Es un poco oscuro a la noche y está lejos de restaurants o lugares donde cenar. Pero a diez o quince minutos de distancia ya se consiguen buenos lugares.

- Linda (5/5): Mid-century vibe on Rt. 66 - This is an older property and perfectly serviceable. Our room was enormous and the beds were comfortable. A big television, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Quite clean. The evening desk clerk was very friendly. Breakfast was included. Nothing in particular, but it could be a standout if it truly capitalized on its mid-century modern vibe. It’s on Route 66, after all.

- U4199BLjeffj (10/5): Exceptional staff - On a motorcycle trip through we found it necessary to have my wife’s motorcycle repaired. The staff allowed us to check in early, and allowed a late check out. When we still needed to deal with the repair shop, the staff allowed us to store a bag and helmets in their lobby until we could pick up the bike a couple hours after we checked out. Very accommodating! Great complimentary breakfast, clean quiet rooms and exceptional staff.

Breakfast was plentiful, and staff ensuring there was enough for everybody. The air condition wasn't working, but the staff found a fan for us to use. The freight train did pass nearby, but did stop overnight.

All of the streaming services on the tv were not working. There was no luggage rack in room. The towel holder was broken. The door did not lock. Had to keep windows open all night because of the thermostat and did not sleep because of the noise. The small sofa/chair was missing. Was told there was no other rooms to move to. Brown liquid on the walls. Still waiting to be reimbursed or compensated somehow.

- Q3586LFdanag (2/5): Don't Stay at Best Western - Do yourself a favor and do NOT stay at Best Western hotels. Between the rude, unprofessional staff, poorly cleaned rooms, and their habit of not disclosing important policies upfront, the whole experience is a mess from start to finish. You’re treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer, and when issues come up, don’t expect any accountability—just excuses. What really makes it worse is the lack of transparency. Policies that can completely affect your stay aren’t mentioned anywhere you’d reasonably expect to find them. Instead, you’re blindsided at the front desk and left dealing with the fallout. At the end of the day, there are too many other hotel options out there to waste your time and money on a place that clearly doesn’t respect its guests. I won’t be staying at a Best Western again—and I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone else.

- 827trishl (8/5): Traveling from Grand Canyon to California and wanted to stop for one night - Very friendly and accommodating staff. Unfortunately there were lots of pigeons and their droppings were all over stair railings

- Lynnette (9/5): Stop in, jump in the fabulous Jacuzzi, enjoy! - We got lucky when we arrived. There was a Chamber of Commerce function where the mirror was present. They were fully booked up and even then they were still polite attentive. We even got to enjoy some chamber of event snacks, and there was the cutest bunch of Harley Davidson riders coming through from Australia. The only drawback was I wanted to lower level, but that wasn’t available and we couldn’t bring the emotional service dogs to the lobby so we had to negotiate the stairs. There was a few spots where the pigeons had relieved themselves on the railing, but I thought it was a really beautiful place with wonderful people.
- Deborah (7/5): - Big room. Reasonably clean but not great Hidden charges. Floor was dirty. Charged extra for checking in before 4pm. Charged $25 each for my golden retriever and a cockatiel that stayed in a carrier the whole time.
- Phillips (6/5): - The hotel had great breakfast, I liked that I was put on a bottom floor as a handicap. For being a handicap room the bed was extremely uncomfortable and hurt my back very bad. The outlets by the sink did not work I could not make coffee. And housekeeping walked in my room without notifying that they were housekeeping, I heard a knock at my door and as I was walking to the door it just opened. As an ex housekeeper myself I know that she should have announced that she was housekeeping before just walking into my room.
- Gordon (8/5): Comfortable and convenient with good service - Convenient and clean. Modern amenities and good included breakfast. Location is in a busy and often noisy stretch of highway near the railroad tracks.

- christopher (10/5): Kingman stopover.. - The pleasant staff who checked us in and explained what we needed to know, to the young woman who checked us out. The room was pleasant and clean and had the facilities we wanted, and we got our car parked in front of the room. There were plenty of towels and a coffee machine with drink pods supplied. The location is very handy and close to gas stations and various restaurants and i would definitely recommend this place for those passing through the Kingman area. Nothing..

- 73PeterH73 (10/5): Lovely rooms. - We spent the night here on the way back to Las Vegas from visiting the Grand Canyon. I booked on recommendation by Gemini, which we had also doen for th enight before, for a hotel in Williams. This time it was a really good choice. Great check-in, lovely cosy room, overall fantastic value. Breakfast could have been better, but you can't have it all. Stick to waffles and you'll be good.

- Iain (8/5): Worth a stopover on Route 66 - The room was a good size and the beds very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a varied selection of hot and cold options. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes drive to choose from. A Route 66 hotel. Kingman museum is close and worth a visit There was a railway line quite close by which has some noisy freight trains
