Guest Reviews
- Johnie (10/5): -
- Tina (4/5): There was a lack of attention to detail and was mediocre at best. - The location The room smelled like mildew. There was a stain in the bedding. The tv did not work. When I checked out there was nobody around to actually check out with.
- Richard (1/5): Will not return ever !! - Location Absolutely no water pressure in shower, barely a trickle, worst experience!!
Beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable, pillows were thin and small , everything in room was noisy ( refrigerator/AC unit/ ) coffee was decaf only and expired date!!
- Mickey (5/5): - Good location Some of the staff members were not friendly
- Christie (10/5): - The breakfast was great and staff was friendly! We really liked the location! We loved the thrift shop across the street! Teh views were great! I don't think I would have changed anything!
- Rory (9/5): Overall stay was pleasant. I would stay at this hotel again. - The breakfast was great. Hot, fresh, just right. Only complaint would be the air/fan in the room (310) made just a little noise from time to time.
- Tori (10/5): -
- Fred (10/5): -
- Budesa (9/5): - I think there should be antislip on bathtub.
- Brian (10/5): -
- Jim (6/5): - Location Construction on the building outside my room during the day while I was napping. Bed was mildly uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin.
- Marcia (9/5): Great place near central business district and walking to dining - It was close to the center of town with easy access to several dining facilities. Although it is on the highway through town, it was a quiet, restful place to stay the night.
- Elizabeth (6/5): Excellent staff, good breakfast - Location Older buildings, no elevator
- Joseph (7/5): -
- Roman (5/5): - You pay quite a bit of miney just to get another motel-like "hotel" next to the highway... Rooms are clean. Bathroom at the reception was a disaster, very dirtly. Poor breakfast.
- Rowland (9/5): -
- Marybeth (6/5): -
- Malone (8/5): -
- juan (3/5): -
- David (6/5): - Great location. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. There were cracks in the windows and the door didn’t seem very sturdy.
- Amber (10/5): -
- Phillippa (6/5): Enjoyable as we were so close to town and could walk to everything! - The Location, Location, Location…
The staff and the breakfast.
The bed and room were comfortable. The exterior. The building itself needs a make over, so close to town it needs some hanging plants, potted trees, new paint job and some cool wood accents added to help feel like you’re in the Mountains.
- Messer (7/5): - Ease of check in and check out Something crusty on the curtain at the window. The outside stairs seemed narrow.
- Carolyn (7/5): I would stay again. - Breakfast was good. The beds were great for my back which was a plus. The check in could have been a little bit better. She was kind of short and hateful but thats ok everyone has a bad day.
- Amy (10/5): Excellent visit. - Love this location and the staff is wonderful.
Wish they had discounts on long stays . The Wi-Fi goes out a lot. Just the wifi
- Donald (10/5): Enjoyed - So very clean and the staff was so friendly very satisfied Nothing elevator to second floor would be my only complaint but not a real big deal
- Barbara W (10/5): Stay was fine but cost could have been more affordable - Did not eat there — got up too late N/a
- Michael (5/5): - The staff, location and the breakfast. The plumbing needs to be repaired. The toilet was not flushing and the hot water took five to eight minutes to get hot so we could wash our hands or take a shower. The refrigerator needs to be replaced or repaired. The room was dirty and had spider webs in the bathroom.
- P Scott (6/5): -
- Weaver (7/5): - Floors needs cleaning
Carpets stained
Bathroom floor looked dirty and needing to be mopped
No smoke detector in room
- Roger (8/5): Overall, it was pleasant. - Room was clean and comfortable. The tub filled up ankle deep with water during our showers.
- Cyndi (9/5): -
- Thomas (10/5): -
- Drumm (8/5): Overall a good stay. We have had good experiences at Best Westerns over many years. - Location and cleanliness Heating unit was old
- Don (5/5): Convenience. - The motel is centrally located in Blairsville. The room was not the cleanest with large stains on the carpet. There was mold in the shower.
- Sue (10/5): Very appreciative of them making an extra day available for us. In the same room. - Location to the area we were visiting.
