is a very old property. The sheets and towels need to be replaced. Not washed but replaced, they aren’t white anymore they are grey. My family and went out and brought towels and washed cloths during our stay that was the worse part. The staff was very nice and helpful. It wasn’t horrible but they definitely need to make some upgrades.
- Jennifer (4/5): - They people were nice and had my room keys waiting when we got there. However, the room itself was obviously old and worn. No drains had stoppers, tub was yellow and had rust and mold stains. The air was not on when we went in the room and it was hot and musty smelling. For the price we paid expected to be a lot nicer, probably just stay at the motel down the road next time as it was about the same and cost less.
- vnessak30 (2/5): Nightmare weekend - Dirty rooms, got moved 3 times and each time it got worse! Floors are disgusting. Hadn’t been swept or mopped I asked for it to be cleaned to come back and have it smell better but floors still hadn’t been cleaned even after specifically asking for them to be as I have a almost one year old. So I asked to be moved to be put in a room with wet moist nasty floors, literally wet. Smelled like a pets crate. Next morning asked to be moved again thinking third time is the charm my daughter got bit by a bug. Do better owners and Baymont this is unacceptable! My children and I were so uncomfortable all weekend it was an absolute nightmare! Get it together!
- F9509AYcarolr (2/5): Don't stay here, filthy - The front desk fellow was very nice. The rest of the stay was just unbelievable. I could not believe how this hotel has gone down over the years. The filth I don't think anybody's cleaning it. I would not have stayed but there was no place else I could go for the night. Know that we won't stay here ever again. Unless this company cleans up their hotel here I wouldn't recommend it ever.
- 135derikc (2/5): Has Issues! - Arrived at hotel late evening. Was in town to work at the local Marathon. Front desk clerk (Lauren?) and another guest were talking with me in front of the complex. A woman came around the corner and said "b**ch" and continued into the glass corridor. Once she was in the glass corridor, she said "f***ing b**ch." The front desk clerk {Lauren) assured me that the comments weren't directed at me. They shouldn't be directed at anyone. A workplace or hotel is no place for language like that. It wasn't until I went to check in that I learned it was another front desk clerk talking like that. Upon checking in, she was rude and blunt. I had to go to the front desk to get an invoice and this same rude clerk was working. She was sitting in the back at a desk and certainly didn't want to come to the front counter to address my need. She acted like I was a bother to her. The phone in my room didn't work at all. Wasn't even able to call the front desk. Now I stay elsewhere when I have to travel to work in that area.
- Teresa (10/5): - First the staff is fantastic great friendly.
My only problem was the grounds parking lot were in desperate need of some attention. Cigarette butts everywhere. Weeds and broken screens.
The room was super clean and been updated somewhat but could use just a tab more.
I would stay again
- Grady (4/5): - Poorly maintained, two night stay, room was not cleaned, other than the trash can emptied after first night. Coffee packets not replenished, front desk was not answering phone, push bar on front door was broken, plant beds overgrown etc.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Stay at your own risk - Room smelled like mildew. Floor was filthy my feet turned black on the bottom walking from shower to bed. The toilet barely flushed and handle was loose. Towel bar fell off the wall when taking a shower. Windows didn’t lock leaving you worried for your safety. The safe did not work and was not anchored to the floor. A local told us that the place is know for drugs.
- David (6/5): - There are not a lot of options in this area. On short notice we were kind of lucky to get a reservation.
So, understand, this is an older facility. Many things are in need of an update.
The first room we were given reeked of smoke. Ironic after I had just signed the form saying I would not smoke (I don't anyway) in the room.
I went back to the desk and the young man quickly gave us another room which had a smaller bed than I had reserved and took $10 off the rate. He was very nice.
The next room did not smell of smoke but was musty. But, we got a room.
The display on the AC unit was broken so was just guessing on what I was setting it to. That and an old mattress made for a long night.
We did not eat there but I checked the breakfast area when I checked out and it was clean and well stocked for a limited free breakfast.
