- Dylan (1/5): The worst attitude I’ve ever delt with - It was a place to stay The staff, house keeping
- Samuel (1/5): - location I have a receipt from bookings.com.for 2 rooms. However , the hotel only had a record for 1 room. I was forced to buy a second room at a higher rate. I need to have someone contact me to get reimbursed. For the room I did not get yet paid for to bookings.com. I need to be reimbursed for the room plus the difference of the cost of the room I had to buy.

- James (9/5): - clean rooms, nice breakfast, friendly staff, good location off of I95 N/A
- Monserrate (8/5): - Breakfast person called out so not much available Breakfast
- Anne (4/5): It felt dirty - Bed was comfortable Bathroom was not clean or comfortable. Toilet not clean and then it clogged. No rack to put luggage on. Outside seemed dirty. Also the woman who ran the breakfast was a little overbearing (talked way too much, not necessary) and had ringworm on her neck!
- Raymond (7/5): -
- David (5/5): Couldn’t wait to leave! - Eggs were horrible The room was dirty (both the main room and the bathroom)
The sheet on my side of the bed had a disgusting stain. I should have let the desk know but we just came off of a 12 hour drive and we were exhausted. This was the second time we stayed at this establishment but we will no longer stay there on our yearly trip to Florida.

- Anna (5/5): Cheap place to lay your head at night. Is Pet friendly so you get what you pay for. - The location was very easy to get to, and the breakfast area was very nice! The lady working the breakfast area was so sweet and helpful. She was the best thing to happen during our stay. And actually the lady who worked the front desk in the morning was extremely apologetic and professional regarding our experiences the night before. The room they first put us in had a horrible stench. Someone’s pet had pooped and it was not cleaned up properly. There’s no way no one knew that one did not smell like that as it hit you the minute you open the door. I went to the front desk to request another room and to tell her what happened and she was not apologetic; could care less and just gave me another room. The next room was much better. Although there was suspect red liquid all around the toilet on the floor, not sure what that was. The room was very dated and had a lot of wear and tear, but that may be due to it. Be pet friendly?
Also, there’s homeless people living in the sheds next-door and they would walk around, which was very disarming. They were also in the main room eating breakfast Along with everyone else. So it tells me they’re letting anybody through the doors which is a safety issue for me.
- Jacquelin (7/5): Would stay here again! - Room was clean, and the person who checked is in was so nice!! Decent breakfast options! Friendly staff. Steps away from food and gas stations. Everything was good! Perfect for our short stop to sleep!
- Craig (9/5): - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Too much highway noise and the a/c unit fan was noisy.
- Michael (9/5): -
- Michael (10/5): -
- Dianne (5/5): - They allow dogs and the price. The hotel is run down. The heating was very noisy, the cable was poor and water pressure was weak.

