• Casillas (1/5): Won’t stay there again. - This place was terrible! The sheets were stained and when I asked for them to bring me new ones. They brought them but the guy said they were not dirty just stained from the workers. Yuck!! IT WAS DIRTY AND THE STAFF SUCKED

• J. Lee (10/5): It was very pleasant! - I LOVED the room! It's design was very functional and the decor colorful. The room was phenomenally clean. The only recommendation I'd give would be to put a bedspread [even a thin one!] on the bed. Having the top item on a bed be a stark white sheet is acceptable in Europe, but considered cheap in the USA.

• Chris (1/5): DISGUSTING - Nothing Guy at front desk was rude. He got offended when I politely told him how unclean the room was. Another traveler had bugs in their room. We had booking.com reach out to them about cancelation but they refused to acknowledge the email. Their photos online are very deceiving. Avoid this place, even if it's only for a night.

• Israel (8/5): - I liked the clean rooms and the extremely helpful and courteous staff and I will definitely recommend to anyone in the future that Days Inn by Wyndham is the place to stay, and this Inn is located in the perfect setting in Gateville, Tx. Will definitely stay again soon ! There's nothing at this time that I could say I didn't like!

• Elizabeth (1/5): Horrible experience - Upon arrival at approximately 8pm, the owner notified me that no rooms with water were available and stated that a refund was not possible due to our third-party booking arrangement. However, during communication with the booking service, an available room was located. Upon entering the room, the key failed to function, prompting me to contact the office and receive instructions to return to the office despite the hazardous parking lot conditions and 15-degree temperature. Upon re-entering the room, we discovered dirty sheets and a restroom, no water, and an insecure door that appeared to have been forcibly opened and could not be securely closed even with the deadbolt. The smoke detector had been ripped off the wall. The restroom heater was damaged and inoperable, and the room heater malfunctioned, shutting off intermittently. Upon arrival at approximately 8pm, the owner notified me that no rooms with water were available and stated that a refund was not possible due to our third-party booking arrangement. • Rodney (6/5): It was good, but could have been better. - It was centrally located and was clean. No towel racks anywhere. No drawers for cloths. Bed was too close to TV stand creating a trip hazard.

• Melissa (9/5): Enjoyed our stay and will return. - We didn't eat the breakfast there but the coffee was very good!!! The beds were comfortable, but the cover around the bottom of the bed kept falling down. Employees were very nice and helpful! What I didn't like was that there was a crack around the door, you could see sunlight coming through, letting a few bugs in and the cover around bottom of bed kept falling. Pool was closed, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

• everett (10/5): - When checking in the gentleman was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was no comfortable chair to sit in. Had a rolling chair that was hard when sitting to watch TV.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Night in Gatesville at Days Inn - Bathtub drained very slowly…it appeared clogged. The bed linens and pillows smelled like sweat. Pool was green and looked like algae had spread throughout. 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel, & 1 washcloth for 3 people. Breakfast was adequate.
• Kenneth (4/5): - Breakfast is 3 kinds of cereal, sheet kept coming off of the bed, bathtub spigot was at least 1 inch or more from the back wall, sink faucet lever fell off, nowhere to store clothing, a table type desk but no other table in the room, one solitary chair. Won’t stay there again.let’s not forget that the room was next to the laundry facility. Oh, and we were there to attend a funeral.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Room is clean. Property is Subpar Condi - The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The door toy room did not always lock on closing. I often had to unstick the latch or just flat out slam the door to get it to lock. The pool was dark green and the lawn needed mowing. The mower did come during my stay, but it literally took him 2 days to do what could have probably been done in a couple of hours. There were lots of men hanging out at night on the property, but as a woman, I felt safe because I had my doberman with me.

• Sara (4/5): I will not be staying at this Days Inn in Gatesville, Tx.. due to poor accommodations. - One room I rented was nice the other one was not up to par. The bottom room had no spare toilet paper to spare. The toilet paper had already been half way used and toilet paper requested took forever to arrive. The beds were covered with a sheet which had small black stains and had holes by seams. We requested clean sheets, pillow cases, and coverlet since no bedspread was provided on the second day. No one showed up until our requests were made by phone and finally in person. The tub had black mold around the bathtub and the attendant tried to tell me the caulking was coming off. He had just told me it was remodeled. I told him that clearly it had not been remodeled because the trim around the bathroom door had a missing piece and there was a hole at the bottom on the left and the right side of the trim was scraped. The pool had no water so no pool available. We came prepared to use it to no avail. This should have been disclosed which it was not. It was overly priced I paid almost $440 for 2 nights. The second day the waffle maker was not working. The plugs were out. I called main number to Days Inn to contact someone at the front desk because no one was present to offer help or explain to us what happened. The Danish and honey buns had to be replenished yet no one else was eating a continental breakfast except our family. The reason given was short of staff.

Then as for breakfast, my Mom was trying to use the waffle maker and the front desk guy told her “read the instructions and follow the instructions” in a not so nice voice. I do not recommend this hotel.
