Michael (7/5): This was the third year in a row we stayed at the property. There won't be a fourth. - Location was the best, the room size was adequate for two adult males. The beds were comfy. The breakfast on Saturday was not acceptable, but Sunday breakfast was ok. The room toilet backed up and maintenance had to be called. Fixed adequately.
Elbert (7/5): Other than the two before mentioned issues everything else were good. The staff were awesome. - Breakfast was very good just not a lot of room for a family to eat at. Seemed to have a lot of coffee drinkers just hanging out at the tables at the time we were there. The Key cards were terrible Especially coming in and out of the Security door from outside. One of my cards actually erased its code to get into the room.

They had biscuits and gravy or to go breakfast sandwich already made. The bed was a little too hard for me. It made my back hurt but my hubby and kids were comfortable.

First visit good minus a housekeeper ignoring do not disturb on handle. 2nd stay- they put us is a room under construction. Poor communication between staff and management, which is extremely unprofessional especially in this setting. Made right and upgraded to a kitchenette room, still unimpressed. 3rd stay- shared pet room. Neighbors extremely disrespectful. Dogs barked consistently all afternoon and night. I can tolerate a lot considering i have dogs as well, so I got ear plugs and tried to drown it out. Next morning awoken by the dogs. The dogs barked throughout the day, and when they continued barking and antagonizing my dogs I called front desk. The dogs continued to bark. Woke me up the final morning. I went to front desk and expressed that this had made my stay uncomfortable as I was unable to get proper sleep. They didnt charge the pet fee for the inconvenience. Still letting unprofessional and inconsiderate things happen in their hotel. 4th stay-i arrive early, as I do every time, and request and early check in. It was 1:30. Check in is at 3. And hour and a half. Lynn, the manager, tells me she will not accommodate my request. I ask why because it has never been a problem before, she stated they had not cleaned my room. So I questioned further, and asked if there was any other rooms available, she said that they didnt have a type of room i reserved clean.. I asked why she couldn't accommodate my request to one of the several other 70$ options on booking.com. to which she responded (by 130pm, an hour and a half before check in) that not a single room was clean. Insinuating she was going to have all the rooms cleaned in an hour and a half. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, unkind and inconsiderate. She offered to cancel my reservation at no charge and I agreed. I was loyal to this hotel due to the cleanliness and comfortable beds. And nice tubs.

Our room was filthy, and the wall lamp broke when we turned it on. When our daughter attended WSU, we stayed at your hotel several times a year for 4 years and never had any issues. So disappointed this time.
Joshua (6/5): Not the worst 2 star hotel I’ve stayed at. - The room was large and had a lot of amenities. It had a Kitchen and a third bed in a loft. Location was good for traveling to Pullman and Lewiston. The place is clean and has quite a bit to offer, but it is dated. If they did a renovation to update it would help. The breakfast was mediocre. Potatoes were inedible and I’ve never not eaten a hotel breakfast previously. Not entirely the hotels fault, but there is an off putting smell around Clarkston, similar to the “Tacoma aroma”.
Kyle (10/5): We really like this place and the staff here too! - It's pretty quiet and in a great location. Parking is plenty and easy. The pricing is very fair and a good amount of room options available. If you need something they'll get it for you. We also loved the Christian messages and scripture the hotel puts out. Most of all the staff here are wonderful and a joy to chat with! God Bless! The hot tub was cold for 2 days however there was a lightning storm that tripped the power putting it into protection mode so it wasn't really anyone's fault. I told them the next day when I noticed and it takes a long time to heat up. On a small note there was no lights or light switches to reach for next to the beds. Hard to see when getting in or out of bed at night.

The room smelled musty and the room was difficult to maneuver in with the spiral staircase (which also seemed like a fall hazard)

They are in the midst of upgrading which was shared upon arrival. We did not experience any issues due to this and had a pleasant time. The location was in a good spot; we were able to walk to a few places for drinks and dinner. We would stay here again.

BarmFam (10/5): Best hotel in the Lewiston / Clarkston area - Every staff member was very kind, accommodating, and professional. The entire property was clean and calm. Very soft linens & towels. Zero pests, no funky smells. Breakfast was something different every day, and the choices were endless. The heat combined with the jets in the hot tub will do wonders for your back pain, and the pool is the perfect size and temperature. I would absolutely stay here again. I'd even go out of my way a little bit to stay specifically here. The only thing that I can see being a negative is that they're right off a main road. If you're on the property outdoors, it can be sometimes hard to have a conversation because of the traffic. Fortunately, if you're anywhere inside the hotel, you can't hear any of the outside noise.
RP (10/5): Great value, totally awesome staff and one of the best, quietest and most comfy rooms of my trip! - Easy check-in and a delightful owner/front dest person. I arrived early which was no problem. Room was fantatastic and really comfortable. It was quiet, great WiFi and I was able to order a fantastic pizza and even borrow a wine glass from the owner! I often have low expectations of some of the more inexpensive places I stay at while on my motorcycle trips. This place was just fantastic and was an utterly perfect stay! Nothing could have been better! Exceeded my expectations and was probably the best bargain for a room on the trip. Maybe because off-season? Maybe just a great value all the time. Did not eat breakfast there... instead found an amazing coffee place/bakery nearby and it was a super breakfast. Everything about this place was great!
Robin (8/5): Nice older hotel, but a ways from anything else. - Nice older hotel, but was fairly well updated and maintained. Had pool and hot tub which was a nice bonus. Good hot breakfast and had warm cookies in the evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, we had a great taxi service to and from the Lewiston casino for a very reasonable price. They were recommended by the hotel. We didn't realize it was so far from the casino in Lewiston which is where we had friends staying. No elevator, just stairs, which was fine for us, but may not be for others.
