Morning breakfast was very basic and minimal. Very small breakfast area. Few seats, dated and tables not clean.
grizmt (4/5): This BW motel and it is a Motel no matter what they name it should be at a lower price and/or totally remodeled. - Where to start, I guess with the positives. The front desk staff are very nice, breakfast opens at five until ten which is unusual but nice. The mattress were on the newer side and the linens were clean. I would rate the property on the lower side of a Motel 6. Literally threadbare carpet which I haven’t seen at any BW EVER and we’ve stayed at many, at least in the triple digits. The bathroom is another story, the toilet seat was so loose you had to watch out that it and you wouldn’t slide off or get a nasty pinch you know where. The shower, what an experience! Got it up and running and at a good warm temp only to have it randomly go COLD. Either we got the upgraded Spa Room with an attempt at a cold plunge or something is really wrong with the system, not to mention the shower head leaked blowing water back against the wall. Breakfast…… Hostess mini donuts but only a few, 3 pieces of bread for toast,2 English muffins 2 bagels and really green bananas, I think you get the drift. They did have several well stocked bulk cereal containers though. About what you’d expect to find at a old mini-mart on the highway. Thankfully there is a restaurant nearby.

Allen (8/5): - We checked in a little after 3pm and the television for the room was being used for an employee training program. The TV was brought back around 4:30pm. The room was not serviced for the 3 days during the stay. The first day, we did forget by leaving the "Do Not Disturb" notice on the door. The facility is clearly the best for the Eagar/Springerville area in terms of newer build and very convenient for the grocery store and restaurant. Will probably stay there again but would make it clear next time that for $200 per night, I expected maid service. Morning breakfast service was good. Allen
James (6/5): - The bedding was stained, the bathroom looked like the floors were never cleaned, the breakfast area was not wiped regularly which meant there were food crumbs and food on the counters and tables. The staff was very courteous and friendly.
2motorcycle (4/5): A huge disappointment - This motel is a big disappointment with a huge price tag. After checking into our room, it took 3 Lysol wipes to clean the dirt off of the countertops and furniture. We also had to fix the desk chair before it could be used. Breakfast the next morning was nearly non-existent at 7 a.m. with 2 slices of white bread, 4 biscuits, and 3 small bagels in addition to the hot food. There were only juice boxes (with no orange juice) for juice. We will not stay here again and received no help from the front desk when we voiced our concerns. Also this photo in no way reflects the way the motel really looks.
John (4/5): - Stayed here recently on a ride. This is a fairly clean organized motel. It is however crazy overpriced. Although breakfast was included, they ran out of food by 7:30. There is a Circle K a short walk which is a better bet. Also, no tray in the shower so you need to put your stuff on the floor. Some of the other riders stayed at the EconoLodge and said it was fine. They paid $70 per night. I paid $195 at the Best Western. As I said, ridiculously overpriced for what it is.... Will not be back.
leersmith65 (2/5): Just don't. overpriced for old outdated rooms - Absolutely NOT worth the $200.00 amount paid for this room. Worst mattress we have ever stayed on, room not cleaned well after last visitors. Refrigerator made a very loud buzzing all night long that kept us from sleeping. Go down the road and get a cheaper room this is the worst Best Western we have stayed at.

JeffB4706 (6/5): Met expectations, and is best lodging available - We two stayed one night as an interim stop between Tucson and Santa Fe. After much research I concluded this would be the best place in Eagar/Springerville to stay, and this motel met our modest expectations given the modest price. We were on the first floor. The ROOM was safe and sufficiently clean, though the coffee maker had not been emptied of used coffee filters. The BED was ok, though it seemed a bit tilted. The quality of the bed linens and towels was adequate. The BREAKFAST was spare, as expected for the price. Highlight was actual fruit (small oranges), as well as the availability of both almond and soy milk. In addition to an orange, I had granola (which was almost gone) with almond milk. Scrambled eggs and SOS were also available, as well as sugary kids cereals.