- Rocky (6/5): - We booked online and when we arrived we were told that the queen bed room we reserved was no longer available so we would have to take two doubles. When we went to the room the beds had not been made and the floor was dirty. They apologized and got an equivalent room that was clean and problem free. Entire place did smell
smokey.
- Jimmy (6/5): - Sad to say the staff was very friendly and helpful, but conditions of the hotel definitely needs to be improved and Baymont Franchise needs to improve and condition of Hotel is very run down. The room I had the sheers on the window were all sun rodent!!
- Desa (8/5): - Convenient location
- Karen (10/5): Great stay - Staff was wonderful and helpful. Hotel was clean but needed to be updated. Area was safe and quiet. Over all a great stay.
- Gary (8/5): - They have really stepped up their game. I stayed here a few years ago, and I was not impressed at all. I go to Robinson to visit my Mom. I have been spending more money the last few years to stay at "the other hotel in town". I decided to give Baymont another chance. I was pleasantly surprised. Clean room, decent breakfast, everything in good repair, and I saved a few bucks over "the other hotel". I'll be back next time.
- Scott (6/5): - Property was just average except the staff they accommodated us with early breakfast which was very nice!!
- cora (2/5): - There was mold in the bathroom an hair on the bathroom floor. Breakfast wasnt good
- Levi (8/5): - Front desk people were very nice and friendly
- David (2/5): Never staying again - this is housekeeping?? - Horrible no towels at all in the room when we checked in. There was no shower curtain! There were dead bugs on the floor throughout the room and bathroom. A deep dirty ring in the toilet bowl.
( and we arrived to check in at midnight. There were 3, 30ish bicycle guy smokers hanging out outside the back door at that time with bicycles… not sure if they were homeless they looked it…and didn’t belong there? )
- Alexandra (4/5): - The room was extremely humid / moist to the point that the carpet and blankets felt wet / damp. The shower would not turn on and the white tub had a yellow hue.
- Mark (6/5): Lesser of the 2 choices - Walking in the back door I seen a dead cockroach and there was a smell. We went to our room 116. My son laid on the bed and got wet. I grabbed all of the comforter and sheets thinking they just didn’t get dried. I took them to the front desk and he said he would get us more. We went to shop with out college student and came back and noticed that now my wife’s pillow that she just brought in was damp now. All of the towels were damp and there was a smell that I thought might have been a previous smoker and they were trying to get rid of the smell. I went to the front desk and they said they have had no complaints about room. He did give us another room and it was like a different hotel. There was a hot breakfast but was not very good.
- Steven (4/5): - We were booked for a two day stay. When we came back late the first night the beds had not been made up, no clean towels, and no tissues.
I asked at the desk when I got back and the rep said not sure but thought since we were staying two days the room would not be cleaned or beds made.
I talked to the rep when I checked out and she had never heard such a thing. I asked that the manager call me this morning or email me, he did neither.
Also the breakfast was limited compared from one day to the other. They didn't have waffle mix the first day.
I had stayed there before, was not as happy this time.
- Daniel (2/5): - We left after 10 minutes, one of the most disgusting hotels I have been in. The smells, dirt, AC was "wet" and the other half of the room was hot. We debating sleeping on top of the covers with our clothes on, but decided to loose the money and go somewhere we could actually sleep. When the guy checked us in, he listed more what was broken that was "amenities" there were.Zero stars. Knowing I would NOT get a refund from Expedia, we still left and found the Country Inn across the street.
- Sherry (6/5): - The curtains have huge holes in them. The bed pillows are small and uncomfortable
- Floyd (8/5): - Not the cleanest or safest feeling staying there
- OurCrazyJourney (2/5): Listen to the reviews don’t stay here - First off I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I checked in here. It’s a Wyndham hotel but they should really pull their name off this location. They make a big point to tell you about no smoking in your room but whole place smells like cigarette and weed smoke to begin with. Place is filthy and not taken care of. From extremely dirty carpets, mold all over the bathroom, dust and dirt on every surface, stained sheets and nasty comforters, lights not working, barely any water pressure if you do dare to get in shower with stained towels to dry off with. No elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. Overall do yourself a favor and stay across the street. This property screams no one cares.
