Front desk clerk was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Loved the delicious breakfast options and the cozy atmosphere. Hotel and room were very clean. Room was perfect and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again when returning to BGSU. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!! Everything went very well!

LOVE the make-up towelette that was provided, it worked great and saved the white towels! :) Breakfast was perfect for me as I didn't have much time, but I was able to grab some juice and a muffin to go. Honestly making it easier to access local TV stations with out all the other hoopla would be nice. I just wanted to turn on the local morning news for some noise while I was getting ready and it was way too complicated!

- Georgia (10/5): We will stay again next year, even without the spa. - Breakfast, even though we made it at 10:50am—and they closed at eleven—was fully stocked and hot. Parking was right out of our door. Workout room had superior equipment. And the staff did a stellar job decorating for Halloween. That the spa tub was closed. We were so looking forward to dipping in the spa because we had enjoyed it so much last year.

We were greeted with a very sincere smile , We chatted a little with the lovely lady at the desk . I explained I am using a hiking stick because I have sciatica and Fibromyalgia . She helped me to the room while my hubby got the luggage . We had a great sleep , and breakfast was quite nice . The selection was favourable . We will return . No yogurt at breakfast .

The default temp was 76-78 way too warm. Tp cool the air blasted and was very loud and you had to keep it on auto to keep the room comfortable
