- Guest (9/5): -
- Ginger Jackson (9/5): - The location is hard to get into ........had to make a U turn to get to it.....but that's the way it was.
- Casey (10/5): -
- Carmen (10/5): It was nice -clean and convenient !! - Clean and convenient Nothing
- Linda (7/5): - Convenient location, parking outside room. Breakfast was bare minimum. Did not eat it. Floor in room was filthy. Wore socks from bathroom to bed and they were filthy.

- Megan (7/5): -
- Pilar (8/5): -
- Alexus (8/5): -
- Butler (8/5): - Only had one issue and it was resolved. Needed to change my shower curtain. It smelled. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever.

- Nathan (10/5): -
- Katherine (10/5): - Very nice property. Would stay here again in the future.
- Leah (7/5): -
- Jay (10/5): - The exterior was like a roadside motel that was modernized. Cery plesed.
- Victoria (10/5): - Everything was clean, well kept and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.
- Karen (10/5): - I loved it!!! Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean. It was close to everything I could need
- Polly A (10/5): - Room was updated, spacious and clean.
- Morgan (8/5): - While staff was friendly and accommodating and most of the room was updated, the bathroom door was literally taped together and the beds advertised as 2 queens were definitely 2 full sized mattresses.
- Beth (10/5): - Front Desk employees really nice!! Would stay here again
- John (2/5): - Bad
- Danny (1/5): - Staff was friendly Cock roaches
- Carrie (8/5): - My only complaint was the smoking outside of our room. I opened the door to get something out of my car and smoke rolled in my room. The neighboring rooms sit outside of their rooms and smoke cigarettes. I think they need a designated smoking area away from rooms. It was very clean and the staff was very nice.
- Laurie (8/5): The room was very clean and comfortable. - Very conveniently located to the church where we had to attend a funeral I wish there had been a way to make coffee in the room.
- David (5/5): Decent option when Ttown is full. - Very clean room and linens
Although moderate musty smell in room
A dehumidifier would be good idea Just to note for families with children, we would not suggest banking on breakfast. Off off brand options we saw families struggling to find options for kids.
- Ashish (4/5): - This property is a motel not hotel
- Donald (1/5): -
- Faris (1/5): Bad -
- randy (6/5): Lean and adequate. - Nice breakfast
- Wade (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gary (10/5): - All of the staff were courteous and efficient. The room was very clean and all amenities were plentiful and pleasant.
Keep up the great service, cleanliness and friendliness.
- Marcia (10/5): - The room was spacious, had good beds, a good frig, parking in front of room and good breakfast. The staff was helpful. The price was reasonable. We would stay again.
- Candi (10/5): $ but clean and comfy and SAFE - It was very clean inside and out , the staff were very friendly It was kind of pricey for one night
- Coursey (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Phillip (8/5): - Property charges for early check in even though the room was available and no staff needed to clean it.
- B8853RGbethanym (10/5): Easy and predictable - Spotless. The bed was very comfortable, ample pillows and crisp linens. Easy check in. I've stayed here previously, thus no surprises. Breakfast buffet was what you might expect, this area was efficient with many food selections. I like being able to take coffee and toast back to the room.
- Frank (10/5): - The manager was very kind, considerate, and accomodatin
- Richard (6/5): - The room was very small.
The lighting was terrible the bathroom light connected to a mirror above sink , could not use bathroom without lighting entire room up at night .
Periodically throughout stay a smell of sewage would come through vent in bathroom ..
Only two bath towels two wash cloth and one hand towel for room .
The dispensing soaps in shower hardly worked .
The traffic on Main Street made it hard to sleep .
The continental breakfast was terrible .
Over all it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and one of the most expensive .
It was terrible
- Donna (5/5): Passable - The location was good for what I needed. I'm assuming this was a lower class motel at some time. I've never seen a Best Western with doors of the rooms opening onto the parking lot. When I got there, the tub was about half full of water and the bath mat was soaked. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. Biscuits were cold , gravy was awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
- Vicky (8/5): Very good - The hotel was nice for just a night. Clean and quiet. Close to a grocery store. We got to the lobby around 8am to checkout and get breakfast but there was nothing hot left. The cereal and coffee was fine.