- Jeff (6/5): Hot with no internet - The hotel was clean, and the beds comfortable.
Unfortunately the AC was not aduquate, and was off when we got there. Room was hot till well after Midnight, and was then not as cool as I would like.
WiFi did not work correctly .
- Russell (10/5): - Nice little spot to stay.
- Angelitha (2/5): Horrible - The room had a foul smell, and I was put in a handicap room which I am far from handicap. I am so glad I bring my own pillowcases and blankets because the way theirs look was not appealing. I would never stay there again in my life and I will not recommend this place to NOBODY!!
- Richard (4/5): - Room was just dingy. Bare necessities, amenities were laughable, towels were threadbare. Had smart tvs that would not even connect to major tv stations. Breakfast not comparable to other hotels. Very surprised Baymont and Wyndham allow their names on the property. Will not go back.
- Ana (10/5): - Excellent hotel
- John (10/5): - quik easy check-in, helpful an friendly staff
- Chris (2/5): - We found roaches in the coffee maker and around the microwave. The teenaged clerk apologized for the bugs, but didn’t seem too shocked or willing to do anything about it. The packaged breakfast items (oatmeal, cereal, granola bars, bananas) were the only edible options. Their “hot” items weren’t appealing enough to even put on a plate. The sheets, bedding and towels had stains. The exterior doors to the hotel didn’t lock. This didn’t wind up being an issue for us, but was telling to the lack up upkeep to this hotel. Will never stay at a Baymont again.
- scottcarter4u (4/5): Robinson Baymont - Outdated and dirty - Towles in room were supplied with "permanent" stains. Some linens and towels were decolored (n need to be whitened or replaced) Ceiling of room (above bed) is dirty from AC blower dust being trapped on texture of ceiling. Although room was non-smoking... room still had unpleasant smell when walking in.
- codale2130 (2/5): Smoke - Our hotel room smelled like someone had smoked multiple packs of cigarettes in the room just before we checked in even though there were multiple signs saying it was a non-smoking property. We opened all the windows while staying there and it still do not help. Not to mention everything else in the hotel was just old and in need of cleaning.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Overpriced And in need of dramatic updating - Faint smoke odor in room, hotel quality wildly out of sync with what I paid for one night
- Annabel (8/5): - Staff was very helpful. Made an effort to make sure we were satisfied and our needs were met.
Needed some updates-our room phone didn't have service.
Ironing board broken.
Breakfast items not available for entire time-cleaned up before time was up.
- Jose (4/5): - Build is Old. Poor breakfast
- dianes369 (4/5): Terrible visit. - Place needed panting, remove smoke smell, cleanliness of towels, replace curtains that they are newer and will close to block out parking lot security light. Breakfast was the only thing that was good.
- Billy (10/5): Best late night stay. - It was a pleasant stay. Staff was nice and friendly, and helpful.
- ojose8866 (2/5): Bad spot - On-site pictures are not what the condition of the room is has bad smell broken and moldy ac unit the beds look like they got pulled in from a Feild out in the sun they really need to do something about it for the price these is expected from a side of the road $35.00 room not 115.00
- OK2234 (6/5): No maid service on the weekend - Although the room was very clean when we arrived, there was no maid service on Saturday. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights. We had to get new towels from the front desk on Saturday, and they gave us trash can liners so we could empty our own trash. We were not happy. The breakfast on Saturday was also poor -- paper sacks with a banana and 2 granola bars and a juice. We expected more from Baymont.
- surelybass (2/5): Huge disappointed - Very outdated and dirty looking. Stains on the towels. Water stains on the lamp shades. No internet. Very few tv stations. Shower head encrusted so afraid to use it. The matress has a huge dip in the middle. I kept rolling in to it, and would get stuck.
- smithiiifrank (8/5): Prom DJ in Oblong! - The Hotel was about 15 minutes from my event so that was cool. It is also about 10 minutes from my July event so I have booked another night at this property. A nice clean room. No issues with anything!
- Shirley (6/5): - The property was very outdated and needed a good deep cleaning, repainting, and repair work done.
