- Happiness30864058446 (6/5): Not good. - Very difficult time checking in. Don't let the outer appearance fool you. Old, needs updating and the room smelled. The air conditioner pumped out musty air. Nothing Plus about it. No more Best Westerns for me.

The have all the normal amenities (free breakfast, pool, spa, excercise facility, etc) and they do them better than most! Beautiful lawns, ponds, paths, fire pit areas, friendly staff!
- A4100ZWkims (10/5): Weary travellers enjoy the comforts of a great room and food! - Wonderful hotel. Stayed in the back section of the hotel overlooking the ponds and walking park. Park has fire tables to enjoy for a cozy visit. The on site restaurant Jeramiah's had an excellent menu selection and we had great service and food. We stayed in the King room and it was spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately the maintenance man got confused on which heater to turn up on the hot tub verses the pool. Pool was warmer than the hot tub. Loved the grounds!!! After a long drive it was nice to walk around. The restaurant "Jeremiahs" is just across the parking lot and dinner was great. If you towing a trailer or driving a bus, lots of parking available.

- 317dianaw (8/5): Great Customer Service - Out check-in and check-out were easy and very welcoming and we were severed by great attendance with great costumer service. Even in calling the day of our stay our attendant in helped me book our stay while on the road and she was fabulous. Our room was a bit small and we had carpet rather than wood floors as shown in some of the hotel photos. The one thing I wish they could fix was make the bathroom light switch inside the bathroom. When someone had to get up in the night and turn on the bathroom light outside by the sink and minor everyone else gets woken up with the bright light. The exterior grounds of the hotel were amazing with a pathway around Kio ponds, a waterfall and a pet play area. We arrived after dark but still enjoyed our evening stroll. The onsite Jeremiah’s restaurant was very themed in décor and was a blessing. The separate breakfast building area was nice and also had employees with great customer service.

- Rachael (8/5): - The bed was nice and our room was very comfortable. The toilet in our room needs to be reset; it rocked back and forth every time someone used it. The water runs really loud in the walls. The walls and floors are thin; the people above us kept us up all night because we could hear them walking all over the floor back and forth and then their shower woke us up very early the next morning because the water is SO loud in the walls. Having a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and couch in our room was fantastic. The continental breakfast was great. The property was beautiful and we especially loved the ponds and trails. I wish we had time to visit the pool. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and we liked the gift shop and lodge too. I would definitely stay here again.

- David (4/5): - First, this property is a motel, not a hotel. Next the air conditioner in the room sounded like a small plane, attempting to take off all night. There was a lamp in the corner, where the lightbulb attached to a base that was completely free, floating, held only by a couple of wires. The ice bucket not only didn’t have a plastic bag, but it did have hair in the bottom of it. And the water bottle filling fountain in the lobby had a bright red light indicating that the filter needed to be replaced. I couldn’t help but wonder how long that had been on.

- andrewdW9195DG (10/5): Best pet friendly hotel ever - If I was to rate this hotel on pet friendliness compared to other pet friendly stays of our recent travels, this place was friggin awesome. We will try to stay here again when passing through. It was the best! Leash off pet runs for both large and small dogs. Plenty of other unimproved areas as well as an expertly manicured awesome waterfall, pond and real grass garden behind the joint. The garden area is isolated from a busy train track by a large berm but you can definitely tell the trains go by. There’s a couple of gas stations as well as a 7-11 just a block away to top off the tank and get a slurpee before you get back on the road. Breakfast was a typical free menu but I noticed they had a rotating feature each day. The hotel grounds and room were very clean and orderly with plenty of parking just outside of the first floor rooms. The pet friendly room had hardwood flooring so it was nice to walk around barefoot instead of putting on shower shoes just to go to the bathroom. The room was very clean and nicely adorned with necessities. An excellent pet friendly stay. Dicks

Breakfast was just ok, staff nice, dog park & grounds with walking trail & gardens were lovely.

My only gripe would be the beds/pillows. The beds are hard and the pillows flat. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm at hotels now a days. But with that being said, I would 100% stay here again.

For travelers with dogs, this place is great. There is a small but really nice dog park and the property is beautifully landscaped and a pleasure to walk in. I was given a ground floor room which I could park in front of so loading/unloading the car with all of the dog stuff was easy. I will almost certainly return

Elevator was not near office but across the parking lot. Luggage carts were by office, not elevator, and there was no ramp to get the carts from parking lot onto the sidewalk to get to the elevator?! The lamp receptacles did not work. I had to pull furniture to use the wall electrical receptacles. Quiet AC. Large breakfast room with lots of choices.

- KatieChief (2/5): Horrible customer service - This a beautiful place and grounds. It’s too bad I will never stay here again because of terrible customer service. I made my reservation thru a third party site for a balcony room with a king suite. Nowhere was it posted that you need to contact the hotel directly if you have a pet. Found that out when I checked in. End result: they very impolitely told me I couldn’t have the room I reserved and put me in a corner room with two beds, no king, facing a wall. The sink was plugged up and there was no soap in the shower. I was then told they couldn’t do anything about the price difference, I would just have to suck it up. I spoke to the manager the next morning who somewhat politely told me it was a “learning experience “. I don’t normally travel with my pets, now I know why. If you have pets, I’d stay away. Your view could be of the same brick wall!

- BonnieKV (8/5): One Major Omission - This is a great place to stop during travel between Idaho and central Colorado. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the hot breakfast is outstanding. My one frustration is the lack of a freezing compartment in the mini-fridge which makes it impossible to re-freeze the blue ice I carry to keep food cold during long, hot driving days.

- Jori (8/5): Long review but still love this hotel despite all. - I really love this hotel and set up but there is a serious issue with plumbing. I stayed here a month ago and the handle fell off of the bathroom sink. This trip, the plunger in the sink didn't work and when I was finally able to pull the plug, all of the water fell to the floor. I had to wait an hour for a young guy to repair it. That meant me sitting in the room. Finally, I took my evening shower and the tub stopper didnt release so my shower meant I ended up standing in 2 inchecs of water. This hotel needs professional support by a plumbing company. Also, how could the hotel maid not notice any of this? It's bizarre to the point that maybe I was given the room as revenge for my previous review (in which I pointed out the front desk personnel as a bit snooty. It's a great hotel and set up, beautiful grounds and super great restaurant that gives room service. I've stayed there 5 times and I'll stay again without question. Using a third party to pay for your room, prevents the hotel from giving any kind of rebate or doing anything special when you encounter a real problem.

- Excursion03846759797 (10/5): Relaxing one night stay in Ogden - This hotel is conveniently located off the Interstate but you would never know you're near the freeway once you arrive. It is a beautiful, quiet setting with a huge koi pond, beautiful water feature, walking trail and lovely outdoor area to sit and relax. The rooms were large, clean and the bed was comfortable. We were traveling on motorcycles, so we definitely enjoyed having a restaurant onsite so that we didn't have to get back on the bikes to go to dinner. The service at the restaurant and quality of food was excellent. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Ogden.
