Brittany (8/5): - Breakfast was great! It's a big place, so having it cafeteria style where one sweet lady is making plates made me feel so much better than had there been people's hands everywhere. Room was basic, but clean and had everything we needed. It was a little dated. I still loved the property overall, but it had a motel smell from childhood.

Vern (10/5): It’s a great place to stay. It’s one of my favorites and I’m always pleased. Plus there’s a excellent pizza place just n - The location in downtown Hot Springs is just excellent. During the week prices are reduced and so it’s a really good deal plus there’s a full breakfast the next morning morning. The place is really well maintained the beds are comfortable. It’s actually just a perfect experience if you decide to stay there.

The location convenience was exactly what we needed, the rooms were quiet and well equipped. The staff is over the top from Mandy and the front desk to Glenda and the crazy exceptional breakfast crew who are spot-on. And housekeeping. landmama (10/5): Fun, Romantic Weekend Getaway! - My husband and I went to Hot Springs/Oaklawn for a rekindle-the-romance weekend getaway. He made all the bookings. When I saw that we were in a Best Western- instead of some sort of romantic/spa resort type place, I was just a slight bit crestfallen thinking he maybe hadn’t really put a lot of thought into this weekend. But- when we got into the room, I had to admit that it was very clean and well taken care of… But what really knocked my socks off were the ladies that worked the free continental breakfast bar!!! They served us the food themselves with smiles and friendly, familiar banter (with each other and us…) and served us at our tables, bringing us waffles that were made to order and clearing our table as though we were dining out at a restaurant. One sweet lady,, Alisa, I believe, proudly shared that this is her 13th year with this Best Western and that she loves working there. Glynda and Sarah were equally friendly with easy, natural smiles and GREAT quality breakfast- and I am somewhat critical person, I hate to admit. lol I just like things the way I like them- and they ( and that breakfast- both mornings) were simply above average. As we walked back to our room, my husband and I mused about how relationship and caring show in the quality of the food and the service and how very rare a place and people like this are these days. ALSO! This hotel is just steps about 30 steps away from Oaklawn!! So much fun! Restaurant recommendations- for excellent German food and beer selections, Steinhaus Keller in old town AND Lost Creek Grill for fantastic wagyu steaks, seafood, and warm, local people/atmosphere! My hubby did great- this weekend delivered- and Best Western’s staff ( front of house was so friendly and accommodating, too!!) and clean, updated environment set a comfortable, hospitable stage for it ALL!! It is right across from the racetrack and casino so you don't have to drive anywhere to watch the races or gamble! The rooms were clean, functional and all had their own private balconies which was great! The staff is amazing and go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met! Mandy and Lauren were amazing my whole trip and made sure every day that I had everything I needed and gave me suggestions and tips for the things I wanted to do while in Hot Springs! I will definitely be back and I will definitely stay here!!!!

Out of all the motels we have stayed at being served breakfast was different. Usually breakfast is out and you go get or fix your own plate. Can go back for seconds or get something else. Here you told staff what you wanted and they fixed your plate for you. Don't know if you would of been turned down for seconds if you wanted something else. We didn't try!

Road66103749351 (10/5): Superior service - My wife and I had the pleasure to stay at the Best Western on Central avenue in Hot Springs Arkansas the past two nights. Have stayed in many Best Western Hotels over the years but hands down, I would have to pick this location as the top one that I have stayed at? Our room was perfect in every aspect! The location was perfect too as we were right across the street from one of the main attractions in Hot Springs.... Oak Lawn thoroughbred horse racing and casino! Would like to thank the management and staff for making our stay so enjoyable! If you're ever in this area I highly recommend that you check out this Best Western in Hot Springs arkansas. Kailey (10/5): Clean and secure - We initially only booked here d/t proximity to hospital, but I’m glad we stayed here. Very clean, much more secure than others near by, and Kim was very friendly when we checked in late in the evening. Dog park was also great. Husband says bed was most comfortable for a hotel he’s ever seen. Check out simple and easy.

rodrick (8/5): I will be using best Western in Hot Springs again - The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety of items to eat. staff was very at and pleasant to deal with. They look like they thoroughly enjoyed their job. Next time I will be using best Western again. Going up and down the stairs was the only problem we had next time we’ll get a room on the first floor

JMArkansas (10/5): The Breakfast Girls are just the best! - The hotel overall was dated but very clean! Our room was in the back building so noise was not an issue. All the employees we encountered were very helpful and nice but the 3 ladies (Alisa, Glynda, & Sarah) that took care of us each morning at breakfast were beyond good! They were helpful and always in a cheerful mood. You don't always find that in today's times! Thanks Ladies!

Cochise1956 (10/5): Safe, quiet and really good breakfast - Quiet large room with comfortable beds and easy in and out. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options from eggs, bacon, biscuits with gravy and waffles to name just a few. Location was across the street from Oaklawn racetrack. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as shopping is also available.

Flyer14645778778 (10/5): Breakfast staff was EXCEPTIONAL - Having the breakfast in a different building was great. Walking into the breakfast area was clean and smelled great. We were greeted with a warm invite and great smiles by Alisa, Glynda, and Sarah. They introduced what was available and kindly provided what we chose to eat. Everything was well stocked. As we looked around the staff provided us with information on the different items and answered any questions we had. In addition to being courteous they suggested different places to eat and enjoy on our short weekend. We could not have asked for a better experience for our first time in Hot Springs.

Best Western has become a trusted brand for us, so we typically look for a Best Western hotel wherever we go. At the front desk, Jessica even helped us to get a lower rate than we'd expected through the rewards program! And she was very helpful in helping us get a crib for our infant set up in our room. I didn't get her name, but there was a blond lady who was working at the breakfast bar when we went on the mornings of November 22nd-23rd, 2025. She was very kind and helpful to our family as well. When it was time for us to pack up and go home, my five-year-old was disappointed. He said he just wanted to stay in our hotel! Thank you, Best Western staff!