- Rosalio (10/5): - Good so far. Clean room hot shower. Comfortable
- Shannon (4/5): - There website said hot breakfast. Eggs Sausage biscuits Gravy etc. Due to covid they could not provide that. We were there for a funeral and had family members at another hotel 1/2 down ther road and they had hot breakfast. It wouldn't bother me so much but the website said breakfast. Shower was dirty water smelled. Place is old but but and is not well cared for. I stayed here 10 years ago and was much better than it is today forsure
- Robert F (8/5): - Place to sleep
- Rosalio (10/5): Good and convenient - All is well. The rooms are now nice and clean but the towels truly need to be replaced.
- kirstentoone (10/5): Small Town Quality Hotel - Great price, spacious clean rooms that seem to be newly built, really a bang for your buck! Breakfast is continental style and for a hotel it was pleasant, they offer a variety and you’re welcome to a generous amount. Upon arrival during check in we were greeted with smiling faces and bottled water, informative hotel clerk! Great stay.
- Sandra (2/5): - The bathtub was dirty and need of repairs. Sink didn’t drain well. Carpet was all buckled up. Curtain all torn. Air conditioner was very dirty. Fabric on chairs were filthy.
- Robin (8/5): - Have a broken ankle. Handicapped ramp by handicapped ramp too steep and rough. Getting my cart through doorways very difficult. No luggage holder in the room.Bath chair put together backwards for that bathtub. However housekeeping staff brought a different shower chair and a luggage holder the next morning.
- Michelle (4/5): - Had previous customers clothes left in room floor was sticky
- Victor (6/5): - This place is OK and reasonably priced.
- Kristie (2/5): - When i checked in the first room i was given was not cleaned. It was pretty yucky walking into a room after a very long drive/day and being met with someone elses garbage and dirty linens/towels.
After going back to front desk, attendee was very rude. New room seemed clean but had garbage in the waste baskets and something left in microwave. Checking out asked for a receipt and was told they could give me one but it would be empty. Went to leave but couldnt. Pepsi delivery guy parkef behind me. Was told that they usually only there for a few min. Needed to leave so i found the man by myself who ALSO was rude about having to move ahead a few feet so i could get out.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Wouldn’t recommend - First stay, we stayed 2 days on the second floor and the room smelled horrible. The walls are thin so expect to hear the noise next door. We requested a different room but was told there were non available. People out front drinking on the premises. Our second stay (because it was the only hotel in town with rooms we had to return) we stayed on the first level. The room didn’t smell. The shower had mildew and had dirty ring around the whole bottom of the tub. We turned in the water and it kind of rinsed off. Then there was a dirty damp towel hanging on the back of the restroom door. I don’t think they took the time to actually clean the room. Just made the beds and took out trash. We requested a change and again were told they didn’t have any available. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I’d rather stay 20 miles to the next decent hotel than here again. The pricing was ridiculously high for the shape the hotel was in!
- MARY (2/5): - OPEN DRAIN IN SINK - SITTING ON THE TOILET SEE DIRTY BASEBOARD AND A DEAD SPIDER. THE REPAIR TO RAISE THE TOILET IS DIRTY AND UGLY - THE FLOOR OF THE TUB IS ALSO DIRTY LOOKING.
THE SOUND ON MOST OF THE TV STATIONS IS BAD AND THE NUMBER OF STATIONS IS VERY LIMITED. FOUND DUST ON THE TOP OF THE HEAD BOARD MAKING YOU WONDER HOW CLEAN THE REST OF THE ROOM WAS.
THE BUILDING STARTED OUT AS A BEST WESTERN WHERE WE USED TO STAY AND THE SAME FURNITURE IS STILL IN USE.
THE DISPLAY ON THE AC UNIT WAS INCOMPLETE SO WE HAD TO GUESS AT THE TEMP
$165 MADE THIS A HORRIBLY OVER PRICED ROOM. I TOLD THE MANAGER ON SATURDAY SOME OF OUR PROBLEMS AND THAT WE WOULD NEVER RETURN.
- Betty (10/5): - Room was clean. The people were exceptional. Very good customer service.