doublebasss (2/5): Someone opened our rooms and left doors wide open with our belongings in plain sight. - We had 2 rooms, one for myself and one for my dad. I ran out of hot water halfway through my shower. Went to put lotion on and the sample size lotion was empty. There was a dirty towel hanging on a hook behind the door. The blow dryer did not work. My Dad also ran out of hot water in his room. We went to the free breakfast in the morning and there was nothing left. We had to wait for them to make more eggs. There was no toast, only hard biscuits. All the tables were dirty. But the worst thing...when we finished our breakfast, we went back to our rooms and the doors on both of our rooms were wide open and all of our belongings were sitting right there in the room. I even had a Do Not Disturb sign on the outside of my door. Check out isn't until 11am and it was only 9am. Why would the maid come in the room when we had not checked out and I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. To make things worse, the maid obviously saw our belongings in the room and realized we had not checked out, but yet she still left the door wide open. Who does this? Anyone could have stolen our belongings as it was right there in plain sight. I complained to the front desk and was told that they were sorry and that this wasn't the first time this happened. I was extremely upset over this and it's a good thing nothing was stolen. No privacy at all for $211 per night, per room. This cost us $422.00 and this is how we were treated. Unbelievable! These rooms are not worth even $50/night.

Greg (4/5): - Stayed here in 2020 had a good experience. This time stayed the night over memorial weekend 2024 in room 202. Shower had large globs of long black hair stuck to shower walls, mattress was so worn out it had big indentions in it, felt like sleeping on a bunch of rags tied up in a sheet. That mattress needs thrown out ASAP. Main problem I had was we got to the room and went to sleep within minutes of getting there. About midnight I woke up unable to breath and was wheezing heavily. Noticed the bed and room was covered in cat hair, which I am highly allergic to. Spent rest of the night trying to sleep but couldn't do to shortness of breath. Next time up this way I will not stay here, informed desk person of our experience and she didn't seem to care, told us she would pass it along.

Explorer043 (4/5): Stay in Show Low instead! - Stayed here on our way through eastern AZ and into NM. It is clean enough and the staff is very nice. Our room however has no bath mat in the shower which was super slippery. Also there was no shelf to put soap or shampoo on so we had to put it on the floor. This is at most a $120 a night room. Anything over that and you are overpaying. Also Eager has very few restaurants, two gas stations and maybe one other clean motel. Honestly, if you are headed east into Alpine or NM you are way better off staying in Show Low. Many more hotels, restaurants and amenities.

Tamara (4/5): - This was the worst place I stayed on my trip. It is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. There was a clicking noise in the bathroom walls. I had to sleep with earplugs. There were no tissues. I avoided the shower because it looked grungy. The breakfast they served was the worst I had on that trip. There was little selection. The yogurt machine was out of order. The pot for gravy was empty except for dirty water at the bottom. I have had good experiences with Best Western, but I will never stay at that one again.

David (8/5): Nice room, but a bit too warm. - Clean room, comfy bed, excellent TV, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Only downside was our inability to find a comfortable temperature. It was really cold outside, and the heating unit was actually making the room too warm. Tried several settings, plus the heating unit would kick on and off. A bit disruptive for sleep. Still, it was a nice hotel and we'd stay there again if needed.
KachinaAZ (10/5): BW SUNRISE INN - Desk clerk at check in was very efficient in checking us in, and was very helpful in telling us we get 10% discount at Steak house next door. Desk clerk at check out was extremely helpful in letting us know road conditions towards where we were headed, as she lived there and had driven earlier in morning. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, little cooler was well stocked with beverages.

Lavieenrose52 (10/5): Clean and convenient - Clean. We stayed on the 2nd floor, so it was a little tricky with the dog and suitcases. Exterior entrances only. We had a king size bed, and there were enough pillows. We didn’t hear other televisions, and we have ours loud at times. We would definitely stay here again.
larkb2016 (8/5): Decent Hotel - This was our 2nd time staying here. The room was nice, but it wasn't as clean as it should have been. There was a sticky substance on the table that I discovered when my room key got stuck to it on the table. There was also trash behind the nightstand. The mattresses are quite thick and the fitted sheet on my bed was too small and kept coming off. The bed also sat very high off the floor, but I deal with that. Overall, the room is fine, but I felt for the price (almost $200/night), I expected it to be cleaner. The staff also likes to park in the handicap spot.

