- F3983AUmichaelg (2/5): Gave Away Handicapped Room Reservation - We booked a room under my uncle who is handicapped and wheelchair bound. When we checked in to the Best Western Plus Greenwell Inn, Moab last night, it was discovered that the management gave away the only Handicapped room available. Their solution was to give us a regular room for the night and then move us into the handicapped room the next day. My uncle fell in the the bathroom that wasn’t handicapped supported and couldn’t get up and hurt his arm. Thank goodness he wasn’t seriously injured. When asking the front desk for compensation for our aggravation and stress, they said the couldn’t do anything but we wouldn’t be charged extra for the extra room we occupied while waiting for a handicapped room to open up.I am extremely disappointed in the handling of this situation and the lack of empathy towards the handicapped. What good is a reservation for special needs people if your corporation can’t follow through with your commitment.

- cynthiapE8267KZ (2/5): Paper thin noice hell - If you have to stay in a Best Western, please choose the one across the street. The room walls and ceilings at this hotel are paper thin. You can hear every step, every flush, every creek and everything outside the door as well. The staff at the front desk will just stare at you as if they’ve never heard any complaint about any room ever before. Now you roll your bikes into the room so that’s a bonus. The location is right downtown, which is also a bonus. But the other Best Western is directly across the street and I would highly recommend stayingthere as everything is top-notch. The pool at this hotel is out in the middle of the parking lot and a nice little rest after along day of hiking will never happen. But at the other Best Western, there’s a nice big concrete wall and total silence and high-end finishes and the breakfast is betterover there. The two front desk staff and the manager that I dealt with all said they were sorry for my experience, but there was nothing they could do and that is not acceptable to Me.

The hotel and room were clean, and the location is very convenient with several restaurants within walking distance. As a Diamond Select member, I expected a better room, but we were assigned a ground floor room near the lobby’s back entrance, which was noisy, and the bathroom was extremely small the smallest I’ve seen in years. The property is well situated for sightseeing, with Arches National Park about 15 minutes away, the beautiful Potash Road about 20 minutes away, and Canyonlands National Park less than 1.5 hours from the hotel. The property itself is well maintained, and the breakfast offers a good selection of items

- marilynnX1182KM (10/5): Very special experience - On entering the front door I was delighted to find a lobby with comfortable period furniture, beautifully upholstered, a theme that continued through to an adjoining room with tables and chairs for working or dining at (gallery photos on the hotel website don't do this justice). There were also tables and chairs up on the rooftop. Every area I visited was spotlessly clean and for being on the main road the hotel was remarkably quiet. Rooms overlook a large parking area with mature trees, many of which held onto richly colored Fall leaves when I was there. I stayed in a King room. The bed was very comfortable with one of the pillows soft enough for even me (I travel with my own and didn't need it here). The microwave and refrigerator were enclosed, out of view, inside an attractive, sturdy wooden cabinet. Despite being fully booked, hot water remained very hot and plentiful. Breakfast was generous with hot and cold items. The general manager was extremely kind, helpful and informative despite his working double shifts, during a very busy time, covering for absent staff members. Elijah at the front desk was similarly kind and helpful. I booked this hotel without research (unusual for me) because friends had booked rooms and it was close to where I needed to be. I spent five delightful nights there and will definitely return.

A warm hearted and very helpful service we haven´t experienced in a long time. Thank you for at wonderful stay, in the wonderful city of Moab.

Bring Your Own Breakfast, Overpriced budget motel disguised as a nice hotel - The Pros and the Cons; Pros: Nice rooms Cons: Overpriced Limited Breakfast options Poor Customer Service Unprofessionalism Outdated gym equipment The pool is across the parking lot Depending on which room you're staying in, it's a long walk to the lobby. How bad is the customer service at this place? It's so horrific that we were forced to call the Best Western Corporate Customer Relations Department to intervene in getting our internet and TV working. How bad is the breakfast? One can see for themselves in the pictures. Want to swim when it's cold and raining? Prepare to run across the parking lot to get to the pool. How unprofessional are they? Look at the picture of the front desk staff. Save your money and go elsewhere.
- Johnnie (7/5): Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Sehr gute Lage. Zimmer leider etwas dunkel, dafür aber sehr sauber. Frühstück war leider etwas enttäuschend. Vor allem das Plastikgeschirr und die Plastikteller sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das ist nicht sehr umweltfreundlich.
- Aaron (6/5): Needs updating - The lobby and its ambience is misleading to the rest of the very aging property. Rooms need an update, especially the bathrooms. Staff was very friendly though.
- PJ (6/5): - This hotel faced the main road in Moab. Very congested area. Surrounded by souvenir shops. It is ok. Could use a major update and redo. The room was dark and stale smelling. The ac was noisy and the bathroom had stains on the ceiling. The young man at the front desk was very pleasant. Breakfast was the usual American fair. Gummy muffins, a yogurt machine which pumped out very sweet product,, scrambled , eggs, coffee, juice, some fruit, and a pancake machine. Some imagination and creativity to make it more appetizing would have been most welcome. Glad we only had to stay one night. I would research other options

