Guest Reviews
- Kelly (7/5): - The location was perfect for our travel destination. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Loved the vanity mirror. Things are a bit dated but for the cost we were happy with the opportunity to stay. It is not well insulated. Noise from the other rooms bathrooms was noticeable. Bathroom is outdated
- Congrui (10/5): - room is clean. Location is great in the mid way to Crater lake . Pet friendly. Has a ev charging
- Jesi (10/5): -
- Ivan L (8/5): - Clean Highway noise.
- Mary (8/5): -
- McCutcheon (8/5): - They gave me early check in.
The room was larger than expected The lobby had a strong curry smell that stay on my clothing after I left.
The floor was squeaky above me
- Dancer (7/5): - Location
- Joyce (8/5): Great hosts and clean, spacious rooms - The rooms I’ve stayed in had plenty of space and were very clean. The bedding could be updated to include a duvet that can be washed and get rid of blanket and bedspread. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay and will stay again. Bedspread and blanket.
- Pam (8/5): Comfortable bed - The bed was great. It was soft yet firm, I don't know any other way to describe it. The heat/AC unit was loud. We turned it off and we're ok at night. It rained heavy and the gutters were overflowing and dripping all night.
- Tanya (10/5): Great location! Very comfortable bed!! - Value! Beds were extremely comfortable! Nothing!
- Ian (7/5): -
- Angie F (8/5): Comfortable. -
- Paige (10/5): Would recommend, they came in clutch! - They had running water, booked an Airbnb that did not have running water in the same town so this was a godsend after a 7.5 hour drive! No pool.
- Chloe (10/5): -
- Posch (8/5): -
- Danielle (4/5): - The heater was not on so we had to wait for the room to get warm and remotely comfortable. There was very obvious evidence of black mold in the bathroom along the shower walls. Just felt dirty and not well maintained.
- Trina (1/5): Could go because of fires. They refused to refund any money - Internet Couldn’t say
- Robin (6/5): It was fine for a night - Close to family for visiting The heater was extremely loud and road noise was bothersome
- Tyrell (8/5): -
- Lori (7/5): The best the town has to offer but things like torn and worn furniture make it feel cheap. - The Room seemed clean, best value in this town. I like that they leave bottled water. They provide thin towels, and the sofa in our room had a tear in the arm. The office smells of food cooking.
- brad (8/5): - Manager is friendly and helpful, room is always clean and comfortable,
- Ryan (8/5): -
- Kerry (8/5): - Nice little motel at a reasonable price. Very good size room, nice beds. It was unfortunate that the motel laundry was out of order, and the public one across town closed very early. This sadly impacted our plans for the following day as the need to do laundry became desperate.
- Zuzanna (5/5): -
- Carrie (10/5): - The person and staff who run inn really nice. I slept well and shower was good. I like the sink separate from the shower. Someone can use the sink while someone’s in the shower. Room are spacious.
- Brandon (8/5): -
- Craig (6/5): - Bedding was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating to my requests. The stated free breakfast was just a "grab n go" that included coffee, fruit cup, juice and a small packaged pastry. The bath towels appeared not well cleaned.
- Dennis (4/5): - Unfriendly service
- Jennifer (2/5): - We had cockroach in the room. Construction guys getting up at 4:30 woke us.
- Vincent (6/5): - Convenient base for MTBing in the area but overpriced for what it is.
Virtually non-existent breakfast.
Ants in our bathroom.
- Eugene (6/5): Comfortable Bed - We used Oakridge Inn & Suites as basically a place to sleep while we visited family and attended a football game in Eugene. It worked well for this. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with plenty of storage.
- James (10/5): - Extremely efficient. I appreciate that. Excellent service.
- zapata (8/5): -
- Sagar (6/5): - Good location while traveling to Crater Lake. A bit costly, and breakfast was just grab-and-go stuff. The room is okay, not that great. Didn't like the soap or shampoo.
- Brian (4/5): Profit over property. - Mostly bad, but some good. The mattress was comfortable and the carpet seemed new. But it all goes downhill from there. Towels and wash cloths were tired and stained. The 'breakfast' was kind of a joke.
Oatmeal pouches and pre-packaged fruit cups.