Hotel seems old and has a cigarette smell. Hotel price is too high for condition of hotel.
- Maycy (8/5): Fine - Our stay was fine considering it was a very very small town. The room is outdated but clean. The front desk lady with the short hair was very professional and pleasant. Overall if going thru or staying in Robinson I would recommend this hotel:)
- Y8610LYvanessamal (2/5): They have some nerve charging that price - I didn’t feel safe - I was booked in the stand alone building on the second floor. The interior stairwell was dirty. I could hear my neighbor. The doors were old and outdated. The locks were old and outdated. The room was damp and smelled. The bathroom showed years of grime and buildup. They tried to upgrade me to a king on the first floor of the main building and it was equally as off-putting as the Queen I was booked in originally. They had a stand-alone air freshener in one of the outlets (and all the outlets in both rooms were outdated and sparse). I wouldn’t stay here - especially when you can stay at a newer, cleaner hotel down the road for the same price. The staff was nice and tried to be accommodating - they were the only bright spot about this place.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Had to get a new key every day and every time I went to the front desk there were always creepy guys hanging around in the lobby taking to the clerk. Building looks old and is deteriorating. Building smelled like sewage.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Were told that a breakfast would be carry out (which is fine) but they never set it up. The bathroom in our room needs a deep clean for sure.
- David (4/5): Waaay overpriced - I could understand 40$ a night not $100. Theres a new hotel in Robinson NOT listed on hotels.com thats the one to stay at. This place was a 1972 ash tray. Nasty smoke smell waaaay outdated. They must have paid for their reviews.
- southernladiesra2021 (8/5): Rabbit show - Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Good location, bed was comfortable, room had a stale smell....breakfast was a brown bag, had Restraunt behind hotel, food was good....bathroom was clean, television worked well
- Robert (4/5): Over priced low quality - I could not find my reservation for over 20 minutes and I had pre-paid online through Hotels.com. Breakfast is grab and go because of Covid and they didn’t provide breakfast before seven am. Worth driving to another town rather than staying in Robinson for the price.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Much of the breakfast items were gone by 8 am. A maintenance man would not allow me to prepare my own biscuit because he - after smoking a cigarette and not washing his hands - stated he was the only one allowed to do so. I immediately dumped the biscuit out.
- Roxy (8/5): Clean and comfortable - I was in a accesable room. It was very nice. My only disappointment was the TV was too far away for me to see the TV very good. Otherwise the room was very nice. My only need is not stairs but the space was wonderful.
- angies4rusty2001 (10/5): Friendly and clean - The staff was very friendly, the hotel in general was clean and nice. They were more than willing to accommodate any of my needs. A great stay and good value. Would recommend for anyone coming to town.
- Wraew123789 (8/5): Decent place to stay the night - This is a good basic hotel. We stay here once or twice a year when we come down to put flowers on the family graves. Staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Sure, they could use some bathroom updating and maybe some new towels, but the rooms are always spotless. We didn't get breakfast as we packed most of our own food for the trip due to Covid. But they did offer room service for breakfast and seemed to have a nice selection.
- 22dalek (10/5): Robinson excursion - The room is fine, bed comfortable and they even gave everyone bagged breakfast which included a granola bar, mini-muffin, bottle of water and an apple. Nice touch! The only issues that I had was I did not locate the Do Not Disturb sign which was next to the TV instead of hanging from the back of the door; consequently I was woke up by maid service attempting to gain access to my room and a long night out. I really needed a bit more sleep. The floor of the shower is extremely slippery and I caution people so that they don't slip. The shower head needs to be cleaned with CLR due to build-up of calcium and lime deposits. Upon arrival, the room was freezing cold as the air conditioner was set at 64 degrees. I immediately lowered it to 72.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Cockroach in the room, holes on the bathtub, and When you turn on the Extractor fan on the bath room it would make loud noises
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Super nice people and the best place to stay in town.
- kimberlyj (10/5): - The Baymont was comfortable and very close to the the ball park.
