• Gayle (10/5): Large clean room close to ferry. - Needing a room near the ferry. Easy check in. Ground floor drive up room pet friendly for our dog. Full Breakfast included is a bonus. Close to dinner restaurant. Served all purposes.

• Phyllis (10/5): - This hotel is centrally located in Yarmouth. Our room was clean, spacious, updated. Good parking. Excellent staff. Wonderful breakfast included. We arrived in Yarmouth on a Sunday...the city was pretty much closed down. The next day we went to see some of the historical sights & they were closed for the season (Sept 21). If you plan to visit Yarmouth, this motel is a great place to stay. But a day in Yarmouth is quite enough.

• Travis (2/5): - Very poor maintenance around the property many things broken and patched together. The outdoor pool was extremely dirty and there was not enough water in the pool to filter properly. Upon checking into room it was very dirty we had to ask for a broom just so we could sweep the floor. The window was broken and the toilet was broken as well. We accepted everything and took it upon ourselves to clean up and fix things so we could stay without bothering the staff. The cleaning staff smoked while they work so the whole upper level was full of cigarette smoke. We made the best of situation and let things slide but to top everything off after checking out they contacted us and blamed us for the broken window and told us we would be charged. The employee that made the call was extremely rude. Maybe that’s then only way they can do repairs properly to the building?? Obviously they normally don’t check the room very thoroughly considering we left the room cleaner and in better condition then it was when we arrived. We Would not recommend this place to anybody. Lots better options in the same location.

Front desk service was awesome, thank you for helping us with whatever our questions or needs were!! The pool was lovely, my kids 9, 12, 14, 16 loved it. Tim horton, kfc, mcdonalds, wendy's are across the street and something fun for the kids to walk to if they wanted anything.
