- Tim (6/5): - Needs to be updated. Had bugs in the bathtub. Plug ins on lamps did not work had to unplug the microwave to charge phones. Carpet needs cleaning.
- Keith (2/5): Very disappointed - The AC didn't work. The filter looked like a blanket on the AC and the blower motor wouldn't push air. The TV remote didn't work. Our Keycards constantly gave us trouble. To top it off the coax cable for the TV was broken.
- John (2/5): - We didn't even stay there and need a refund. They switched our room because of a plumbing issue and moved us to another without talking to us. The new room was also gross. We need refunded.
- Wade (4/5): - Didn't have a clean room ready. Reserved a king, got two doubles. Walls were paper thin. Dig was barking somewhere near my room. At check in, room rate was different from reservation. Place was tired.
- timothy (2/5): - Place is a dump, toilet seat not fastened to bowl, fill valve in toilet squeals while filling after flushing. Black mold in bathtub, cloth shower curtain, gets so drenched water allover floor. Shades on lamps cracked. 110 volt plugs on lamp bases did not work. Exposed wiring behind entrance door. NO ground fault devices in sink area, a HUGE code violation! Nice, decent sized, bug carcass laying on floor next to bed. Carpets, FILTHY, in room and commons area. Included breakfast a JOKE. Place should be shutdown!!!

- Lila (2/5): Don’t Stay Here - The front desk lady was excellent. The carpet had several large wrinkles in it. The wrinkles were over an inch high and was a tripping hazard. The heat did not work. We called front desk and the lady brought us blankets and a small heater. It was hard to get warm. Was told it would be looked at the next day. Breakfast the next morning was cold. No milk for cereal. After all day outing we come back to a hot room. Tried to turn on a/c but it didn’t work. Tried the heat and it did not work however the fan did work. Talked to lady at front desk, she was willing to move us to another room but it was upstairs-inside. We were too tired to moved. I told her I thought we should be refunded one nice and she said she would see what she could do. Unfortunately, I know that will not happen.

- Greg (2/5): Poor management - I booked a two night stay. I got to my room around 1:30am 2nd night and room keys did not work. There was no one around and sign on door said will be back 7am. I called and no answer. I had to sleep in my car while my belongings were in the room. After 7am i stated my situation politely and I got negative comments with no concern of my situation. Needless to say she still charged me for my 1st night and it wasnt her problem. She checked me out and im like, "Are you going to let me in my room to get my stuff?" She threw a fit and called maintance. When he showed up, she didnt realize i was still in the lobby and complained that some guy is throwing a fit and needs to get in his room. I couldn't have been more calm. Never raising my voice or cussing. And to think she still had the nerve to charge me. Ive have never seen more poor consumer service in my life.
- Bjorn (4/5): - Staff wasn’t very professional, air conditioner was very loud, sounded like a 2-stroke engine, pool was dirty, sheets were stained, walls are paper thin, can hear the conversations on the neighbouring room clearly. Got the room to try and save some money on a road trip. Spend a bit more money and get a better place.
- BETSY (2/5): - Had several problems! The worst part was the floor. It looked ok, but I hardly walked much in the room (except to the bathroom 3 times) and the bottoms of my feet were black. I took a picture, and also of the disgusting wash rag I used in the morning to clean my feet. I showed the front desk manager

- James (2/5): - In general it might work in pinch, but not as a first choice. The staff were fine. The facility is older and not dirty. Our room although had a leaky toilet base, therefore the floor was always wet so half of the towels were used on the floor to walk on. Sewer smell forced us to run a very loud vent fan all night. Could not switch rooms because it was full occupancy due to big local event. Currying trying to get a refund to say the least. I won’t be back.

- Doug (2/5): - I was there from Monday to Sunday (7 days) and not one time did they empty my garbage, give me clean towels, vacuum my floor or even come to my room to see if I needed anything!!! I had to call on Saturday to finally say something and they brought me clean towel for 1 night and took out my trash. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

- Jeremy (2/5): - This property is ridiculous, they charge you a certain amount over Expedia then when you don’t show up at a certain time and they’re busy they just cancel your Expedia reservation if it was “pay at property” so they make you rebook through them and charge you $150 more per room per night. If you’re not there before 8-9 pm during an event weekend they just decide to cancel your rooms, they don’t call you to make sure you’re coming they just cancel them and if/when you do show up they make you rebook through their overly high rates and won’t match or even get close to the rate you originally booked the rooms at.