- gaaron1985lee (10/5): Awesome stay - Very polite and good people
Can’t wait to be back the professionalism of the front desk as well as all of guest services are great. The manager heather is awesome and really sweet along with Joni and Shelby from house keeping
- Stephanie (10/5): - The staff - specifically Renee - were fantastic. She worked with our family to get us all, 4 rooms total, all on one floor and in the same building. We were in town for a funeral and wanted to be able to spend time together and she made it happen.
- KAREN (10/5): Weekend Getaway - I stayed the weekend with my daughter, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have the best coffee around. I would recommend this place.
- William (10/5): Improvement In Progress - This hotel is a little worn around the edges but the staff was super welcoming and accommodating with changes to my trip. They are under new management/ownership and I could tell from talking with her and the depth of room cleaning they where doing in a room that they are trying to swing this back to a nicer place. This is a smoking hotel so I would advise if you are a person that can't stand that kind of smell to not stay there. Going back again for a work stay in another stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Breakfast place within walking distance. Shower had curly hairs at bottom of tub that was not mine. Friendly staff.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The front desk clerk (3-11) was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Bugs, broken hair dryer, broken vending machines and towels that I wouldn’t wash my car with.
Staff were kind and generous, but seemed unable to fix anything except that they did bring me a new hair dryer. I was told that just got approval for a badly needed renovation loan. This should help.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be, but the property is in poor condition. The vending machines do not work. This is well known to the staff but they seem unable to get new ones. They did give me my cash back and got their salesman to provide me with a free popcorn bag. There were bugs in my first room and when I complained they did not seem surprised. They just gave me a key to another room. The hair dryer did not work, but they promptly provided me with another. Staff were good, property is old, worn and in need of repair. Also towels were way past anything I have ever seen before.
- W (8/5): - Needs a little maintenance but a good room for the price
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was by appearance was neat and clean however a closer look the carpet was worn and dated and needed at the least shampooed the bathroom was dirty stains in toilet would not flush properly even had to retrieve a plunger which they did't offer to take care of just handed over plunger the bathtub was also badly stained and had to wear shower shoes the towels also felt dirty I feel because requested a smoking room they just do not care if room is clean however even people that smoke like a clean room
- Verified traveler (4/5): Horrible! - The only good thing about this hotel is friendly staff! Room had not been vacuumed. Food crumbs on the floor from previous guest. Shower was dirty and dirt easily wiped off. Towels and wash cloths stained. Dirty tissue on the floor. Huge spider in the bathroom. Breakfast was gross. Stay at the newer hotel in town, Country Inn & Suites. And if you must stay here....go to McDonalds for breakfast! Bring your own cleaning supplies and bedding!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Had a problem checking out--the clerk wanted me to pay the
difference between my Travelocity rate for the room and what
Baymont charges for the room. Took about an hour and 3
phone calls but the matter was resolved.
After 60 years of travelling you should always be aware of
your charges.
I found the problem was resolved through my credit card company.
However, the propriety at the hotel has never responded to me
directly!
- Anthony (6/5): Ok - Employees are friendly and helpful but the rooms smell and probably haven’t been vacuumed in Awhile had to use air fresheners and let room air out to get the stale smell out of the room
- Verified traveler (6/5): - hotel is run down towels yellowed tub in need of repair
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel was in good condition, clean, good service, nice size room and confortable.
- Roberto (8/5): Awesome stay nice and quiet - The area was very nice and quiet, friendly atmosphere, breakfast was ok could've been better. Good deal
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was clean and odorless, although it was a smoking room, which we requested. The front desk clerk was great, very helpful. Nice breakfast room. Quiet. We would definitely stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good hotel if you're working 10-12 hours a day - Not a bad hotel, but definitely a bit worn. The staff were good, and kept my room spotless.
- Rosalio (10/5): Good hotel - Good hotel. Needs to become a smoke free.
Other than that it’s nice.
- Vito (4/5): Showerhead was broken. - Shower head was broken. Could not take a shower.
- Terry (10/5): Good place to stay. - Very nice and friendly staff.
- TA (8/5): - Just need to step up on towels. White is color not a Suggestion