- Eric (9/5): Superb -
- Warner (1/5): was denied check in due to age, which was not made known during reservation on website and still charged for the room -
- David (9/5): Nice, clean place to stay if you just need a place to lay your head and get a good nights sleep. - Remodeled room of a classic retro motel. The room was clean. Technology was up to date- good WiFi, nice TV and channel selection. Bed and pillows was very comfortable- got a good nights sleep.; The room was a little small, bathroom felt cramped. Highway noise was noticeable.
- Eddie (8/5): Very good -
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Larry (10/5): - Clean
- Troy (2/5): - Dead bug and hair under sheets at checkin. Frint deak rude at check in
- Angela (5/5): It was an okay trip - I loved the location and staff was friendly. But the breakfast food was gross and not much of a selection. For the room almost half of the electric outlets didn’t work, the hairdryer didn’t work, the fridge barely kept the drinks cold, and the beds were just a little to small for two adults
- Georgia (7/5): Clean, comfortable and quiet. Only issue was with toilet not flushing very well. - Close proximity to planned event. Quirky toilet didn’t flush well.
- Kim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (7/5): Good - Clean, good breakfast Loud traffic noise
- Mark (10/5): - Clean safe affordable property. Getting to it from points south and East a little hard but ok if you like u turns
- Toby (8/5): Overall value was good! - The individual rooms were nice and clean. We received fresh towels daily. The lobby was very small, the breakfast area had a table of six. If that table was occupied someone would not be able to get their breakfast. Breakfast was not stocked to match the visitors.
- Michael (10/5): Our go to place - We've stayed here several times for trips various Bama events. It's our go to place. Clean, convenient, and comfortable.
- Verified traveler (4/5): OK, but no for next time - Room was "clean", but I still checked for bed bugs. Sketchy and loud neighbors. Bumps in the night. I put the chair and stool in front of door. Chose because of availability and price, but will pay for better place next time.
- Christie (8/5): Clean & comfortable for our overnight stay - Convenient location for an overnight stay when passing through the area. Close to restaurants, shopping & nightlife. (We recommend Pastor’s Kitchen, Just Love Coffee, & Cravings. Wish we had time to check out more.)
Room was very comfortable and appeared clean.
Smelled of bleach when we entered which made us happy!
Good lighting & numerous places to plug in devices.
Easy parking in front of your room. You do hear traffic noise from the business hwy. may have been busier during our stay since it was a Friday night. We just kept the bathroom fan on to drown out the noise and were able to have a good night’s rest.
- Kathryn (8/5): Great Updates - Comfortable stay to visit family in town. All room updates were nice!
- Keith (8/5): - It was clean, staff was friendly, TV service was very slow
- 828joy (6/5): Sureal - We booked this because it had great reviews. The desk clerk said they were the highest rated in Northport. The complex is Clean but very dated with the old motel style one story drive up rooms that are kind of too-exposed and creepy in today's world. The tub was set in stained acrylic (old but clean) the towels were very thin but worst of all was the mildew odor that must've been coming from between the walls. Breakfast was minimal -only one yogurt left. When informing the morning staff we were just told, "That's okay." Weird. Wonder what the rest of the hotels in Northport are like if this is the highest rated
- Virgil (8/5): It's all good 👍.... - It's a nice older motel.
Stayed here before. I came back.
- Sharon (10/5): - Everything was great!!
- Martin (8/5): Housekeeping was a little bit bad - Friendly staff, good location Road noise
- Norma (10/5): - Great place. Stay here regularly. Clean, quiet, and great breakfast. Rooms are spacious.
- Kristy (10/5): - It was brief but a good stay.
- Norma (10/5): - Stay here regularly! Easy check in. Always polite and very friendly. Rooms are always clean, quiet, and spacious. Great breakfast!