Staff was unprofessional and appeared to not have a clue on what to do. Lady in front of me was given key to room and returned shortly after finding someone else in that room Coming back from motorcycle ride to Alaska and by far worst experience of the trip.

- Candy (2/5): - We were shown 2 rooms that smelled of smoke and mildew. The furniture was in disrepair and dingy. We cancelled our reservation and didn’t stay. The person who was at the counter complained of “Rally brain”, which we understood that the bike rally just ended but the rooms shouldn’t be rented if they aren’t cleaned.
- Caleb (4/5): Would Personally Look Elsewhere In Hindsight - The overall experience was a little bit of a bummer. We found hair that did not belong to my wife nor I around the room when we arrived. The hot and cold water was also reversed in the shower, which wasn’t a bit deal, but would have been nice to know in advance. There were a couple other cleanliness issues as well. Additionally, the breakfast attendant was on her phone with an ear bud in, meanwhile the breakfast bar was running low on food, and the waffle maker never got turned on to heat up. That said, the front desk worker was kind and attentive.

Not cool when your parking lot is filled with motorcycles. Only nice item was the hot tub and staff. Staff did what they could but you could tell they weren’t allowed.

Rooms are quaint and need a good scrubbing. Staff were helpful and polite. In hindsight, I should have drove to Rapid City but if your destination is Sturgis this hotel will work for a night.

- darren (4/5): - Here are the good and the bad for this hotel: Good: 1. The location of the hotel is nice, it is right in the center of all the major attractions in the area. 2. The pool is a nice size and a good temperature for an indoor pool. 3. There is a microwave and a refrigerator in the room (also part of the bad). Bad: 1. The hotel is dirty, the carpet in the rooms looks 20+ years old and looks like a carpet cleaner has not been used in 5 years. 2. They are short handed on staff. They have specific towels for the pool area, but since there was only the front desk person they ran out of towels and there wasn't any other employees to wash and dry the towels. 3. We stayed for 5 days. At no time during our stay did staff come to check on the room (replace towels, replace the toilet paper, empty trash). 4. The bathroom door would not close unless it was forced really hard. It also is extremely small. Just enough room for a tub and a toilet. 5. There is water stains on the ceiling of the room and out in the pool area. 6. The mini-fridge has no freezer. 7. The room did not have an ice bucket to use with the ice machine. 8. The TV in the room, after 5 minutes or so, the sound and the picture don't match up. 9. The lamps are old and the outlets and the base have been used so much that they don't actually work when something is plugged into them.

When we first opened the door to our room, it was very musty smelling, air was off. We turned air on, front desk clerk sprayed some air freshener and the musty smell went away. Breakfast was ok, but the gal keeping food stocked was more interested in her phone. Had to ask each morning for her to fill breakfast items that were very low or out.

- Brian (2/5): - The beds were confront able but we were in a room by pool and the clorine smell was over whelming and the air unit was very loud and there was pound noise coming from wall my wife asked to be moved to another room and they had empty rooms but the desk clerk said he didn’t have the authority to put us in other room. The ground outside were very dirty with cigarette buts and cat food scattered on the deteriorating walk way and garbage can overflowing with trash, found a hair in my biscuit and gravy when doing there breakfest and not mine or my wifes

The 2 biggest complaints was the fridge that held the yogurt and milk was at 53 degrees and the room fire alarm was non-functioning, as well as several others we tried. One evening as it was raining we were in the common area around the pool playing cards and an electrical conduit above our heads popped loudly and sparks shot out from water leaking into it and after telling the attendant(same as before) he came out, looked around, did nothing and went back to the front desk. We had a chair with a broken leg in our room and after telling the same attendant he said he would write it down, but left the broken chair for us to use. Neither the air conditioning nor heat worked in any of our rooms(3 couples) and the temp ranged from 48 to the 90's. We had to continually ask and remind the same attendant that we needed bath towels and he continually said they were available but he had to wait until later to get them for us. Overall, we will never ever use this facility again nor recommend it to others.

