We were told how to get to our room and then mumbled that breakfast was next door. Not once did she make eye contact, nor did she smile. We definitely did not feel welcome there.

I also didn't like how small the pillows were in a king bed suite. I also didn't like that I called the front desk for more blankets and pillows for my kids and they never brought them or told us to come get them

- Lisa (7/5): It was enjoyable and the room met above my expectations, just was upset bout not getting breakfast - Didn't get breakfast as I wasn't told where to go get breakfast, though it said I would get breakfast I wasn't told anything about it or when I was to go to receive breakfast. That was the only down fall, said breakfast was included but I wasnt able to know where to go so I could have breakfast. Felt I show be reimbursed some money because I wasn't told where to go to get the breakfast I was suppose to get. I spent over 300.00 to stay there and wasn't told anything bout getting and having breakfast. Just was disappointed, as I my elderly mother was with me and she's a diabetic and it was hard on her because she needed to eat breakfast and at least get some orange juice to drink in the mornings but again we did not receive breakfast nor was we told where to go get our breakfast we were suppose to get. Not Being told when I was to go to get breakfast, where they where or where they served breakfast. and what time it started and ended. The stay was enjoyable I just feel I need to be reimbursed some money for not getting breakfast like it said I would have.

We came in, and they took fantastic care of us. They assisted me to the bed, and worked with my wife to enable her with all of her needs. To vastly understate the matter, they were fantastic! Thank you, each one of you who helped us.

Might have been something small, but I didn't need it since I can stream, so I didn't ask about getting it fixed for the hour I wanted to watch. While the hotel is good, the town of Hereford leaves lots to be desired. It is an industrial town that runs daylight and dark, making a noisy hotel room for light sleepers. You can smell the feedlots outside of town every time you step out the door.

- Adam (6/5): Is what it is - Front desk worker was quiet. Checked me in, and gave me the key. Get to my room and the AC control was no where. AC was set at 72 so wasn’t unbearable. No answer at front desk when I called to ask, but it was for work so I just showered and went to bed. Front door lock did not work. Main lights in room did not work, but lamps and restroom lights worked so no fuss needed.

No customer service short-tempered couldn't even ask her a question I almost just left and canceled my reservation and I wasn't the only one she was rude to you but as for me I had asked her for a manager or GM , she said she wasn't there .. I'll tell you what she was the most rudest clerk and for her to be working in the front desk with that attitude horrible horrible. She was very argumentative.
- gustavolevyrun1 (8/5): ONE NIGHT STOP. - Great hotel for a stopover. The room was a good size. Everything worked, and the place was quiet and safe. Breakfast was excellent. I beleive, with local meat for breakfast, completely different from other hotels. I recommend it without a doubt.

We had two other family members we had asked to be located with but were not. We asked them if they experienced a noisy night. They did not have a noisy night due to the fact their side of the hotel did not have resident guest.

- Allan (9/5): I will happily stay there every time I overnight between Denver-Midland and return. - Breakfast is excellent - fine quality and adequate for appetites big and small. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything I wanted in a room is there -- and works! Rooms are perfectly neat and clean. Rooms are quiet and guests are orderly. Parking is convenient and easily available even when all rooms are rented. I especially appreciated release of the the $100 deposit in less than 24 hours! (Another place with a big chain name sat on my $100 for weeks.) Hereford is a perfect overnight between Denver and Midland, and I'll be staying at the Best Western, Red Carpet Inn every time!

- Robert (2/5): The “you ain’t from round here” hotel. - This best western in Hereford Texas is a renovated roach motel. The ax/heater is from the mid 90s, the door was poorly fitted to the doorframe that the dirt from a dust storm blew in and coated myself and all my stuff with a layer of sand. It got so bad that I had to use a damp hand towel just to breathe. When I woke up and tried to shower, the towels turned brown from dirt when they got wet. The entire experience was disgusting. Watching a wash cloth turn brown in your hands from dirt is just gross. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. Someone with asthma could have died.