The laundry equipment has been out of order for quite some time. And one ice machine that barely works for the entire hotel?? The owner/operator has one priority....profit. This used to be a good place to stay years ago.

- לילך (5/5): -
- Jim (4/5): - Expedia photos show a pool, on arrival pool and hot tub have been filled in with dirt. Kitchenette had zero cutlery and I was offered plastic utensils at the desk. Minimal plastic plates and plastic glasses and a hodge-podge of left behind tupperware. No dish soap and the shower soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Room was clean enough and the beds comfortable. Do not expect much from the breakfast though they will sell you a small fruit cup for a dollar..
- Ondrej (4/5): - Great nearby Mexican restaurant Old towels, mold in the bathroom
- Donna (7/5): -
- Zhixuan (8/5): - We have 3 ppl but were only given 1 key card.
- Shane (10/5): - This was a fun pit stop on our journey. People vibing outside playing music and chatting. Very community centric.
- octavian (10/5): - Stayed here 4 times over the past 20 years. Miss the pool but still my choice when overnight in the area.
- Satishbabu (8/5): -
- Shaine (8/5): -
- Marcella (10/5): - Oakridge is a lovely little town surrounded by tons of outdoor recreation. The hotel room was very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. We stayed in a double queen room and would definitely recommend. Website needs to be uodated as there is not a pool or spa anymore. There is coffee, juice, instant oatmeal and fruitcups available for breakfast. Keurig in the room was a nice touch. There is a couple of nice outdoor seating areas and a grill. Our dog was welcomed. We will definitely return.
- JENNIFER (10/5): - I had a great stay staff for a very friendly room was amazing
- Laura (10/5): - We were disappointed that the pool was gone, but everything else was fine.
- Rob (4/5): Disappointing -
- Tami (5/5): Passable - There was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. There were ants on the end table. I did mention it to the counter person and he said he would take care of it right away.
- Johnny (8/5): Very good - The beds were new and comfortable. Very friendly There was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom of the shower. When I told the owner he was very nice however and said he'd take care of it right awY
- Jill (8/5): Very good -
- Beth (3/5): Eh - Probably the best spot in town. Lied about having a pool. I paid extra for a Mountain View but my room was under the stairs. Couldn’t see anything.
- Logan (8/5): Very good -
- David (9/5): Superb - Room was very nice and the location was good The pool filled in with dirt😔
- Jeremy (6/5): Comfortable clean. Very noisy - Clean. Comfortable Thin walls. Lost of noise.
- Paula (10/5): Excellent Stay Nick was Great - Great Stay very Comfortable beds too! We will stay again.
- Tracee (8/5): Very good - The place was very nice and clean I appreciated that, check in was prompt fresh coffee in the morning thank you very much Would have been nice if the pool was open
- JERRY (4/5): - I booked room for 6 nights. Room had 2 coffee pods and 2 waters. Room service came in twice and only emptied garbage cans and didnt restock anything.
- Graham (6/5): Pleasant -
- Alayna (10/5): - Very friendly staff, spacious and clean room. Felt safe and relaxed the whole time!
- Kirby (7/5): Good - No pool. Breakfast wasn't at a time that I could utilize it.
- Gary (10/5): - Quiet and clean
- Nicole (8/5): - The pool and hot tub were non existent. The toiletin Room 210 was not clean.
- Stella (4/5): - This cheap hotel, which charges as a luxury ($186) for a trashy room, charges as a luxury ($186) for a trashy room
- Barnett (6/5): Pleasant -
- Brooke (10/5): - Love staying here! Staff is terrific, rooms are huge, clean, and the beds are the best! Its a great spot to stay with our pup!
- Jeremy (8/5): - Enjoyed my one night stay. Super friendly staff who are clearly dedicated and hard working. Nice room - spacious, well laid out, very comfy bed with nice cover and renovated bathroom. Highly recommended.
- Dalal (9/5): Superb -
- Mikebarskiy (7/5): Good -
- Michelle (10/5): Wonderful and comfortable beds - Christina at the front desk is amazing, kind, and understanding.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Surprisingly nice for a quick stay - Overall, this place was surprisingly nice for a random spot along the highway. The beds were VERY comfortable and I stay at a lot of hotels. Check in was a breeze. My only complaint is the bathroom was very dated/ did not have any nice bath products other than some basic body wash. Towels were old. The breakfast was sub-par. Just a few cookies/sweets and some bland coffee. However, the room was clean, I felt safe, and overall decent value for the money.