- Tamara (2/5): Bad service - The directions to our room were difficult. The room was not in the best shape. Breakfast was horrible. They ran out of coffee at 8:15 am and were not willing to make any more.
- Amber (2/5): - This property had much to be desired. The gentleman at the desk was as helpful as he could be. The 1st room - the exterior door wouldn't even close all the way/lock. When I called the front desk the manager asked if we tried closing the door hard - the answer was yes (but it wouldn't close all of the way). We had just walked in and just gently pushed the door and NOT requiring a key to enter the room. To accommodate our needs for safety and a locking door, we were given a second room - this room looked as though someone had already slept in the bed and a dirty towel was draped over a chair - when I tried to call the front desk, I realized the phone line had been cut. Third room - was given a suite. It was better than the other two (and we kept this room); however, overall feeling of cleanliness was lacking. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities to have access to. Lastly, a hot breakfast was advertised - we got there 30 minutes before breakfast ended. Biscuits & gravy had been served, but there was none left - no muffins - and a partial gallon of milk was available for cereals. Fresh made waffles were ok. Juice tasted like powdered orange juice and the apple juice was watered down. Coffee was decent.

There was feces in the toilet, a used dirty towel hung in the bathroom, dirty counters, and I didn’t feel comfortable showering in the dirty shower after a really long day of traveling. My family and I were really itchy on the beds, too. There had been break ins that made me nervous at this place being with my children. I didn’t alert the staff (he really was nice), we just left and tirelessly drove on and got a room somewhere else.

- pam (6/5): - First room we got had the most horrible smell and no coffee maker, even tho one was advertised. Thankfully we were moved right away. Second room still smelled bad, no coffee maker and the air conditioner did not work. Thankfully they had a fan for us to use. We had that room for two nights. On the third day, our door lock broke and they could not fix it so we were moved again. This time we got a gorgeous suite, with a coffee maker and an air conditioner that worked. All in all, the beds were extremely comfortable.

- Steve (2/5): I would not recommend this place even to my xwife! - This place was tied for the worst place I have ever stayed. I had to get 5 sets of room keys and after the 5th set i had to climb through the window to get into the room. THE KEYS WOULD NOT WORK FOR ME PERIOD. I could exit through the door, but I had to enter through the window. The security latch on the door was broken. After they fixed it it was still broken. I slept withy my firearm int bed with me for safety reasons. The next morning i had a breakfast worse than my grandmother used to make. I apologize fory sarcasm and attitude, at least i didnt swear in this review and believe me I COULD HAVE MANY TIMES. This was the last night of a 41 day road trip and IT WAS THE WORST!

The pool area is nice but pool is on the colder side even our 4yr old was shivering and he was jumping in and moving around like crazy so he shouldn't of been too cold. - Debbie (4/5): - We asked for Queen rooms. We did not realize Queen bed rooms are only on the second floor. All the double bed rooms are on the first floor. The person I was traveling with cannot climb stairs. There was no mention that the rooms would be on the second floor and that there is no elevator. The advertisement of the breakfast said there would be egg and sausage options for breakfast. Yet, when we got there it was all 100% carb options. At 8:30 in the morning there were four pieces of bread, three muffins, three containers of yogurt, the waffle maker was on, and you could get cold cereal and juice. There was the remnants biscuits and gravy; four very hard biscuits and the gravy had long since been eaten up. For people who can't have a carb intense diet, like us, we had no option but to go elsewhere to eat. Finally, the bathroom was extremely tiny. With the door going inward you literally had to go in, turn around, sit down and then try to close the door. If you have any mobility issues, like the person I was traveling with has, don't ever stay at this hotel.

I don't know where the noise came from, it sounded like a very loud air conditioner, but I didn't have it on. It was like a loud motor or something. I got no sleep.
- Jenady (4/5): Never stay there - Clerk that check us in was a big boy not sure name but whilst checking in told us about how non of the keys were working other nite the choas it caused .. told stories of many people that were here for stay .... i asked if hot was working he replied i have been it for a couple of days ..... um k didnt ask if he got in but does it work..... Then he checks us in too room 40 about to leave he changes his mind on room given because " it was above his""""" room thought we make too much noise he wanted sleep.... wth!!! Also mentioned he gave guest master keys to their room because of key issues!!! Wow security issue!!!!! Give access to all rooms .We did use hot tub i showered still high chlorine it littery made my black swim suite gray smell attached to me for days. Hotel under construction looked runned down... and directly next to train tracks!!! Not on info should really be! If i hadnt already paid i would of left!

- Kelly (6/5): 2 Night Stay - This hotel is doing updates sounds this is a new owner. My room was just ok-the bed was very comfy, the shower was amazing, and the staff were very helpful. There are a few things they need to work on, the sink in my room did not run water and the key cards have issues.