- Shirley (3/5): Would not stay here again. - It was clean and bed was decently comfortable. Water was hot. Portable heater was very loud. Walls are thin. Breakfast was terrible. Shower water was weak.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dalton (10/5): Thank you - More of a Motel feel, but was very clean, comfy bed, decent breakfast, and 55-65 inch tv in bedroom.
Negative thing would be accessing the place from the busy road and having to do a U-turn to access.
- Norma (10/5): - Always stay at this property when coming to Northport. Always clean. Friendly and a great breakfast.
- V3629CYjonc (10/5): Exactly what I was looking for - Friendliest and most accommodating staff I’ve ever experienced. Beds very comfortable and room spotless. The breakfast was the Cherry on top! People should keep an eye on this place because the downtown hotels are too pricey. Can’t wait to book here next time I come to Tuscaloosa!
- IanAllen30 (4/5): Love the owners/managers, but had a few issues. Probably not going back. - The location is safe, the rooms are clean, the people that own/manage the place are super nice and friendly.
However, the towels are thin and cheap, the universal remote is cheap and not all the functions work on it, the breakfast used to be nice but its gone downhill. Boiled eggs and orange juice watered down so much you can't drink it.
The walls are thin and you can hear the traffic noice on the highway nearby unless you turn the fan/ac/heat unit on.
The staff sometimes barges into your room without knocking. It has happened to us twice out of the last 5 times we have stayed there. That is pretty annoying.
I might put up with all of this for $60 a night, but with tax this stay is just over $100 a night and I am probably not going to stay there with my family anymore.
There is plenty of competition down the road. It may cost a little more but I'd like a good breakfast, nice thick towels, a remote that lets me use CC and pull up a channel menu, no traffic noise and some privacy.
- Steve (2/5): - Dud not know it was a motel with ouside access to rooms, which is a security issue with my wife. We did not stay.
- James (10/5): - The (big) street intersection close to the property is under construction so it is a mess, but the property was a solid place to spend the night while traveling. The grounds were nicer than most Best Westerns, the room was clean, the breakfast was good and the manager was nice. We were not expecting anything fancy. It was a good value and we would stay there again.
- Kimberly (10/5): - Very nice staff
- Catherine (8/5): Nice, safe, clean. - Clean, safe, decent breakfast. All the hotels are just way overpriced on game weekends. This one isn’t any worse than the others.
- Kimberly (10/5): - Very nice staff
- S9522VIheatherp (6/5): MOTEL not a hotel - This is a MOTEL not a hotel. Keep that in mind if you want a safe, nice, clean hotel- do not stay here if you do.
Staff were friendly and helpful as there was no hot water in the morning and we had to take cold showers before checking out. Room had a terrible small so turned up the AC but it did not help.
- Jaime (8/5): - Comfortable and convenient for one night.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Candace (7/5): Basic necessities - Decently clean. The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. My room was close to the road so I heard traffic all night.
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steve (8/5): - Good service from staff and nice accommodations.
- Brian (8/5): Very good -
- Holli (8/5): Very good -
- Shareef (10/5): - Great location for going to game
- John (10/5): Excellent customer service!! - Very friendly staff...actually remembered me stopping by the week before! Convenient area for fast food!! Coffee pot, mini fridge, and microwave in the room!! Will plan future stays here!!
- Martin (7/5): Ok - Close to stadium Just older rooms a slight smell of mildew and bed was just not comfortable
- Kimberly (10/5): Football game - Location to university. Cleanliness
- Marla (8/5): Very good - The front staff were awesome and friendly. The location was great. The bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The room smelled musty.
- Jan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josh (9/5): Superb -
- Dusty (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tanya (10/5): Nice stay - Our stay was very nice. Rooms real clean and nice. The mattress was great (slept like a baby both nights). Only, not really complaint is when we first went in it did have a funny smell. Overall I will be staying here again when I go to see a Bama game. RTR!!!
- Vishwakarma (5/5): Passable - Staff was not professional. We were waiting for breakfast and no one was there. The receptionist was rude.
- Crystal (4/5): - There was mold in the shower and the rooms didn't look ANYTHING like the pictures.
