Milap (4/5): Bad experience - I liked the cleanliness and the size of the room. In the suite room I didn’t have any cutlery like basic dishes, spoons, cups/mug, no glass to pour water or your drink. Worst of all the bathroom had no toiletries like no hand wash soap, no shower gel/ body gel and also no toothbrush or toothpaste available. These are some basic things you want from a room after paying $110.

rivermillr (2/5): Worse Hotel Ever - AVOID THIS PLACE At All Costs. Stayed at red roof inns bfore with no issues, but stated in Hazleton last night and what a disaster. Check in was smooth, woman was nice, but it was all down hill from there. Walked into the building where our room was and it smelled bad. The rail up two flights of stairs was loose and caused me to almost slip when I grabbed it. Stairs felt weak and the door leading to the outside to get to the room was shattered. Once we got into the room, it overwhelmed me of cigarette smoke, that I almost threw up. Went back downstairs to complain about the room, as I booked a non smoking room, the woman said she didn’t realize I booked a non smoking room. Maybe you should ask if you don’t know. She then was about to put us into a new room and realized that it was a king room and we needed two queens. Finally got to the room and it was in need of a big overall. The toilet ran off and on all night, the fire alarm was torn from the ceiling, cracks in many walls, floor was sticky, black stains on towels, pulled wall plates off the wall exposing wires, garbage left on bed, and there was a stain on the comforter that looked like blood. Other things as well, but you get the jyst. The only positives was the shower had good water pressure and was hot, but needs a good cleaning and reno. At check out the guy behind the front desk refused to give me a receipt saying he couldn’t because I booked via hotels.com. I’d say more, but I’m out of characters. DO NOT STAY HERE. WORSE HOTEL EVER

Rodney (4/5): Well I killed a roach on the kitchen counter the last day of my stay. - It was close to work. I paid a deposit with booking then was told I was paying a deposit when I got there but it was never returned then even I called about it I was told it was a up charge. I’ve been staying there for months as there’s always surprise charges on my card. I will not ever stay there again.

The staff was wonderful when we were checking in and helped us with our last minute change of rooms due to my inability to climb stairs. The wires that were hanging out of the a/c unit was unpleasant surprise as well as the wires in the ceiling from maybe the smoke detector?? Bathroom was ok and the beds were a little uncomfortable but ok. The smell in the room was like pot but because we were only there for two days, we just dealt with everything. Also, the coffee maker was missing a part therefore we were not able to use it.

I immediately went to the front desk to inform them I was withdrawing my reservation - I paid extra for a nonsmoking room and was given a room that had an ashtray and a very foul smell. Became nauseous. Immediately went to the front desk to cancel my reservation and turn in the room keys. Was told that the charge would be removed by my the supervisor the next morning. Notify in advance of the additional charge for a non-smoking room. The room had a very foul smell of stale cigarettes and sweat. Entry was dirty, floor not clean.

Simi (5/5): We were just there for a few hours, and it was okay - They accommodated late night check in The room we got was right next to the parking and people were very loud at 5 AM in the morning while starting the car and leaving, it was a lot of noise, so if you’re getting a room, do not get the room next to the parking lot

Rachel (10/5): Great stay. - We loved the double room with the kitchenette and a sofa bed. It was very clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Great value for the price. I have no complaints.
