- Jeff (1/5): - The door to the unit was broken. The top of the door had a 2 inch gap when pushed on and it felt like it was going to brake in half when pushed on. We left without seeing inside the room as this felt unsafe and the key they gave me did not open the door. This is a run down hotel that should not carry the Best Western name.

I have horrible back pain, but didn't want to ask to change rooms. I was told I could have 4 pillows for each bed, but I had to call after checking in and verify it had an email to confirm that I was allowed.

Then at 8am same crap again!!! Night shift clerk was very rude. Had me go to the store for all 20s instead of taking a few 5s & 10s l already had in my wallet for $100 deposit. Said he didn't have space all that cash only 20s.....Worst experience & will never stay at this location again. This place looks nothing like what's displayed on booking.

- James (8/5): Best Western Could Be Better Western - I like the location a lot. It's convenient to the interstate and local businesses. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The daily breakfast was excellent and a good value. The price was a good value, even though the room and its interior was a little shabby. I found some black mold in the shower of the bathroom and in the heat / air unit beside the window. Because of the mold we plugged in our own space heater instead of running the air in our room, which smelled terrible and musty when I turned it on.
Both beds were lumpy and offered poor support. One of the beds had stains on and under the mattress, which was gross. The walls of the room were shabby with chipped paint, gouges, and scratches on the walls and door frames. Someone else had damaged the interior, prior to my stay, but it did not get painted or repaired.

There were creaks, noises outside, the mini fridge had a constant hum and clicking that was quite loud, the floor was uneven and deformed, and the rooms are not soundproof.

- M5872WEalexandrac (2/5): Moldy, unsafe dirty rooms. - This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences Iâve ever had, and I would strongly warn anyone against staying here.
We arrived at the hotel and immediately felt unsafe. The environment was uncomfortable, with people lingering around and staring, which made us extremely uneasy. Although the front desk employee was polite, the situation itself was unacceptable.
When we checked the room, it was clearly not cleaned. The bed was covered in hair, and the bathroom had visible mold, which is especially dangerous because my child has a documented severe mold allergy. This is not a preference â it is a medical concern. We did not use the bed, the bathroom, or stay in the room at all.
Despite this, the hotel refused to issue a refund and dismissed the seriousness of the situation. The idea that a family should stay in a room with visible mold and unsanitary conditions is completely unacceptable. I should not have to involve health authorities to have basic hygiene standards taken seriously.
This property should be inspected for cleanliness and safety. I would never recommend this hotel to families, especially those with children or health sensitivities. Save yourself the stress and stay elsewhere.

- Ann (7/5): It was a good location. Probably will not stay there again. Breakfast was ok, needs more variety - Well you had to run the water for 15 minutes before you got in the shower. Plus I checked In on line received a room number and confirmation, get to the hotel to find out the room was occupied after we tried to get in there with our keys that were just made. So had to go back to the office and get a totally different room and move all of our stuff and vehicle because we went from the rear of the hotel all the way to the front.

I do not recommend the Best Western in Acworth. My room had bed bugs, and when I reported it, the staff was rude and completely unhelpful. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they argued with me and refused to take responsibility. I ended up having to call the police and file a report just to start the process of getting a refund.
This was an awful experience from start to finish. If you value cleanliness, safety, and basic customer service, stay somewhere else.

- Brandon (7/5): Not bad! - The room was as expected for the most part. The location is good if you like fast food as most are walking distance. The tv wasnt the size thats pictured, not a big deal. Booking mentions a bidet but best westerns site doesnt mention one so no surprise that theres no bidet. Our microwave didnt work but i didnt care to ask for a new one. At the end of the day i'd stay there again.
- Guide64847577461 (6/5): Basic, clean rooms. - Stayed here October 14th. to the 15th. Room was ok, clean and spacious. I was charged a deposit for incidentals when checking in, which is not uncommon. What is, however, is that I have yet to have the deposit returned to me. Other hotels I have stayed at at later dates have all managed to release the funds. I have tried several times to contact the property via email and telephone to request information about my deposit being released, to no avail.
When checking out I was encuraged to leave a positive review, which I will once my deposit has been returned to me.

The tub had previous guests dirty soap scum in the inserts where the dispensers are housed and the dispensers provided havenât been cleaned either as thereâs dirtiness surrounding those. Thatâs disgusting especially if you expect other customers to utilize that. The sheets are worn and needs replacing completely, pillows were flat so it felt as if you didnât have any. The bed couldâve been a little more comfortable. Also, other guests were sitting outside of their rooms throughout the night being loud, drinking and smoking (thereâs no balcony provided for this, only the front entrance to your room). There was loud banging on a door at 6 am Saturday morning. The repetitive breakfast daily could stand for a switch up. Iâve stayed at many Best Westerns and this one really disappointed me. However, the front desk staff were lovely.

- Audrey Rebecca (4/5): - There was mold in the bathroom, a hole in the bathtub, the lights kept tripping the breaker, the microwave was broken but the last straw was the leaking bathroom ceiling from the unit above.
We arrive in the middle of the night so it unfold over a few hours. Full vacancy meant we were without a hotel on our vacation.The staff never informed the guests above us to stop showering or that they would need to be moved! There were 4 showers taken in that time and not once did the staff go upstairs and ask them to stop using the water in their room. The water just continuted to run into our room and the electrical keep tripping the breaker as we packed up our belongings.
Staff was pleasant and really tried to put us in another room. When we got to our new hotel, we noticed our clothes had absorbed the wet, moldy smell of the room. A day later, we were very ill with respiratory issues.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were so many conveniences; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, full length mirror right by the door, television, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Complimentary breakfast of eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, juices, etc. was an unexpected bonus!
