Нажаль, ми не змогли відвідати сауну. Сніданок достатній і дуже все смачно. Омлет і вафлі на смак неперевершені. Відчуваю, що ми знову повернемось в це чудове місце. Один матрац був не рівний, неначе горбистий. Але не дивлячись на вигляд він був достатньо зручний.

A few things were slightly frustrating: how to operate the shower, and how to regulate the room temperature. We had an issue with the toilet overflowing, but it was quickly addressed.
- Maryann (5/5): Not our normal fun time here. - Staff is wonderful. All the workers we saw and talked to were kind, respectful and doing their best despite the circumstances I've written below. We were there when the power went out. Again, the staff was amazing! The couch 'looks' normal, until you sit on it. It went right through the bottom. I was unable to get out of it on my own. Fireplace didn't work. Overhead fan didn't work. My husband nor I could turn the shower on, thinking it must be broken. We had to get the maintenance man to come. He got it going for us. We've stayed here several times. It's going downhill fast. Did some checking and was told the owners don't seem to want to put money into it. At least, not on the first floor. (Pet floor) *offering another room with the same conditions doesn't fix the problem. The owners need to do something before someone gets hurt!

Just a comment on breakfast: maybe another fruit besides apples, scrambled eggs along with the frittatas, and yogurt without artificial sweetener. I loved the biscuits & cinnamon bagels. My husband loved the bacon and frittatas. Still a nice layout for breakfast. These were just suggestions. 😊

- Lisa (10/5): The hotel is in a great place, relaxing and fun. - Breakfast was exceptional and well cared for during the entire session. And, the hotel was clean, well decorated, with a pool and the staff was great. The room had a minifridge and a microwave. The hotel even had an observatory that was accessed by a spiral staircase. The walk to the beach was close and the beach was beautiful. There was a slight issue with the phones and no instructions on some items in the room but very minimal.
- LindA (8/5): We had a wonderful tome - I called the Monday before and spoke to Jamie, she put me at ease and confirmed my reservation. Upon arrive I was greeted by someone else. I arrived at noon and my room wasn't ready till 4:00pm. When I came back to check in to my room I was greeted by Jamie and I remember her name from speaking to her on the phone. We went to our room and discovered our TV didn't work. Jamie came up to our room, and to a rebooted our TV 3 times and nothing work. No questions asked Jamie moved us to another room same floor. This was a busy Friday night, two people working the desk, people cleaning and no maintenance staff. The front desk was juggling everything. Jamie was our all star for the weekend. She has impeccable customer service and she does it all with a smile on her face. I would love it, if this was passed along to Jamie because something like this go along way to an employee in customer service. We had our picture taken with Jamie because we wanted to remember her being a part of our special trip. The rooms could be cleaned much better. Slider doors have broken latches. If the rooms were inspected upon check in , stuff like the TV not working wouldn't be an issue. In customer service you need to be proactive not reactive. Doing everything possible to not have problems that are avoidable.

I was happy to see upgrades and clean rooms. - It was spring break week we enjoyed seeing the kids having fun It was one of many spring breaks. The property choose to chemical clean the pool and close it for 8 hours. 10 am to 6 pm. The property should schedule pool cleaning be for mid March or after mid April. Once they opened the pool at 6 there were 35 kids in the pool. I can predict that if open all day parents would have spread out their hours.

You actually had a restaurant at that time. I was looking forward to having dinner in the restaurant no longer there, but that’s OK. I like the fact that it’s at the end easy access to the beach. The property was fine. There were just some things like the plug-in cover was broken. That was very uncomfortable to me. I like a soft bed but other than that, it was nice.

We loved the family atmosphere, the breakfast was good and loved that the checkout time was later. Rooms were huge as well. The airflow is one of the rooms was horrible, wouldn’t go down and the front desk gave us nothing to work with. Adult only swim had kids everywhere and staff didn’t say anything. The couches in both of the rooms were horrible. You sat down and sank until you were sitting on the pull out bed, which was hard and very uncomfortable.

And was working in the room when the phone began to ring off the hook and someone knocked incredibly loud on the door. Apparently the notes were not read. I'm a Counselor, its very important I have silence and privacy during my sessions. This happened last time I stayed as well.

Once we arrived the suit was not available, and i was told they didnt even have a suit with two king beds. I reserved eith booking.com.False advertisement It would have been nice to be told this before I arrived. They gave us two joining room instead. It was fine though one of the fireplaces did not work. I just wish I was told this 3 days before my stay when I paid.

Beautiful location and rooms with view and balcony were great! When I booked this room I was told there's a restaurant. When I arrived the front desk said the restaurant was shut down. Probably would have stayed else where if I knew. Wifi wouldn't connect. Hotel needs remodeling. Pack your patience for the elevator and lack of luggage carts!
