- Stephens (7/5): - The breakfast was okay. I wish the biscuits were more moist. Cause I didn't want gravy on my biscuit. And the sausage was a lil salty. Also the eggs were bland. So you had to put season on them to make your food taste better. The tub was somewhat slick inside when you take a shower. So I had to be careful while taking a shower to not fall. I think they need to put a tub mat in the tub to prevent someone from possibly falling..

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Palatka is a small town with not very many options. The Best Western is for sure one of the better places to stay. The room could have been cleaner, but I could say that about any hotel room, and it had a moldy smell to the room, not sure if it was coming from the A/C unit or not.

- Roosevelt (7/5): Make sure you reserve the right room whether you smoke or not. - The room that my wife and I stayed in was reasonably clean. The however the room that we reserved by accident was not. When I booked my room online I mistakenly reserved a smoking room. The room that we were given had a very strong odor of Marijuana and we could not stay in it. Thankfully that manager was willing to change us to a non smoking room for our stay.

When they finally ok’d it I was told I could only be in one building which was gross. The room was dirty and had bugs. Cigarette buds and trash outside the room and hotel area. People smoking and playing music outside my room. Will never stay here again!