- Sanmech (2/5): Gross hotel - Dirty room with sticky floors. Found a live roach in the room. Grout on tiles were black and never cleaned in bathroom. The furniture is old and worn out. The breakfast was edible. Stay away from this place. Even the desk clerk agreed with my feelings
- Anna (8/5): - Appreciated the walkability of this location to downtown Moab. Door had a bit of a gap in the bottom, but not a big deal. Chose this for the free breakfast, but turned out to be not the best (issues with pancake machine and eggs were a funny taste/texture). Parking was great and easily accessible. Bed was comfy and AC was GREAT after a hot day at the parks.

- KENNETH (6/5): - The room was clean, and in general updated and comfortable. Breakfast staff was above par, but little to no variation in what was served. The big negative was the outside noise level in the room; the room is just a few feet from the main highway through town - at an intersection - where off-road vehicles, semi-trucks, dirt bikes and every other kind of vehicle passes by at all hours. When we asked for another room, we were told, "You chose the room."

- stevemP4123OW (4/5): Old tired and rundown hotel. - Don't be fooled . This not a four star rating hotel. Maybe two stars at best. It is located near restaurants, bars, and gift shops but that is the only positive. It is old tired, rundown and the comp breakfast is the worst! There are many better choices in Moab . Keep looking!
- Brent (8/5): - Conveniently located in downtown Moab, you are within walking distance of everything. This is a MOTEL with outdoor entrances, a nice pool area, laundry, and a fairly stocked continental breakfast.

- Rachel (8/5): - The staff is lovely and very helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. I would have preferred different pillows but there were plenty of them. Our fridge didn't keep our leftovers from all the amazing nearby restaurants cold enough to be safely eaten. But that is my only complaint. The location is perfect. Pool and spa were great! Breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again.

- Marilyn (10/5): Very nice stay - Only one ice maker was working. Our room was very nice. Laundry room was very clean. Coffee machine in the lobby also made espresso drinks, very nice! Breakfast was good also. Eggs, sausage, hash browns. Very convenient location, we walked everywhere.
- Rick (8/5): perfect location downtown - This is a great location in downtown Moab. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping very easily. It is a little dated but clean and comfortable. It seemed pretty quiet in our room. One problem was that there are not enough plugs, none around the beds. You couldn't charge phones and keep them near the bed.

The food was often not ready. The pancake machine wasn't working. It was the same food every day for three days with no variety in menu.

I paid more for this room, assuming that it was a real outside balcony, but what is true is that the room faces the main street and has no option for an open balcony. The breakfast was okay —nothing special, and the pancake machine was broken. Besides that, the room was clean, the location was perfect, and the staff was friendly.

Couldn't take our cooler outthe next day because we need to keep meds coold

- vhash77 (10/5): Perfect Stay - This is a beautiful hotel located in Moab. We were so pleasantly surprised at how clean and decorated this hotel was. I had booked it via the app, then read trip advisor reviews and became concerned - all I can say is those with negative reviews much not have stayed at the same property we stayed at. We travel a lot, and this hotel is well decorated, I would even call it country chic to a certain extent. Our room was very large, comfortable, clean, no issues with anything. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh and hot. We couldn't have asked for a better nights stay. We highly recommend this location in Moab.

- JohnD109 (10/5): Good stay in Moab - Our room was very clean and unlike some of the other reviews, we found no bugs. We are from Florida so if we did, we would not have made a big deal over it. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. My wife loved the pool. It is convenient to all shopping and restaurants in Moab. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very nice.
- michaelsS2068EN (2/5): Cockroaches - I was greeted in the morning with dead and dying cockroaches in my room and right outside. So disgusting. Not sure if the roaches or the chemicals to kill them (and maybe me) were worse. Couldn’t leave fast enough.
