Le petit déjeuner est pris dans une restaurant juste à coté de l'hôtel. C'est pas forcement cosy (il faut sortir et le choix est un peu limité) mais personnellement cela me convenait. Les chambres sont un peu datées.

- richvinrootjr (10/5): Excellent Sun Valley Stay - This hotel was perfect. I have stayed in other hotels in Sun Valley. But this is an excellent hotel, that is extremely convenient and a good value. You are in the middle of town but can get to surrounding natural areas or ski slopes very quickly. The staff is kind and attentive. And Stacy, who is the desk clerk greeted me graciously every day. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. I will stay here again.

They do not serve breakfast like other best Western plus hotels do I would not recommend staying here. your money is better spent at one of the other hotels in town.

- Sarah (8/5): Front desk will call if you aren't out fast - After reserving two rooms for 5 nights each, we were told that if we wanted to extend checkout 1 hour, there would be a charge for each room. At 11:07, the front desk called my cell phone and my husband's cellphone to say that if we didn't check out in the next few minutes, we would be charged. We were not out by 11:00 sharp because my husband misplaced the keys to our rental car, and he needed to unpack to find them. We were going to meet in town, but I needed to run back to the hotel to help look for them. Also, the cleaning cart was parked outside our rooms at 10:15 am. Meanwhile, our room was only cleaned once during our stay, even though we requested that it be cleaned one day earlier. We did not have do not disturb signs up for 3 of the 5 days because, at a minimum, we wanted to have the garbage taken out and toilet paper and coffee refreshed. On the day the room was cleaned, there coffee and coffee supplies were not refreshed. We had to find the cleaning cart on twice during our stay to get toilet paper for the room. All of that is fine, but to then park the cleaning cart in front of our door while the hotel is clearly empty and call our cellphone numbers after we just spent thousands of dollars on our stay tainted our experience at the hotel. It seemed as though they wanted to cut the hotel's cleaners hours to as few as possible and that their motivation was not around guest services, but around pinching pennies.
- Steven (10/5): Excellent expertise at a great location - The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming every time we walked in, and the room actually exceeded our expectations. This was our first trip to Sun Valley and the location turned out to be absolutely fantastic. The bus to the ski lifts stopped right in front of the hotel, there was a grocery store right next door and several excellent restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. Pretty ideal! The hot tub was sizable, and the water was actually hot. If/when we go back, we will definitely stay here again.

- Vicki (10/5): - Perfect location to walk around the village and to all the great restaurants! The bed was extremely comfortable and the water pressure for showers was awesome! The staff were super helpful with recommendations and so sweet, and the coffee latte cappuccino machine was a nice treat each morning! Definitely would stay there on our return visit to Ketchum!

- William (10/5): A delightful stay! - We stayed 4 nights recently and had zero issues. Room was spacious, furniture was comfortable, location can't be beat and the staff was helpful and kind. Loved that we had a refrigerator and microwave so we could make our own breakfast each morning. Will definitely stay again next year.

- kira (8/5): - My first impression wasn’t the greatest, but overall I needed a place to sleep so it did the job. Enjoyed the bathtub because there were a bunch of kids in the pool area so I didn’t use the hot tub. There was something nasty spilled in the elevator the day I arrived and was still there after I left the next day. It was cool having a fire in my own room. It had a nice ambiance.

- Mary (7/5): All things considering our stay was comfortable - King room with disability access was very well designed and comfortable Great coffee bar set up in the lobby Gas fireplace did not work. Person at the desk at check in told us to use the remote which we obviously had already tried. She then replaced the batteries even though the remote was working. She did call maintenance and he said a gas line was broken. We were really looking forward to the warmth of the fireplace instead of the very noisy heater. Late November in Sun Valley is quite chilly! This same desk clerk was not very friendly during check in and throughout the problems with the fireplace. However the staff the desk at check out was just the opposite.

- Liana (6/5): They could do better with the facilities - It had a guest laundry and beds were comfortable There was only one wmachine and one dryer so had to wait a while. Also we were put right where we could hear the ongoing traffic after asking for a quiet room. Also the hairdryer didn’t work.

- cctravel (8/5): Very Good Choice for Sun Valley - We found this hotel to be clean, comfortable and well situated to explore Sun Valley. It is located right in the heart of town, so it was easy to walk everywhere. Parking at the hotel is free. The front desk staff were helpful and knowledgable about the area. Gabi gave us spot-on restaurant recommendations (The Kneadery and Serva). Breakfast is not included, but there are good options nearby. In addition to The Kneadery, WrapCity for breakfast burritos was excellent!! Our room was laid out well, with a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable. We also had a small sofa for watching TV. The bathroom was a decent size, with a tub/shower combo. The counter area could have been bigger, but overall it was fine. This hotel was a great value for the quality in the very pricey town of Sun Valley!
- 971zm (10/5): Best hotel in Ketchum - This is the best location in Ketchum whatever you are here for. Walk to everything. Close to the mountain, Golf, hiking, biking, whatever. This hotel is nicely designed and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is no traditional mid-level hotel breakfast, but there is a very nice custom coffee machine in the lobby and they provide $5 per person coupons for breakfast to Wrap City which is a high quality local establishment offering a variety of options. The $5 per person does not quite cover breakfast. Indoor pool is nice. Be advised that the other BW in town the Tyrolean is outdated and in extremely poor condition. This one is very nice and comfortable with an attractive mountain-lodge style design.

Such a great staff! Love Gabby at the front desk! It’s nice to be so close to town and have great air conditions too!