- Jane (6/5): - Very basic rooms, typical for the area. Coffee pot didn’t work. Limited breakfast selections, pre packaged foods. Need new towels.
Friendly staff
- Jon (8/5): Very good - Probably the best place to stay in oakridge. I stay here whenever im in town. Price seemed a bit high for what it is.
- Julia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Douglas (10/5): Great Time !! - We really enjoyed our stay !!
- Jeff (8/5): - It was ok
- Alan (6/5): Basic motel room - It was a convenient place to stay while we attended a wedding in the area. The room was relatively clean and comfortable and beds were comfortable. It just was overpriced for what it is, which is a basic old fashioned motel room in a rural area. It would be fine at half the price.
- Annette (7/5): Good - this was a nice location , The bed was comfortable, clean room didnt smell musky, they had a nice sitting area outside I didnt like the fact that there was a plumbing issue in the room above us an when they flushed there toilet above us, all the fluids dumped down my back when sitting on the toilet in the bathroom below, that was quite the shocker, but to be fair about it they did make it right with us an was very apologetic. We were done with our stay so hopefully they addressed the issue.
- Carrie J (8/5): - Very nice rooms, overall very clean. It was nice they had adjoining rooms for our party. We were up very early so didn't get the grab n go breakfast. House keeping may want to use the hose wand when vacuuming to get closer to the edge of things. Overall very nice
- Shirley (1/5): Booking.com is not very helpful when traveling and run into problems - Ran into snow , detours, wildfires and had to cancel but received no refund
- Timo (5/5): Passable -
- George (6/5): - Quiet guests. Extremely loud A/C. Bed only made once during 4 night stay. Mentioned it to front desk. Only received towels and emptied trash.
- Navin (6/5): - Reasonably ok, the room was clean. Towels were a bit stained, standing light bulb was burned out, room rate was excessively overpriced
- Telly (6/5): - Clean room but old furniture. There was a ceiling water leak in my bathroom.
Really nothing to eat in the area, after 8pm.
Searving breakfast in the morning consists of a bite size cup of juice and a small Madeleine cake.
Staff was friendly though.
Good place to atay, if your coming in late and leaving early.
- Robert (2/5): A poorly run, badly managed hotel. - location is fine The lighting in the room is the worst I've ever encountered. No lamps, bedside or otherwise--only overhead florescent lights that shine directly in your face when in bed. The one chair in the room had disgusting stains on the cushion; the bathroom had tufts of hair on the floor.
- Mei (1/5): The Eastern Indian male manager was rude, no good customer service concept! -
- wadingforgodot (4/5): Bad hotel. - Just stayed there for one night. Terrible hotel. The room with two queens was 186 per night, and one of the worst rooms we've stayed in in quite a while. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and the one chair in the room had obvious and visible stains on it. The bathroom floor had one large tuff of hair, and the grout around the bath tub was pockmarked with black spots--mold? Who knows. The only lights around the beds were in the ceiling, and were bright white, and seemingly florescent, like an office building. We would have walked out had there been other options, but there weren't. This would have been a poor hotel at half the price.
- Guerrero (8/5): Very nice! Love Oakridge it’s my hometown - Owners very nice! Clean just had a leak on the ceiling from someone from flooding the bathtub and so it was still leaking in my room. Breakfast
- Gavin (4/5): - Dirty, noisy, and lack of maintenance.
- Samantha (8/5): Very good - Wish it had better selection for breakfast Breakfast
- Philip (8/5): Very good -
- Jeanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelly (4/5): Disappointing -
- Richard (2/5): - The breakfast was a joke if would have known it was going to be instant oatmeal and a fruit cup i would have went to the cheaper hotel and paid for my own breakfast
- Jill (10/5): Exceptional - My room was clean and comfortable. Nothing - my stay was very good.
- JOHN (10/5): - Good location and excellent staff. Clean and comfortable. Great value…
- Wayne (6/5): Pleasant -
- David (8/5): - Safe quiet easy parking