The room I received here was clean and I truly appreciated it. The breakfast was available at the time promised (5 am) and there was a good selection of things to eat.

Emily (4/5): Passed depressing - No toilet paper holder and there was poop on the toilet paper roll. This was my second time staying here in the exact same room in two weeks and I had worse problems the first time (maintenance entering my room at 5am and breaking the security chain) so I didn't say anything, I just used the tissues instead. The toilet paper doesn't have a holder so they just stuck it in the wall for people to grab. So unsanitary. Didn't bother using the shower the next morning, the poop completely grossed me out and I went to sleep on the old lumpy bed and left the next morning. Staff is all very nice but everything about this place is super cheap, including the breakfast. Just poor ingredients and off brands that mean not so good tasting food.

Microwave was dirty None of the clocks were set Ran out of tissue Shower faucet was broken Toilet ran Carpet was stained/appeared dirty Area around handles were dirty Door didn't close properly A lot more attention to detail would be beneficial.
Barbara (6/5): Bad check in experience. - My check-in experience was unpleasant. The clerk checking me in was on her cell phone the almost the entire time. She was having a conversation with her son who had been incarcerated for domestic violence. Only aware of this as she had her phone on speakerphone. After the call ended she proceeded to tell me this wasn’t his first time in jail. He had just gotten out after being in for a year due to bad choices he had made with the same girl. The TV in my room was not operational.
Sam (8/5): Pleasant place to stay, - They were going to charge me for my room but I explained to them I already paid for it on Hotels.com. There was a misunderstanding and hopefully they corrected the billing. Staff was helpful and personable. Probably the best hotel in Esgar and Springerville x. Not a lot of choices

P8845ZNjamiel (10/5): Good Trip - I stay here all the time and the staff is amazing!They are very attentive and if I need any info about nearby places they are happy to help.The new lobby looks great and their breakfast is always yummy, my kids love it.
Carlon (10/5): - The front desk weekend staff and the Kitchen specialist should be Best Western Training Representatives for the company!! This was by far the best weekend we’ve had at any Of the companies Franchises, including its Executives Plus! Everyone should stay at this particular one in Eagar because of the “Superb” friendly front desk staff and that beautiful friendly hospitable kitchen specialist!! But to top it off they have a a one of a kind “ Pancake maker” that every Hotel should use as a standard in their breakfast area! I ate eggs I Never eat and loved them! Food was delicious, hot and fresh!! I’m looking to buy that pancake maker for my home. These ladies deserves too be the “companies” owners and highest paid employees!!!!! Straight professional, friendly, funny and hospitable; second to NONE!!!!! I’m Spreading the word about Best Western, Eagar, Arizona!! We’ll Be Back for a longer stay!!

BernieKam (8/5): Very good stay - This would be 6 but for a couple of glitches. Very Comfortable Beds. The Wifi was not reliable or fast, I had to use my hot spot. Bathroom sink, shower and water all good. The Breakfast include cereal, milk, eggs, and sausage. Check in was fast and courteous. Had to wait about 30 minutes for room to be ready. The room was quiet.

Morgan (8/5): - Centered in the town of Eagar & right next door to Bashas for grocery shopping, an excellent restaurant that’s open for Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner, & multiple gas stations. Only minutes away from fishing lakes, Springerville, & beautiful Alpine.
Virginia (10/5): - Room was spacious and clean and the restaurant next door, delicious. Only problem we had was some late night party noise.

steveSanTanvalley (10/5): Great Stay - We stay here once a month and totally enjoy our stay in this hotel. The temperature this last stay outside was well below freezing; but we were very comfortable in our room. I would recommend the best western as the best place to stay in Springerville or Eager Arizona!!

Esmeralda (8/5): - I liked that someone came to our door to ask if we needed anything, I didn’t have to call or go to lobby for extra towels. Very comfortable stay, and best part was that the Bashes is within walking distance for anything we needed. We plan to stay here rather than other hotels next time we are in Eager/Springerville.
Lilybeth (6/5): - It was okay at best. Was a little frustrating that the water was turned off for over an hour and a half with a 6 minute notice. Then had to run all of the water so it was no longer orange
