Pioneer12839210178 (10/5): MY GOSPEL FASHION WEEK EXPERIENCE - I was very pleased. My main reason for booking my hotel stay was because I booked their meeting room for my event GOSPEL FASHION WEEK. It was a nice size and after decorating and putting everything together, I turned that room into an amazing event space. Audrey who booked both my hotel and meeting room was so helpful, professional, and kind. She is the reason I am eager to leave this review. Don't hesitate book them for your next event.
Carey (4/5): - This hotel needs a MAJOR renovation! Flooring coming up, rusted returns, rotting wood around the molding, dirty and dusty returns, broken tiles in the bathroom, I could go on. Overall it was fairly clean. The staff was great. I requested to change rooms because our room had an odor, the vinyl flooring in the bathroom was coming up the bathroom area and I tripped on it and almost fell. We were transferred to a suite (which was very nice of them) but I really wasn't 100% happy with it either. Not sure why this hotel got the good reviews it did. Only good thing I can say about it is the staff was really nice!

Stacy (8/5): Good as always - This is the second time I've stayed here while visiting family. I am always pleased with the service and the rooms. This time i did notice some sugar ants (about 4) on the air conditioner about an hour before we were gonna check out. This is the only place I saw them. Not sure how they got there or exactly when, but they didn't bother us or our stuff (and we had snacks that weren't sealed). Even with this, it was a good stay.

susansL8469AA (10/5): Cozy and quiet - My husband and I spent one night here while visiting friends in Spring Hill . The hotel was immaculent . The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The full breakfast was very good. Good coffee. I loved the auto dispenser for yogurt !1 Tasted like the greek yogurt I eat at home.. Convenient purified water dispenser in hall way near ice machine. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

James Curtis (8/5): - The staff was most friendly. The rooms had a mini refrigerator and microwave and a coffee maker. But the room was dark. There needs to be brighter lighting. The air-conditioning sysrem was just under the drapes, this made the temperature hard to adjust. Big problem was handicap parking was narrow and overgrown by a shrub. This made it difficult to get in and out of the car.

This didn’t make a difference though because the one that worked was enough to make the room comfortable. It seemed like there was an issue with staffing because the breakfast bar was slow to be refilled but it was also being taken care of very well. We booked two separate rooms and they were both cleaned and bed were comfortable. We ate at the Mexican restaurant next door and food was 10/10!! Staff was super friendly! We ate breakfast early in the morning and there were different options for breakfast. Again, the hotel staff was great! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

No dishes no silverware just old worn out nasty pots and pans. the coffee pot was broken and in pieces. the oven was beyond nasty! needs some cleaning. the bathroom had worm looking things with tenticles did not sleep well with creepy crawlies in the bathroom. Towels and washcloths were dingy and stained. They need to do some serious extermination and updating their linens.

The bathtub had a scum ring around it that a magic eraser would clean if they cared to. I did take pictures of this and the bed with the mattress pad pulled back. Very lacking on cleaning. Would not stay here again.

Property The room was dated, hole in a wall and carpet was frayed along the edge were it met the laminate floor. One of the laminate floor planks was loose and flipped up along its edge when stepped on.

medennison (10/5): Best best western - I stay in a lot of hotels because of my job and let me say that this is not just the best Best Western, this hotel is by far my favorite hotel I ever stayed. I spent 9 nights here. Here are all the great things about this hotel: friendly and accommodating staff, frequent and superior housekeeping, large “mini” fridge that did not freeze my coffee creamer (as has happened in other hotels), big and comfortable bed with lots of small pillows, large room - perfect for yoga or other exercise, lots of storage space in the room, the bathroom fan stays on separately from the light and it’s loud and good for sleeping white noise, wall unit also will stay on continuously for white noise, there is an actual soap dish for your little handwashing soap in the bathroom, the gym is adequate (I used the treadmill, it was just a little warm in there, only complaint - there were some free weights as well), there is guest laundry (bring your own coins $3.50 total for wash and dry), there is a vending machine that takes card… there is a nice size outdoor pool that was just the best thing in the world on hot summer days after work…. My favorite feature of this hotel was that they have a very nice filtered water dispenser on the first floor. I used this so much. I usually have to go buy gallon jugs of water, but not here!!!! I I went to bed early each night and never noticed much noise from the hallway. The stairwells to the second floor or open and easy to access - very little need for the elevator. I did not eat breakfast in the hotel so I cannot comment on this, but I know they had breakfast everyday.
jocelynbH5079NN (2/5): WARNING!!! NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AND ROOMS SMELL LIKE WET DOG!!’ - WARNING!!! NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AND ROOMS SMELL LIKE WET DOG!! We drove from WI to TN, and after a very long 13 hour trip, we finally arrived at this hotel around 7:30pm on a Friday evening. We paid for three rooms since we had 6 adults, a teenager and a 5 year old on this trip. We noticed very strong “wet dog” smell immediately upon entering the rooms but didn’t complain to the front desk because after that long of a drive, we were all just so excited to finally be out of the car! Not even 10 minutes after we arrived, we received a knock on the door. It was an angry hotel staff member who asked if we had a “little blonde boy” with us. We said yes and she proceeded to rudely tell us that she received multiple complaints about him because he was running. While we admit he was excited to finally have arrived, he simply wanted to check out the different rooms (which were all basically right next to one another so he didn’t have the space to really “run”) but regardless, he wasn’t doing anything wrong. Especially since it wasn’t even 8pm on a Friday! She said “we have many old people who go to bed early who have complained about him”. We didn’t want to cause a fuss so we simply said sorry and asked our 5 year old say sorry and to calm down. We left for dinner and when we got back, our neighbor was having a legitimate party BLASTING Lincoln Park type crappy music. It’s now past 11pm and their music is still blasting, yet no one seems to care. Again, our FIVE YEAR OLD BOY got yelled at by a disgruntled worker for “running” at SEVEN FOURTY FIVE PM ON A FRIDAY but another guest is allowed to blast music at all hours of the night and no one bats an eye. I RARELY leave reviews, but I feel obligated this time. This review is for the sake of any families who are debating staying here in the future. This hotel clearly caters to the elderly who apparently need complete quiet so they can sleep at 7:45pm on a weekend, so if you are a family with kids, DO NOT STAY HERE! You’ve been warned! Good luck out there folks!! :)
