• Chase (1/5): It was horrible. - Nothing. That it wasn’t even time to check out and im in my hotel room and one of the workers use a key to come inside my room, while I have no bottom clothes on!!!! That is by far so disrespectful and I hope nobody ever goes to stay there. I was so uncomfortable and pissed off.

• Deanna (5/5): The beds were very uncomfortable - It was close to my sister-in-law and The one thing I didn’t like about the property is that their pool was closed, which was indoors because I have kids and that was one of the reasons why we chose that hotel is because I had an indoor pool and also it was going to accept pets, but we didn’t bring our dog with us. We had a family member watch him.

• Debbi (9/5): - Nice room, comfortable beds, Easy booking, pleasant and helpful staff. 1. We had the room for 3 nights. The TV remote was difficult to figure out how to work it. There wasn't a written instruction sheet or diagram in the room. We got the TV on and picked a couple channels... but the remote's volume would not work to turn up... it was just muted or VERY low. We asked the office about how it works, but clerk didn't know or have any other remote to exchange it. So we spent the first evening watching, but not hearing the TV, .. and my husband spent the whole next 2 days in the room with no TV .. frustrated with trying to get the volume to work, he just turned it off. I was away from room all day helping a friend move. I came to the office again to ask about getting a remote to work... and the clerk quickly switched a remote from another room. We finally had a remote that worked for one evening... and we checked out the next morning. 2. The room was "clean at first look", but the floor was dirty...needed mopped, leaving the bottom of our feet black from walking around in the room.

• Leighanna (9/5): I picked a great hotel to stop and sleep! - The staff was very friendly. Parking lot and hallways of hotel were very clean and presentable. The pool was nice and the vending machines worked. We stayed on a Friday night of Labor Day weekend and still had a peaceful night as the hotel was quiet. We missed breakfast bc we swerved just out of our time zone and our phones never updated, so when we thought we still had an hr left of breakfast... it was already over. When I checked out the lady at the desk told me that she usually tells customers to restart their phones so they don't miss breakfast. I really wish the lady who checked me in would have told me the same.....
• Norman (1/5): Not worth the price for everything not working/dirty - Took the sheet off the bed and found a big yellow stain the tv didnt work so couldnt watch a movie or a show the jacuzzi jet system also didnt work which u think for almost $200 for 1 night things would be clean and operational

• Shayla (7/5): Cleaning lady caught me naked - Love this location, and book stays here frequently for the awesome indoor/outdoor pool. The cleaning staff entered my room without knocking during my stay. my husband and I were not dressed. I did not like this. It was embarrassing, and I still don't understand why cleaning was entering my room hours before the end of my stay, let alone why they didn't knock.

For instance, the last morning I was there I noticed that I didn’t have clean towels. But it was too late to try to get Any at that particular point in time. And another time I had like the shampoo were collapsed in the shower afterwards with me using it. But I didn’t get fresh ones. Overall, the room was very clean and I was overall satisfied.

There were flies flying everywhere. The bedding felt damp. There was mold in the bathroom and the pipes near the ceiling looked rusted and painted over several times. The reviews were very misleading.

• CINDY (8/5): - The area is quiet. It is near a shopping strip. They have tried to make an improvement to some of the rooms. The new bed was heavily broken in on the sides. The middle of the king bed was comfy. We asked for a handicapped room. The door got stuck on the new flooring so it would not open all the way. If I had a wheelchair instead of a walker, I would not have been able to enter the room. The new walk/roll in shower was a great concept. It did have a seat if needed in the shower. The floor was not done correctly and when the shower was used, water flooded the entire bathroom. There were not enough towels to soak up that much water. There are sufficient free parking spaces. Microwave and fridge were clean. Free morning breakfast was only adequate. Nothing special. We have stayed here many times over the years and even with it's new quirks, it is still a nice low budget room.

The pool was not open because it was a mess. we decided to just stay in our room and watch TV but guess what TV does not work. Went to get ice and homeless people living in the area where I had to walk through.