- Jackson (7/5): -
- Pamela (7/5): I do not see us returning to this hotel - Did not have the breakfast. We were looking for location Front desk clerk seemed upset that i asked for a downstairs room. She did accommodate me, but wasnt happy about it
- robert (10/5): relaxing - Good location. close to town. friendly staff. Good breakfast.
- Wynn (6/5): I’ve had better. - Location Bed was short sheeted like one of my friends used to do at camp. And the refrigerator froze everything. At checkout I was not asked anything about my stay.
- Jason (5/5): Would.not stay again due to how uncomfortable the beds were - Very clean rooms and friendly staff The beds were brutally uncomfortable
- Gisbel (7/5): -
- Workman (5/5): Only once and thank goodness I never have to go back. - The location was okay. Did not wake up early enough for breafast. Staff was friendly during check in and check out. Housekeeping showed up knocking on the door an hour before check out and wanted to know how long we were going to take. Rude. The door to the room would not close and shut. We had to force it closed to set the deadbolt and put the security bar across. Seeing as the door opens to the parking lot this was a big concern for me.
- Allison (3/5): No great - Close to downtown. The hotel left a lot to be desired. We are in our sixties and there was no elevator and we were on the second floor. The stairwell was not well lighted at night. The entrance way to the room had a weird step up into the room. I worried about tripping out every time we entered or left. Final straw was we woke up the morning before we were to check out with no hot water. Decided to cut our stay short and moved on to the next stop.
- Melinda (7/5): Close to the stadium - Close to battery park, in town for a Braves game.
- Slaughter (10/5): - Vert clean...great staff
- Dorothy (9/5): -
- Simms (10/5): -
- christian (7/5): Bon emplacement - Emplacement Isolation phonique et qualité du petit déjeuner
- Gail (9/5): Everything was really nice, room was clean and staff was great. - Great location and room was very pleasant. No elevator
- Gabriel (8/5): - Clean, good location. Each room should have a iron and ironing board
- Runar Gregory (10/5): -
- Amanda (7/5): Affordable stay and convenient in location, but more cleanliness would be appreciated. - Affordable price and convenient location to Blue Ridge and Young Harris. There were 2 dark stains on the duvet cover.. so removed those immediately. Bathroom could have been cleaner.
- Bing (10/5): -
- Bruce (8/5): -
- Susan (10/5): -
- Carla (9/5): -
- Leatherwood (5/5): -
- Sylvia (10/5): The breakfast was great - The convenience
- Rose (8/5): - Great location, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Could be a little cleaner and smell fresher. Not too many charging options or light features.
- Thomas (6/5): Stay was decent price could have been a little cheaper. - Water didn’t drain from tub like it should’ve while taking a shower. Other than that everything else seemed to be in good shape. Property was clean no problems. Price was a little to high for the room.
- Knipper (6/5): OK for one night. - Both excellent 👏. Its very old!
- janis (6/5): Não voltaria - Apenas satisfatório Limpeza precária
Toalhas precárias
Roupa de cama precária
O pior são os insetos no quarto
- Poplin (8/5): - Clean room Pillows were horrible. Slept on 4, and all were flat. Almost fell in the tub because there was nothing in the tub to prevent slipping. Put a towel down.
- Cyndi (9/5): -
- Michael (9/5): -
- Beal (7/5): -
- Tina (8/5): -
- Nikole (3/5): I wouldn't stay again, thankful the beds were atleast comfortable. - Great breakfast. Bathroom smelled rotten, it was fine until we turned on the water, the water made our hair smell bad too. The sink was covered in mens beard clippings, and the corners in the bathroom was covered in thick dirt.
- John (10/5): - Stayed here many times. It’s a great property and a good value.
- Noel (3/5): -
- Randall (9/5): -
- Sandra (8/5): -
- Daniel (10/5): - Conveniently located in the middle of Blairsville GA. All was great, but price a little steep... but popular area, and it was the best price for a good place.
