I'm not a fan of the hardwood that places go to because of noise absorption carpet provides and warmth but I would stay again Hardwood. Could have been cleaner. Staff took time to be present when needed. The price was high for the quality. Had I not paid a discounted rate through a booking agency I would have been upset. 110 was fine but the 160 when I called was way too much. I think it's an 85 value from my stays. I could stay at a Hilton for the 110 but location here was the priority

The rooms were dusty, we asked if they could dust it, we had to wait for the next day, the bath tub and the toilet weren't clean, showers didn't drain the water as you took the shower, towels had paint stains and smell of dust, wifi wasn't working properly the first night

This place was hard to find once we got to Delaware and not to me - Nothing Not clean, stains on the bed, hair in the shower, bugs all over the floor, looks like the shower was spray painted, turned on the sink and it looked like it’s never been used, etc. breakfast was gone by the time we got there. There was also sludge in the pool

- Tamyra (3/5): - I liked the location. The check-in and check out process was nice and easy and respectful by those who handled that process. I didn’t like that the rags and towels had stains on them, I didn’t like how rude the older African-American woman was that was doing the breakfast. She was very rude with a nasty attitude. She also complained a lot in front of people. She did a horrible job cleaning up the breakfast area after the pancake machine broke by an accident from two older women. She snapped at them and made them feel like they were wrong because the pancake machine broke on its own by an accident. The part where the pancake mix comes out popped off and she treated the customers as if they were stupid and they purposely broke the equipment. The sandwiches that she makes in the microwave are over overcooked to where they were hard. There is mold in the older rooms everywhere. There are extension cords everywhere, and there was no outlet near the table so that I can plug-in my electric small stove burner. The coffee machine was in the bathroom on the sink with the coffee cups and coffee. The sink was spitting out water in every direction all over the place. The air conditioner filter was so dirty the air kept cutting off and it looked like it hasn’t been changed in years and I had to clean it out myself and report it. The furniture was so old the bed was sounding like it was about to break every time I tossed and turned. I was praying that the bed did not break so they would not keep my deposit for sleeping on old furniture that seemed like it was not holding up very well. My main discomfort was the woman treating us as if we were stupid and she had a big attitude problem with everyone because she works on weekends. And she had a big attitude because the waffle machine broke by an accident because the part flew off and treated everyone disrespectfully. No good customer service at all.

- Lowell (3/5): We checked out early. - Location good. Sheets on bed had no been changed from previous tenant. Shower handle fell off wall when taking a shower...twice. Even after being told it would be fixed.

Bedsheets were not ironed and looked like the used ones. Bathroom exhaust was very loud, and the bathroom tub was full of dirt stains; the heater stopped working mid-night, and the AC/heater was making big noises the whole night(every 10-15 mins) ; I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The fact that guests aren't allowed to smoke, drink in front of the room, at the pool or on the property. BUT Carla sure can!! Her friends were at the pool drinking, smoking vapes AND cigarettes and offered her alcohol. She took it no problem and they partied it up at the pool while we had to go to a me parking lot to vape or anything. Total bullshit Then, the fridges freezer was a solid wall of ice that the door couldn't shut. No tub in the room like the ad had described. Pathetic excuse for a hotel

I requested a handicapped room and was told it was not available even though I paid for that room type. The key to the room never worked even when the staff tried the door. There is little to know parking and the occupants hit your rental and nothing is done about it. It was the worst It could be clean, more spacious, no roaches or any other bug, have key cards and doors that work and properly lit parking lots

- Janice (5/5): I live in the state, knew the area well and really expected more. - The staff were very nice and welcoming. I was a little taken back by the condition of the total property. The grounds were not kept up and the amount of trash near the parking lot was very surprising. The ice machines were not working and leaking water all over the place. The breakfast was very basic and I would rate it at 5 on scale of 1-10. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The finish on the bathtub was peeling and the water faucet leaked non-stop. Definately something that should have been corrected LONG before I checked in. The condition of the overall property and the fact that I still had to go out for breakfast since the breakfast here was not appealing at all.
- Raluca (1/5): Horrible, disgusting experience!!! - Absolutely nothing! Not only do I not recommend this hotel, but I strongly advise you to stay away. We got our first room that was fairly clean, but full of bugs. We switched to another room, full of bugs again. We got a third room which was insanely dirty: dust everywhere, stained sheets and towels, so they cancelled our reservation as we just couldn’t sleep there. The reception lady was not helpful at all, moreover, she gave my partner a disgusted look when we left as if we ruined her night. No apology, no compensation, nothing. Disgusting experience in this area, both with the hotel and the staff. Stay away from this place!!!

We had to change rooms because we had a wheel chair and they couldn’t be more accommodating. The tv in the lobby and common area was set on FOX news. This channel was an unfortunate choice. Fox News is a propaganda machine designed to promote undemocratic hatred and to support only some Americans. Regardless of your political position, a common area should have a more neutral and inclusive atmosphere.

- Michael (4/5): Not pleased at all. - I was thoroughly disappointed. This is a Best Western and of all the best westerns I’ve stayed in, this was more like a motel 6. I killed a cockroach that was on my nightstand when I woke on Saturday morning. The alarm clock wasn’t plugged in and I’m guessing it’s because the wires were frayed which is a fire hazard. The tv lost its setting so I had no tv for the majority of the stay. When I checked in, the lady was very polite and was the best part of the entire stay. The key cards to get into the room are very difficult to use. If you don’t scan them perfectly, then you’re not gaining access until you do. I do not recommend this hotel.