- Irina (5/5): -
- Paul (8/5): Easy in, eassy out, Clean. Bereakfast. Good value. - Clean room, location near highwat and restataunts. This is our 2nd stay .
- patrese (7/5): -
- Tamika (6/5): The house keepers needs to clean and wipe down everything including headboards other than the first room the second one - I like it’s near everything Walmart all the food places love that I didn’t like that the first which was 130 the toile was running the sink was stopped up my husband took a hanger to unclog it the tv didn’t work the phone to use to call front desk absolutely disgusting like the cleaners don’t wipe it down. I was switched to another room which was better I always come here when I come to Emporia first time I had this experience
- Kathie (2/5): -
- Karen (2/5): I will never stay at this Best Western location again. - The location and price are the reasons I selected the Best Western. I had a large, brown, nonoperative jacuzzi tub in the corner of my room outside of the bathroom. It was old, had construction dust? in the bottom and the wall was taped around it. The room was very dated and the bathroom tub had mildew on the tub caulking. There was a stale odor in the room and may have been a smoking room in the past.
- Michael (5/5): - The location right off I-95 was great. The room was relatively clean, but dated. The breakfast was ok, except for the coffee. The bagels were not very fresh, probably frozen. When were we walking to the front entrance for breakfast, 2 of the employees were smoking right outside of the main entrance, and the smoke was lingering all around because of the roof over the entrance way. This was not a very good experience heading into breakfast. One of the employees was also working the breakfast, and she didn't even wash her hands after she came back in from smoking.
- boris (4/5): - Bad luck if you have a heavy suitcase to carry to the second floor as there are not elevators.
- Riva (6/5): -
- Donna (10/5): - The staff was fantastic. Pam was able to provide my requested ground floor room, even though I asked the day before our stay and they were booked up.
- Jeff (7/5): - Place looked empty want a room on ground floor, but said none available. I Highly doubt it.
- France (8/5): - Très bien
- Robert (8/5): - Hood
- Hennessy (10/5): - The staff were very nice, Breakfast was great. The room is out dated but clean. There was a lot of grass for pets.
- MONICA (8/5): - La ubicaciin Le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las instalaciones de la piscina
- LAquann (6/5): -
- Monique (4/5): - The lady helping with breakfast brightened up our morning after dealing with bugs, a disgusting smell of cigarettes, dirty furniture, damp bedsheets,& weirdly stained blankets.. From now on people should be welcome to see the room before handing over any money. If it wasnt for me being exhausted from my drive i would have demanded to get refunded. Please check your room before deciding to stay here.
- Gary (6/5): - Bedroom smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking.
- David (2/5): - Very old. Clean but otherwise pretty bad. High humidity that AC didn’t touch. Even for $100, it wasn’t worth it
- SHEILA (10/5): Need upgrading BAD - Yall should really look into a new air conditioning/ exhaust system because why does the bed feel damp from the air conditioner being on while we were not in the room. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. That really took away from the room. It was actually decent other than the OLD carpet.
- Diego (10/5): -
- Tamika (8/5): My stay overall was decent - It was quiet around all the food places What I didn’t like about the room was it has a closed in smell like it needs to air out other than that it was okay
- Aaron (8/5): -
- Gregory (5/5): Better hotels without a n agenda nearby. This hotel is dated. - The shower was great. The satanic looking transvestite working the office was a omen of things to come. The lady working the breakfast was pushing her commie news channel. Everyone was annoyed. Went to turn the channel to see the weather and she threw a fit. Then when we were leaving she nearly runs into my car shouting obscenities.
- Nicole (3/5): Disappointed - Place was old which I can appreciate but it was not very clean. Had two spiders crawl on me in bed. Floors were dirty and things were stained and dirty like lamps, lamp shades, toilet, etc.
- Kira (1/5): Would not recommend! Cockroach on my sleeping son in his bed. Mold, filthy. - N/A Complained to front desk, was told they could not help me since I booked through booking.com.
Mold in bathroom, ceiling paint bubbled up. Filthy floors. The carpet felt gritty. Smell in room. Bathroom door would not close. At 2:00 in the morning my son woke to a cockroach on him in the bed.
- Michael (9/5): -
- Melissa (3/5): - Location Air was moist. Damp room. Smelled like sewage after the first night. Very dissatisfied. Would have changed venues, would have had to relocate too many family members.
- Amanda (5/5): The value, location and staff were all great but the room and lobby were filthy and stinky. - It was easy to find, super quiet and the staff was amazing. It was disgusting. The room stank, the lobby smelled like mildew, mold in the shower, paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling, dirt and brown streaks in the shower, boogers and cigarette burns on the head board (even though it was a non-smoking room) and the floor had crumbs and dirt all over.
- Christopher (10/5): - Great customer service!
- Michael (2/5): - I will never stay here again! We had to change rooms 3 times due to the cleanliness of the rooms. If it wasnt so late we would have checked out and went to another place. When letting the front desk know about the rooms I was meet with anger and hostility. My kids couldnt even swim in the pool because it was so dirty. NEVER AGAIN!
- Thaabit Shabazz (7/5): - Location and gym Breakfast was not that good, but the employee was nice and the rooms are outdated
- Raul (2/5): - I would not stay here again. Room had a foul odor. Found someones dirty shirt too
- Mohamed (1/5): - Location that all Service staff cleanliness…
- Lori (2/5): - The room stunk because the rug was wet. I went to use the phone to tell front desk and the phone was broken.
- sharon (10/5): - Go away
- James (4/5): - All staff members were were very good, except one, one bad apple spoiled the day, or night
- Ginette (4/5): -
- Crystal (4/5): Would not stay or recommend place. - Not impressed with much. There was a man dressed as a women that checked us in, who had a very snotty attitude. We didn’t bother going to have breakfast, we’re so turned off by the experience. Place was also near a truck stop type gas station and the noise early morning of trucks leaving prevented any sleep beyond 4 am. Chair and carpet in the room were dirty. The room had a stale stinky smell. Had we not arrived late and already paid for the room, we would not have stayed.
- Martha Jane (2/5): - Smelled
- Reid (8/5): - Room was smoky
- James (5/5): - not bad old old matress
- Seitz (8/5): -
- Thomas (6/5): - Bathroom was extremely dirty.
- Sanchez (1/5): - The room was filthy there was stuff on the walls and on the headboard I won't never stay at one of your hotels again