- Patsy (10/5): Comfy beds and nice shower pressure - Clean comfortable and convenient Na
- Michael (5/5): -
- Tami (6/5): If you intend to watch ANY television, do NOT book here. - The room itself was great! A comfortable bed, and ample room for my husband’s wheelchair. The cable truly sucked! Trying to watch a show when the cable is buffering literally every 20 seconds is NOT good at all!! If you’re wanting to watch television, do NOT stay here.
Due to the price of the room, it is not a good deal.
- William (10/5): - the stairs to the second floor were very steep and difficult for us to manage, the carpet in the stairway was dirty and lots of mud and construction debris on the stairs. The breakfast was good, the desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The woman that checked us in was very helpful, we needed additional towels which she delivered and helped us with our tv remote in our room. The room itself was very clean and we enjoyed our stay, will definitely visit again, thank you.
- John (5/5): It was ok but not as good as the picture. - Breakfast was good and location was great. Room was not what we were expecting. The bathroom floor was very sticky and the room was outdated.
- Jerry (7/5): -
- Karen (2/5): - Roaches in the room. Not enough towels.
- JOHN (10/5): - BEST STAFF
- Jennifer (8/5): -
- Sharon (2/5): WIFI DOES NOT WORK, ROACHES IN BATHROOM, MOLDY - Internet did not work. Went to front desk, was advised to call an 800 number. That did not work. No wifi. There was a roach on the shower curtain and the bathroom reeked of mold.
- Penny (7/5): -
- Erin (8/5): - The beds and pillows were comfy and we had very good nights of sleep. The room was outfitted nicely with coffee pods and cups. Was able to get refills for free, took advantage of the breakfast bar a couple of times. Mini fridge was sizeable and cold. Balcony was great and overlooked the pool area. Staff was nice and friendly.
- Kathy (3/5): It was dirty and kind of creepy. We will never stay there again. - Not much. Dirty rooms. Dirty in the common area.
- Wesley (5/5): - The balcony facing the road was nice. The bed was comfortable. Staff was less than friendly at times. Almost seemed as if we were bothering them. Breakfast the first morning was good, the second morning was not so good.
- Randy (10/5): i would stay again - Location was perfect and staff was polite. beds were a tad lumpy
- Michael (3/5): I will never stay here again - Didn’t stay for breakfast The only thing I liked is it was pretty clean.
- Miranda (4/5): Beautiful town and good price, if you’re winning to clean your own room. - Love the area. Very convenient This is our third time at this property, and sadly probably the last for a while. It’s typically older couples and families staying there, but with all the construction in the area, that was a majority of the guests I noticed. I didn’t have a bad experience with them but our balcony constantly smelled of weed, so we were unable to use that as we normally would. And the rooms were dirty. We actually swapped rooms because the first one had hair all over, stained bedding, and there was urine splattered on the toilet. The second wasn’t much cleaner. We bought all cleaning supplies and did it ourselves, as well as new bedding and towels to use for the week. I understand this isn’t a 5 star resort, but we’ve always loved this hotel. The workers and smell we could deal with, but the uncleanliness will lead us to stay somewhere else next year.
- Glenn (10/5): Exceptional - The location was fantastic for the Memorial Day parade and the fair on the square that followed. We were able to walk to everything. The staff was very friendly and the room clean. All good. No complaints.
- Kay (9/5): Great place to stay . Perfect location - Friendly people . Clean room Breakfast could be better . Fruit looked old
- Russ (8/5): - Our stay was pleasant. Property is clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Breakfast exceeded expectations with bacon, eggs, sausage & biscuits, waffles with all the fixings, yogurt, fruit and more. Central and convenient to everything Blairsville has to offer
- Renee (8/5): Great value and comfort - Walking distance to town square, close to restaurants, really comfortable mattress, powerful air conditioner! Slept like a baby. Breakfast was substantial in variety, had hot fresh food.
- Tom (5/5): Passable - typical of a 2 star hotel Hotel was dated
- Nancy (7/5): Good -
- Christopher (10/5): - everthing waas great
- Tori (10/5): Exceptional -
