Was promised a call from the manager, I had to call him and was supposed to call a call ba - It didn’t have bed bugs Before the handle to the shower broke off in my hand, it was lukewarm. We were moved to another room and it smelled of smoke (nonsmoking room). Moved to another room and the shower had toenail clippings. Door knob on first room was installed wrong, making it not safe.

- Ashley (2/5): - There was nowhere to park close to our room, when checking they did not tell us that and they knew we were from out of town. It said they had a pool so I took my bathing suit, only had an outdoor pool that looked so disgusting. We got accused of smoking in the room so they could charge us extra, we had the “do not disturb “ sign on door and they went into our room anyway. Then when I complained about them going into our room anyways they took my “do not disturb” sign off the door handle and placed it on the ground RIGHT in front of our room. Very unprofessional behavior!!! There was trash all over the parking lot. We were so ready to get out of there. Very weird vibe there. And I kept hearing a camera clicking noise. About 3 different times and the tv was off so it couldn’t have been that. I’ve been to plenty “non smoking” rooms and they all normally smell faintly of smoke but this is the first time it’s ever been blamed on us. We were barely at the room this trip. We just had to come to let my husband sign some paperwork and were very busy doing that the whole one day we were there. We checked in about 11pm-12am as we had to drive all the way from Tennessee. So we had to get up early the next morning to go handle some business and didn’t get back to the room until about 5pm. My husband had to change the tensioner pulley on our equinox so we weren’t in the room until about 9-10pm to go to sleep. Will NEVER stay again if we ever have to go back there.

- TherapyTraveler2020 (2/5): Travelers beware!! - Travelers beware!! I checked into this hotel for one night on Christmas Day. I was awoken the next morning to a light knock on my door, and then an attempt by a man to enter my room. He had the ability to unlock the door lock, but thankfully the security latch on top was in place or he would have been able to enter my room without a problem. My service dog started barking when he heard someone breaking in and quickly the man shut the door and left. It was too early for housekeeping, and the man made no attempts to announce himself. My thoughts are that the man was hoping I would be a breakfast and he was coming in to rob the place. When I reported the incident to the woman at the front desk, she did not seem concerned. After I stressed my concerns about the incident and my safety, she said she would check with the night manager to see who had a key. That was it. No apology for the incident happening, and no obvious concern. Needless to say, I will NOT be staying there again, nor should anyone else concerned with their safety.

It was also at the back of the property and scary as there was alot of outside activity going on all throughout the night.

I had to call the front desk to get some come turn on the water so I could shower, there was water stains on the ceiling on the curtains. The strip on the bottom of the door was sticking out, I am surprised I didn't cut my legs.The faucet in the sink was barely coming out. It was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE, and I took photos of everything, it was absolute a horrible EXPERIENCE.

Bedspread had a dirt ring on the top where it touched people, bathroom was disgusting - Bathroom was dirty with dirt on the flour, pea and dirt makes on the floor caulking, dirt smudges in the shower and walls. I had to ask for gloves and cleaning products to clean the bathroom myself. The cleaning manager refused to take responsibility and refused to provide her name. It appeared to be a workers or prostitute hotel. I will never stay here again.

- Hart (7/5): Felt unsafe - Staff very helpful I didn't like that my room door would not secure properly that you could literally just push the door from the outside and it would open while it was completely closed and breakfast was so so they had no eggs
- James (4/5): - We booked this motel because it has a swimming pool. After driving 745 miles yesterday we were looking forward to a swim. When we arrived we were told it was closed for repairs. If this information had been on their web site we obviously would have chosen another option.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Just ok - The room was clean where it mattered, but a little musty smelling. The hotel could use some maintenance. The trim was coming off in the bathroom. We had to lift the handle on the bathroom door to get it to shut. It was only a stop over sleep spot for us so it worked ok. Would not want to stay more than one night though. I will say that the breakfast choices were better than we expected. I will give them that.
